i watched a youtube video on how to get siri. It seems to just be downloading an app. but i just wanted to make sure it's not jailbreaking so i don't void any waranties. the video is:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQ3qAuE6igU. Does this actually work? does any one know any other ways?

On the contrary I suggested NOT to go on that route.
Didn't provide support didn't discuss, just mentioned.
Also mentioned the risk of losing warranty, performance and battery life.
Our friend Vince will probably find a solution like the one I mentioned and that's the reason I mentioned that there is availabl, BUT NOT recommended.

i wish apple would make an "exclude" option though tbh.
i have some others called ... in the name "...soundtrack" (one word) or "hidden track" and "teaching track" !
i've got another one literally called "track by track walk through" lol
now im wishing there was just an option to select these oddballs and exclude them individually.
i cant come up with rules for every single possibility, but i cannnn eliminate those odd songs when i see them if there was an exclude option.

Mac OS X upgrades are designed so that none of your existing Applications or User data are intentionally deleted during a System Upgrade.
That works as long as there are no problems whatsoever.
Your best protection from data loss is good Backups. Before you upgrade, buy an External Drive at least 2 to 3 times the size of your User Data, and Turn on Time Machine. USB-2 enclosure drives are cheap, and fast enough for backups. If you will use this drive for everyday data, a faster interface would be much better.
Time Machine works quietly in the background, and does not "take over" your Mac to do the Backups. After the first large backup, it will quietly back up hourly, copying only the things that have changed since the last Backup. Time Machine is not the only Backup solution, or even the best solution out there. But it tends to be the Backup that actually happens, because you don't have to download any software, do extensive setup, or think about whether you should do it now or later.

There are some Apps you can use, but be careful they will only download these videos inside the App, so you won't ba able to play them in your video app or share them.
