How to download Steve Jobs Biography for iPad in Singapore?

Can somebody help me how to download the Steve Jobs Biography for an iPad in Singapore? Is there a way to download it? I was shown in iTunes as this is not available for Singapore apple customers.

which might never happen.  As with any other book you cannot find at the iBookstore, you should try one of the other free ereader apps  for other stores, like Kindle, Nook, Kobo, or Googebooks.

    Hi.
    I downloaded Steve jobs biography but I'm unable to play part 2 or 3. I go to purchases but there is no option to redownload. When I go to iTunes confirmation email and click purchase history or report a problem it says "unable to connect to iTunes" although I'm already on iTunes and logged in fine... I then deleted part 1 hoping that then it would allow me to download all 3 parts. This is not the case.... When I go to the iTunes Store the book won't give me the option to redownload, it just says 'downloaded'. Can anyone advise? Quite ironic based on the story of Steve jobs vision....

Taking Steve Jobs biography for example, being the founders for apple ipad, I am surprise that this is not available in Singapore itunes. I had understand that this book is available in US itunes. Tried to purchase but was declined.

    If it is not available in your countrys itunes store, then you cannot buy it.
    You can buy ONLY from the itunes store of your country of residence AND ONLY while you are physically inside the borders of that country.
