Most such tutorials that I've seen are done as self-contained apps. For instance, the ones from this company:
    http://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/appdesigner.com-inc./id361068165
All such apps are delivered via the iTunes Store, which binds an app to the purchaser's iTunes Store account so the app can't be shared with anyone else. You can learn more about developing and selling apps for iOS here:

If you install the app properly then all available versions will have been installed for reading offline. If you want audio on any particular version that provides that option then  you have to be online.

  • How to view pdf files without downloading them on firefox for android

I use an Electronic Medical Record program using Firefox for android on a a Samsung Galaxy Pro 12.2 tablet. I need to view patient pdf files on the tablet. So far, the only way I have been able to accomplish this is to download the file first. It would be more efficient if I could just view the pdf file on the Galaxy tablet without having to download it. Is it possible to do this with Firefox for android? Thanks.

Not in any reliable manner. There is PDF.js but it has not been optimized for Firefox for Android. https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/#firefox

  • How to exctract/backup a client certificate from Firefox for Android similar to question #1000240 but for the latest Firefox Beta for Android?

As in #1000240 and in #1032181, I've installed a StartSSL login certificate in my Firefox for Android and having a problem with extracting/backuping it to use with another device/browser.
I'm using the latest Firefox Beta for Android (35.0) at present; the Android version is 4.1.2, my phone model is Sony LT26i (Xperia S), so neither of the aforementioned questions asked at the Mozilla Support website do not contain any solution to the given problem.
Any chance to recover the certificate?
    P. S. I haven't rooted my device; if getting a root is the only possible way to recover the certificate, I may consider doing so.

You can try https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/addon/copy-profile/ If that does not retrieve the file then see below.
If you know the name and path of the file you can get it using run-as function of adb. See http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18471780/android-adb-retrieve-database-using-run-as
If you end up down here you'll need root to be able to navigate the file system. I don't know the file name, though it is likely in your profile folder which can be determined by visiting about:cache in the Firefox address bar. It will be similar to /data/data/org.mozilla.firefox_beta/files/mozilla/$RANDOM.default/

  • How to uninstall "Mozilla-OS" apps from Firefox *for Android*?

And no, the answer Jörgen Juel gave some other user does not work: Long-press, select and hold, whatever you want to call it -- on Android it gives you the standard Android editing options, NOT an uninstall button.
Which makes it hard to decide whether Jörgen's "you might be more used to the Android way, but Firefox OS works more like iOS, just press and hold..." was more infuriatingly arrogant or more hilariously condescending: Yes, of course that user is more used to the Android way, given that it was an Android phone he was asking about. That's why his phone works the Android way, and the iOS / MozillaOS instructions won't work.
So, the question remains: IS there any way to remove Mozilla-apps from FireFox on Android?

    Yes,
Tap on the soft menu and tap on Tools then Apps, then go to your apps. Make sure you are logged in and go to my apps. This will list the apps.
On the homescreen you can tap and hold onto the app and drag to uninstall. If there is an app that does not allow this, please report it.
We can troubleshoot and reproduce from there.
    Thank you.

  • HT4864 Is there any way to get my photos and videos from my old android phone to my iCloud? I'm going to but an iPhone in two weeks and desperately need to download all the info I already have... Please help!!

Is there any way that I would be able to download my pictures and videos from my old android to my iCloud?? I'm desperate to make this happen. It is the pics of my baby girl. I have just received the iPhone so I hope to never have this problem again but I need a solution currently.... Thanks!!

sure pretty simple.  make a backup of your current settings
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766?viewlocale=en_US
then restore device from old backup you need pics off of
    then import pics to computer
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083
you may need to save pics to camera roll first
then restore the new backup and sync pics back to phone via itunes

  • How to download videos from You Tube?

Does anyone know of a tool to download videos from You Tube, to import into iMovie, that actually works? I installed Get Tube, which could not even be activated. vixy.net (an online FLV converter) worked for two video clips but 80% of the time it gets hung up in an infinite loop and does not work. Tube Sock (perhaps better for iPod?) generates a file that iMovie does not recognize—message is "Unknown error" when trying to import it into iMovie. I installed Perian software successfully; it is supposed to make .FLV files from You Tube playable with Quicktime but when I tried to actually play the converted file it was rejected with the message, "This is not a movie." Is there anything out there, freeware or not, that actually works consistently?

Hi ceeg - remember that you do have to add the .flv extension to the file, and then after it plays in QT, in order to use it in iMovie you must export it from QT as a DV Stream file.
    Hope this helps.

  • Resend --how do download video from a Panasonic GS500 camcorder?

This is a resend, I put in the wrong model camcorder the first time. I have a Panasonic GS500 miniDVcamcorder and haven't been able to figure out how to download to imovie. I'm using a firewire. Any suggestions? I'm new at this and very confused at the moment, even after reading the support topics.

Forest, I tried your suggestions, but still no luck downloading. iMovie searches for the camera, but can't find it. I'm getting concerned that the GS500 is not compatible with Macs. Any other ideas?
    Hi Jek
    1. Camera turned off - connect firewire to Mac and
    camera.
    2. Open iMovie and create a name for your clips.
    3. Be sure cam is set on playback -NOT PC mode
    4. Turn on cam. At this point your Mac should
    recognize your cam and will
show in the iMovie screen as "ready to capture",
    or words to that effect.
. Use the on screen controls to start the capture
    process. The computer will
    control the camera.
ur Mac captures the video in real time, meaning that
if your total clips are 45 minutes of tape, it will
take 45 minutes to capture to your Mac. Hope that
helps you. Nice cam, by the way. Lucky are those of
us that got one before Panasonic discontinued it and
dummied down their consumer line of miniDV cams.

  • How  can  ı  downloade  video  from  utube

can  someone  help  me  find   free  video  downlader   from  utube  for  mac  air   mountain  lion?

youtube is changing its coding on a weekly basis, meaning popular videos cant be downloaded with any of the current addons, other than home-brew videos of low importance.
Its against google and youtubes policy to download their videos as outlined on their TOS page.
To combat all the video downloading, youtube is changing its coding script on a weekly basis to BLOCK popular video downloads from all the download addons and software.

  • How could I upgrade my Firefox for Android directly?

Hi! Is it possible to upgrade your Android app directly without using Google Play or any other app stores?

You can download the apk and install Firefox manually however the Release and beta versions do not update in Firefox on Android this way as you would have to manually install each new release.
    http://download.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/releases/latest/android/en-US/
However if you phone or tablet has a older ARMv6 cpu or a Intel Atom instead of the most common ARMv7 cpu then see http://download.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/releases/26.0.1/
The other option is to install Aurora channel build as it will then do software updates each day. It is where 28.0a2 is currently being developed on until move/merge to Beta channel in early February . http://download.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/nightly/
