How to download the vision and motion module

I got a Labview 8.6 trial virsion and 7.1 original virsion and both of them doesnt contain vision and motion module , does anyone know how to get this module ??

What are your desired applications? Vision comes in three varieties: Vision Acquisition Software-VAS (just for image acquisition), Vision Development module (Acquire and process), and Vision Builder for Automated test (for stand alone Vision inspections).
NI-Motion is the motion driver that allows you to do motion control.
All of these pieces of software are separate from LabVIEW. NI-Motion comes with our motion hardware and VAS comes with our frame grabbers. You can download evaluation versions at ni.com to see how each of the programs work.

I wrote an image analysis vi on Labview 2012 32bit but it is a bit too slow. I would like to test it on LabView 64bit but I am unable to download the Vision and Motion toolkit. I have the installation CDs for the academic version of LabView 2012, but only the 32bit version of it. Is there anyway to download the 64bit version of this toolkit?

Unless this have changed, much motion was not 64 bit ready. This can be a chalange since you would have to segment your code to 32 and 64bit parts. Vision works great in 64bit

I would like to run the PioneerCyclingJSP and MotorPriseJSP modules at a time.
Could you please suggest me the steps to run both servers at same time on JBOSS 5.0 with ORACLE.

You should be able to include both modules when building your ear file. Then both the module's war files will be created in the ear file. Access both the applications with their respective /PioneerCycling or /motorprise ( look for context root in application.xml)
If you want to run each application on different server, then
1. create 1 individual instances of jboss server for pioneer and another for motorprise
2. create additional dynamo server using command makeDynamoServer.bat motorprise 8861 8851
3. deploy each one on respective server folders in jboss
Use the appropriate ports to access ( say for ex:)
localhost:8860/pioneer
or
localhost:8861/motorprise

Hi Nagalakshmi,
If you want to download a file on to the presentation server from your application then please have a look at the methods listed under the OO class CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES from transaction SE24 to perform similar operations as requested by you on files on presentation server.
However if u are considering downloading and then deleting a file on the application server, then u would need commands like OPEN DATASET, TRANSFER and CLOSE and eventually DELETE DATASET.
F1 on the commands should help you along.

Vision and Motion VIs missing

Hello,
I have installed (in order):
-LabVIEW 2013 PDS 64 bit
-Vision Development Module 2011 64 bit
-LabVIEW 2011 PDS
The Vision and Motion palette is visible in both 2011 and 2013. But in 2013 the palatte is empty.
Could i get this to work?

Hi Marvin,
in your case the first picture applies: LabVIEW vs. VISION!
And it clearly shows: you can use any VISION version starting from VISION2011 with LabVIEW2011.
But to use LabVIEW2013 you need to install VISION2013 (or more recent).

こんにちわ、アメリカの大学で学んでいます。
計測技術分野は専門外なので、マニュアルを見ながら試行錯誤を重ねています。
今、webcamを介して映像を取り込みつつ、同時に各種センサの電圧を測定するviの作成に取り組んでいます。
この目的の為に、(Internet上で検索した限りでは)Vision Acquisition Softwareが必須だと思われるのですが
評価を目的にVAS_August2012_downloader.exe (1601.5 MB)をDownloadしても、Labview上の”Vision and
Motion”の項に当該関数が表示されません。
今回、伺いたいのは、
①私の目的にVision Acquisition Softwareが適しているのか
②Vision Acquisition Softwareが導入されれば、Labview上に当該項目が追加されるのか
という点を確認したいのです。
私の環境は以下の状況です。
OS:Windows 7 64bit
Labview 2012 Student edition
Measurement and Automation Explorerにて、Ni-IMaxdx device上にwebcamを認識でき、
SnapやGrabで画像と動画を見ることが出来ます。

Download後installしてもダメなのでしょうか？
画像を取り込み、表示、保存ならVision Acquisitionだけで良いと思います。
画像処理が必要ならば、ご自分でプログラムを作成するか（労力必要）
Vision Development（Vision開発）モジュールの関数を使用する方法があります。（楽、高価）
OpenCVの関数を使えば無料です。
私の知識が古いので現在のバージョンに対してどの程度正確なのかは分かりません。
余談
こちらはLabview8.2なのですが当時USBカメラからの画像取り込みはサポート対象外で
NI-IMAQ for USB CameraドライバをインストールするとLabVIEWの関数パレットに登録されて
使えるようになりました。
MAX上ではUSBカメラは認識されませんでしたけど。

Bluetooth file transfer has never been supported with iOS devices.

It sounds like you are unable to play a couple of songs from your library becuase you get a message that the computer is unauthorized to play, but other content purchased that same day works without issue. I would verify that the affected songs were purchased with the same Apple ID first:

Open iTunes
Highlight one of the items you have purchased (You can find your purchases in your Purchases playlist).
Choose File > Get Info.
Click the Summary tab.
The Account Name area will list the account used to purchase the item. Unless you have changed accounts, this is your iTunes Store account name.
If so, then delete the songs:

Remove "MacKeeper" as follows. First, back up all data.
"MacKeeper" is a scam with only one useful feature: it deletes itself.
Note: These instructions apply to the version of the product that I downloaded and tested in early 2012. I can't be sure that they apply to other versions.
If you have incompletely removed MacKeeper—for example, by dragging the application to the Trash and emptying—then you'll have to reinstall it and start over.
IMPORTANT: "MacKeeper" has what the developer calls an “encryption” feature. In my tests, I didn't try to verify what this feature really does. You'll be prompted for your login password. Click the Uninstall MacKeeper button in the dialog that appears. All the functional components of the software will be deleted. Restart the computer.
☞ Quit MacKeeper before dragging it to the Trash.
☞ Don't empty the Trash. Let MacKeeper delete itself.
☞ Don't try to drag the MacKeeper Dock icon to the Trash.
