How to edit a web header previously designed in PSE 9

Hi just started using PSE9
I designed a header in PSE9 and got it saved on my computer. I now want to change it. How do I get it back into PSE9 so I can edit it , move text around etc. I cannot see the layers etc Many thanks

Saved as a jpg file . Have resaved it as a photoshop file. however this doesnt help.
PSE9 keeps bringing it into the editor workspace as a background layer and therefore , i cannot edit or move around the text
layers section on right open , but a cannot see the different layers relating to the image . Any advice ?

i have been working with netbeans for webapplications so far therefore its not ever been requerd to edit the web.xml file that automatically done by IDE itself.
now, i am just trying to deploy the servlet and jsp's externally without using any tool and i found a requrement to map the servlet and jsp in web.xml file. when i try to edit inside this file it seems noneditable, nothing gonna change. i have an alternate to do this is firstly copy the content of this file into txt file and after making the requred changes overwrite this file in .xml formate to orignal web.xml file.
am i going in right way?? please help me

How to edit a web page in Acrobat 9???

Hello,
I would like to create a PDF from my website, but do not like the way the web page breaks up when I download it into Acrobat Pro 9. I don't want to change the way the page looks online, just the way it will print out if a client downloads the PDF. Acrobat doesn't seem to allow me to go into the page source to add breaks, or have a command for adding page breaks, to even out the spacing so that it prints the way I want. Any suggestions?

Sorry but that suggestion doesn't help.I want to add a page break in the web page, in Acrobat, without having to go in and redesign each page in notepad, rewriting the html code , so that my scrolling webpage has a page break where I choose as it goes from one page to the next. I don't want it to print a full page of text on the 1st page as that breaks up information I want to keep grouped together. Cannot edit arrow shape heads in latest Keynote web beta

As of 7:58AM on 4/2/14. Does anyone know how to edit them? I would be happy to constrain the arrow shape when resizing, but the head stays large relative to the rest of the shape. There is no handle or point to edit the head shape, just the body.

To Steve Fan: I created the new second user account in my window 8. It was set as a standard account, not as administrator account as my first original user account. Specifically, i used the same email address with this forum account's to
create this second user account. It means that the second user account in my laptop also was a Microsoft account.
Can you guess what happened after i had logged in to the second user account? I opened some random websites by firefox, copied and pasted all text and pictures on these websites into a word document and onenote successfully without any problems!!!!
I saved this word document and exported this onenote section to a Usb. After that, i switched from second standard user account to my window administrator account and opened the two files which were saved to Usb previously. They were opened and displayed
normally as the same as what i previously had seen in the second user account, i.e. pasted text and pictures were displayed normally. However, when i opened the same web address again to copy the same text and pictures to word and onenote, there were only
text lines pasted successfully, excluding pictures! This old strange problem happened again when using original administrator account for logging in window. In contrast, when using the second standard user account to log in window, copying and pasting text
and online pictures of Microsoft office worked normally.
I truly don't figure out the reason(s) caused this strange problem. I think my case is a special case because i tried all solutions other people had tried but nothing worked.
Please help me!
p/s: when i logged in the second standard user account, i opened the paste special options in word and there were only 3 choices under paste special options, excluding "device independent bitmap"

This doesn't sound like a Firefox issue. I think you'd be better off with a site that offers web design tutorials. Try this one: http://www.w3schools.com/
One thing you should do though and that is to update Firefox via Help | Check For Updates.
There was a security breach at Comodo which is an SSL certificate provider recently whereby a number of fraudulent certificates were inadvertently issued. That is becuase Pages 5.1 has numerous unnounced surprises for the unwary user. Among the surprises:
- it strips out images from headers and footers without warning
- it strips out bookmarks without wanring (yes, all those bookamrks you laboriously put into a document: poof! Gone.)
- it strips out alternating left/right margins, without warning.
There are many more suprises, as you'll see from glancing through these discussions. They fall into two main categories: things that are present in version 4.3 but that are missing in 5.1, things like
-mail merge
-meaningful Applescript/Services support
-non-contiguous text selection
-ability to set defaul zoom
-ability to see comments while editing
-ability to print comments
-ability to read RTF files
-ability to drag in hyperlinked ted from a browser
These about about 90 other features are gone.
Then there are the bugs. Hyperlinks do not reliably export to a PDF file any longer. There have been multiple problems with printing report. Some fonts place stray characters in the headers. Many reports of the program crashing, courrupting files, etc.
Fortunately for you, the previous version of Pages is still on your system. Export any documents you may have created or edited with Pages 5.1 (another great surprise: files created with version 5.1 cannot be read by any previous version of Pages: not just 4.3 but even 5.01!). Then trash 5.1 and use 4.3 until (unless?) it is stable and has a reasonably robust feature set.

I created a web application in Jdeveloper11.1.1.1 and deployed to weblogic server 10.3, I found there is weblogic.xml under WEB-INF folder in war file.
I try to add something in weblogic.xml, but the problem is I cannot find weblogic.xml in Jdeveloper.

The weblogic.xml file is generated at deploy time if it doesn't exist in your application. To create it specifically in your application at design time for editing, select the appropriate project then the New option, from the New Gallery select General -> Deployment Descriptors -> Weblogic Deployment Descriptor, and in the resulting dialog select the weblogic.xml file. It will be added to the project -> Web Content -> WEB-INF directory.

Hi,
Are you trying to make required parameters readonly and does this variable have different values for each row. If not then I would suggest you use a wrapper for the API and get only parameters that you need from the excel sheet and the use the wrapper to send the other read only values.

Hi,
There is Headings Type radio buttons above report column attributes.
Select Headings Type "Custom" and then you can change Headings.
Column names (Alias) you need change to report query.
