How to edit/ delete metadata presets

How do I edit a current metadata preset? it look like I only can save the changed setup under a new name, but then how do I then delete the first preset?

This is a long standing request as other such places have this in LR. it is a catch-up item, I am sure.
On a Mac the presets are in: user/library/application support/adobe/lightroom/metadata presets from there you can delete them, or edit in any simple text editor (no rich text).

LR 2.7, How to Edit Copyright Metadata at Export?

Attempted to edit metadata but my changes aren't saved...that's one issue. So, I created a new metadata preset can't quite figure out how to select the new preset at export; I'm unable to change the metadata preset to the new one at export screen. Chasing my tail on this one. Any ideas about how to change the metadata used at export will be a big help, thanks.

I know it isn't answering the question but why not do it before export? G for grid view, Ctrl-A to highlight all, edit copyright metadata and press enter, wait for it to update, export.
I apply photographer info metadata, including copyright etc, at the import stage using a preset.

But, is it possible to delete the presets ?

Look at the FAQ entitled "Where do I find the Lightroom "Preferences" and "Database/Catalog" files?"
It will tell you where the presets files are stored on your system.
Then:
Close Lightroom.
Use your OS software to go to the location of the presets and delete the one(s) you want to get rid of.
When you re-start LR the presets will be gone.

I have three items on the page.
:p1_Project(lov),:p1_Product(lov),:p1_Application(shuttle item).
A user wil first select his project and then select a product.Based on the product the shuttle populates the list of values.For eg...(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5,A6,A7,A8,A9,A10) for product A.
Later the user might edit /delete the shuttle items.Can the shuttle be populated with the values that were selected by the user?
For eg, For Project, user chooses product A and chooses A1,A4,A5,A6 from the shuttle item.
scenario 1:
Later, user wants to add A3,A8,A9 the the existing list (A1,A4,A5,A6).How to ensure that the shuttle does not show the existing list (A1,A4,A5,A6) but shows the rest of the values.
scenario 2:
User wants to delete A6 from his list for product A.How to make the shuttle show the default values that the user has selected already,so that user can delete A6 from the list?
I am using Apex 3.1

A little research revealed addons can add items to context menu, in this case multifox adds option to open tab in new profile for multiple gmail etc logins. I had updated addons earlier, think that triggered it. So now I know why and what it does. The problem is why 6 times listed (instead of just one)... it also varies, sometimes the context menu will have one instance... and have seen as many as 9. Not sure why it varies, but would still also like to know how to modify context menu. Could just be a bug in multifox with FF17 I suppose. I will disable multifox and see if problem goes away.

How to edit/delete album cover art

A number of my iTunes album covers downloaded from 'Get album artwork' are the wrong ones - either wrong artist or wrong album. But I can't find a way to edit/delete them and replace them with the correct album-art that I have sourced myself. IWhen I try to drag in a new cover over the top of the existing one it simply reverts, after a few seconds, to the existing cover. I am not a computer whiz so I have no understanding of attacking this problem from the back end - eg .itc files and other mysteries. Surely there must be a more user-friendly solution. Any practical advice would be much appreciated.

IF YOU click on the song in particular, the artwork pane will be available and you can delete, add and edit from there. How to edit hidden metadata tags?

Hi, how can I edit the hidden metadata tags used for television (season, episode, etc.) ? I know that iTunes automatically inherits metadata tags from mp4 files, but I am using avi files wrapped in a quicktime media link. Is there a way to do this directly? Alternatively, is there a way to wrap a media link in a mp4 file?

Having looked around, I can only find two programs that support editing these "hidden" tags: Lostify and Atomic Parsley. Lostify is limited to MPEG4 video, and Atomic Parsley is limited to MPEG4 in general (.mp4, .m4a, .m4p, .m4v, .m4b). There doesn't seem to be a tool out there that lets you, say edit the iTunes Music Library.xml file, which would be dang handy.

What I find particularly exasperating is that "rational" hand-editting of the XML file seems to have no impact (e.g., I have a bunch of podcast episodes that were downloaded individually, since they had fallen off the end of the podcast RSS... and there is no way to seamlessly merge them into a single podcast stream -- or to kick them all into the "Music" section of the library).
For that matter, short of re-encoding files, it seems that I'm stuck with Apple's decision about which of my files are audiobooks and which are music...

How to edit, delete, or resubmit a podcast review

Can one delete or edit, or resubmit a podcast review? If there is no way to edit once you've submitted the review, could I get it deleted entirely then post the same review making the minor changes desired? Or could I submit another review to replace my first one without getting it deleted?
NOTE: Amazon.com allows you to update the "reviews" you submit for a book or product, so I submitted a review of a podcast on itunes from my Macbook Pro w/Retina Display using Mavericks, but I now realize they don't post immediately and have no edit or delete feature. Now I have a publicly viewable review with mispelled words and grammatical goofs that I can't polish up. I noticed most people's reviews also tend to contain excessive amounts of errors, which makes me worry that Apple has made it so that you cannot edit them.

You can copy and paste the review into a document for editing, then delete the original review, and repost the edited version. As far as I can tell, that's the only way to do it, since there is no "edit" function for iTunes reviews at this time. Here is the click path as of now:
iTunes Store >> e-mail >> Account >> "manage" hyperlink in the row under "Settings" and "Reviews and Ratings" (see screenshot)

I have two books that need to be deleted from the bookstore so I can upload the corrected version. How do I do that?

I asked support this question months ago.. The answer you cannot delete books once they are in the store.
You can withdraw them from the store by setting Price and Country rights control to none ( de-select all)
You can use the same title and product ID to re-make your book and upload as an update.
If you have any worries or concerns.. best option is to contact support... which is what I did to get the answer above!!

How to edit/delete child account

Hello, as I was testing this new family sharing feature, I made a mistake while create an account for my kid (wrong D.O.B).
Is there a way to change the D.O.B of a child account (it will still be under 13), or can I just delete the account and start over ?
The icloud help says I can either move the child to another family account or delete it, but with no instruction on how to delete the account.

How do I delete duplicate presets?

I mistakenly downloaded and added what appears to be an entire duplicate set of presets into AME. So now I have two of every option. It's a mess and I'd like to clean it up. Do I delete a preference file, or the entire application? I cannot find these files on my computer.

In Windows when You Import a Preset into Media Encoder, it goes in the address below:
C:\Users\ShaSha\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\AME\6.0\Presets
you should go in it and Delete the Duplicates.
PS: I'm using Media Encoder CS6 and as you see, my Main User named "ShaSha". So it's gonna be the User of your PC instead of it in this address.

How do I delete develop preset folders?

I'm wondering if it's possible to delete the develop preset folders that come pre-installed with LR 4. I don't see them in the Develop Presets folder in Application Support/Adobe, and right-clicking on the folders themselves in LR doesn't provide the option to delete.
The folders I'm talking about are:
Lightroom B&W Filter Presets
Lightroom B&W Presets
Lightroom B&W Toned Presets
etc...

So there is no changes on Mac remove or not templates from develop module, folders is still present even if it's empty

Hi Atul,
the operating unit created from Accounting setup manager would also be available from the Forms environment through Payables, Purchasing, Inventory or HRMS responsibilities.....
If you have payables responsibility, Navigate to Setup > Organizations ...and select your Operating unit and click FIND button ....Now you end date the operating unit
( In the toolbar you can also see delete icon enabled if the same needs to be deleted...)
