How to draw an arrow in Photoshop CS6?

The Line Tool in Photoshop CS6 is radically different from that in PSCS5. I have used Photoshop almost daily for years, yet I haven't been able to figure this out. Any help out there?

I am wondering how I can make animated blood using Photoshop CS6. I have looked for tutorials and can't find anything. I want to make a render look like it's crying blood, so the blood would be running down the cheeks and dripping off the chin. Please help!

There isn't going to be really an automated way of doing this. Animation in Photoshop is very simple. You can basically animate just position and scale (also Layer Effects, but that generally isn't as helpful). You could, of course, hand animate this by drawing each individual frame like traditional animation. Each frame of animation would be a separate layer and you could animate the layer visibility. Or you could draw the last frame of blood flow on one layer and animate a mask that slowly reveals the blood trail.

How can i open up adobe photoshop cs6 on mac?

i recently purchased a mac mini and i had purchased the photography plan previous to getting the mac mini and im trying to open the programs now but it will not allow me to do so can any one help me ????? oh and i was also told that creative cloud did not work for mac so i was instructed to download photoshop cs6 and lightroom 4 so if anyone can tell me what im doing wrong ,please do.

i want to create an application which permet to create graphs.
to create edges i use :

Indeed, on Bézier curves, control points are outside of the curve, in general.
Note that I see the triangle pointing precisely on the curve on the given screenshot... It depends on what you call arrow tip! ;-)no it's not the right tip pointing on the curve.....in general the arrow is far from the curve
Back to your problem, either you compute the middle point with the Bézier formulasthat's what i am thinking about...but even if i do that ...the problem that the curves position can change ..and it's form also...and calculating the middle point is not the solution in this case .......
i am searching for a tool that bind two objects ( arrow and curve) and after that we can manipulate them like one element ( like flash) !
I am disappointed that JavaFX does not provide a tool to draw arrows easily.

Photoshop does have limits. When you run into one of them you can summit a request to Adobe to up the limit. I made such a request for Alpha channels I would be very happy with a limit like 500 instead of the Alpha channel limit of 53. Adobe seems to feel that 53 is a large number and can not see where user would want more, 500 must be a huge number then. My advice is to look for a small freeware program for doing timelaps sequences and use Photoshop to save your frame layers combos as frame file then use the freeware to make the animation. It does not make much scene to make an Animated gif with something like 600 frames. If you want a 600 frame animation on the web you would want to stream a video type file..

Thank you. I read the steps and looked at the log and this is the key error:
ERROR: DF045: File corruption detected. Re-install the product & then apply the patch again.
To re-install the product do I first uninstall using the Windows facility?
Do I need to re-install from the original product disk? If not then where will I find a link to download the product and re-install? (I can only find links to CC).

How to fix Issues with Citrix photoshop cs6?

Good day people from Adobe.
My university (ITESM) is using the Citrix plataform to stream to all of us students adobe's photoshop cs6 suite. However I am having issues with it becuase:
1.-it isn't allowing me to upload new brushes (.abr)
2.-nor it detects pressure sensitivity from my tablet.
My other native mac programs like Gimp can detect the pressure sensitivity so it isn't an issue of my MAC
Is this a problem with the my university's software? Should I contact them? or is it an issue with their version of photoshop?

Yes, your university probably shouldn't be running Photoshop over Citrix.
Citrix is not native, and won't be able to handle pressure or many other system specific options.
I doubt that Photoshop can work correcly over Citrix (due to the limitations of it's virtual and streaming architecture), and the performance will not be very good even if you try.
