i recently bought the new iphone 5s and cannot use it becacuse i need to connect it too itunes version 11.1, However it wont let me download it because it says i have to download version 10.8.6 first but wont let me download that either so i have a brand new iphone that is useless because i cant download itunes on my macbook. how can i fix this?
10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) is an upgrade from Leopard, which you apparently have (10.5.8).
iTunes 11 requires 10.6.8 (not 10.8.6 as you have typed). If your Mac is an Intel one with at least 1Gb of RAM then you can buy Snow Leopard in the online Apple Store (type 'Snow Leopard' in the search box rather than browsing for it).
Once installed, download the combo updater to bring it up to 10.6.8:

You will then be able to install iTunes 11. However if your Mac has a PPC processor you cannot install Snow Leopard and will be unable to proceed. To check this, choose 'About This Mac' from the Apple menu and look where it says 'Processor' - it needs to say 'Intel' for you to be able to upgrade. -
My present version of Firfox is 3.5.15
My Op. System is Linux Fedora version 12.
Two days ago when I opened a file in a web search for Mercury Scientific Thermometers, the web page for NovaTech International-USA opened.
Centered in the middle of the page was a screen message reading
"Error: form not found." There's an X in the upper right corner of this small screen. There's an "OK" within the screen. Clicking on either of those optons does nto close the small screen. AND, clicking on any Menu
choice at the top of the main screen produces no action. File Edit View History Bookmarks tools Help are all unresponsive. The screen is
locked to the Cursor and Clicking any menu item. Tho' there are many choices on the Screen for various types of thermometers no choice responds to a click.
I closed down the computer. ThenI did a Cold Boot. There was no
change in the situation described above. The screen appeared again if
I chose to open Firefox.
I use 8 virutal screens. By which I mean I can have 8 screens open at a time. All 7 of my other available screens are perfectly active and perfectly normal in their behavior.
Rebooting changes nothing---the unwanted frozen/locked screen appears again if I attempt to open Firefox.
I opened the Firefox website. I soon found how to download the latest version of Firefox. But I used YUM to download it. Here is an excerpt of the Yum process:

I did a cold reboot of my computer.
In the Downloads Folder The Firefox update appeared.
But when I opened a Firefox page and clicked Help-About Firefox
the version of Firefox was still 3.5.15 AND the unwanted, Locked,
Frozen Novatech-International---USA Screen was still present and still
locked.
Please teach me the preferred way to Update Firefox and once the Updates have been downloaded, how do I activate those updates?

FloridaIt is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

How to download a file version from office 365 using csom
I need to download an older file version from office 365 and get the data into a byte array. I have no trouble downloading the latest version with File.OpenBinaryStream() and I have no trouble loading the previous file versions with File.Versions. But now
I need to actually download an older version of the file and it seems the only way is to use File.OpenBinaryDirect. So I am creating a client context using my oAuth access token and providing the correct path, but I am getting a (401) Unauthorized
error. Looking with Fiddler I can see that the call to OpenBinaryDirect is somehow trying to post to my file URL and the server is responding with 401.

How do I get my bookmarks back, I downloaded version 4.0 that said it is compatible with all versions of OSx. Which it is not!!! So now it won't start FireFox, before I do anything else how do I get my bookmarks back?
THe phone is NOT jail broken.. all i want to do is have it return back to how it was before i started the updae version process obviously it did not take and now it is locked into plave the screen will not change.. after reboots and shut down when i turn it back on the same screeen appears the cd disc with the music note over it and the arrow pointing upwards and a picture of the small end of the charge cord that fits into the actual compute.. The phoen is not jail broken all i want is to get my phone back so i can use it i logged into i tunes and there is no where on the page that gives direction to return it back to its original format prior to trying to up grade .. whe at do i need to do to unlock the frozen compent and reutrn it back to its normal point prior to trying the upgrade

pls pls pls tell me,For some apps you can download previous compatible versions of apps - but not all app developers support that, and even if they do then you can only download the most recent version that your device supports (so if their current version requires iOS 7+ then that is the only version that your iOS 7 device could download).
Do you have a copy of the previous anywhere ? If you do then you could delete the current version from your device (which will delete its content/settings) and sync that older version back. -

How does the baseline 13" mba (late 2010, 1.86 ghz, 2GB RAM/128GB) work with OSX LIon? I know the baseline 11" is fine, but does the larger form factor of the MBA 13" require more RAM to be speedy under Lion? I wouldn't think so, but please advise.
