How to edit news from DW side, html editor?

Anybody know how to edit the news fro the DW side, html editor?

Hi Liam,
Thanks for the quick respond.
No, I don't mean news template which you can import to your desktop along
with entire site.
Imean the content,
since it's an html page i wish to import it to my desktop along with my
site, edit the comtent via DW on my desktop, simply because I like to use
the DW html editor localy and then update the BC server With "put" (on
right pane) dream weaver editor, just like youwould do with any html page.
I understand that in order to push live it have to be done from BC, server
side, but this discussion is all about editing the html news page, not the
news template, and not pushing it live. only editing it via DW editor on
your local site.
You did not understand my question, please allow me to try asking again.
Thanks

Hi I'm new to Mac & I have bootcamp on it but am stuck, how do I get from Mac side to the Window side?

Hold the "option" key on boot.  Choose the system to boot.
Then "System Preferences > Startup Disk" to select Max OSX as your default system.
There is another "system preferences" in the Windows menu that is added by bootcamp to make it the default, but I do not know the details of that.

  • How to use KeyChain API from client-side HTML scripting in Safari on iPad?

I have a requirement where I need to add client-side scripting in an HTML page to be supported by Safari on iPad that creates a private / public key pair and that creates a CSR (Certificate Signing Request) in PKCS#10 or SPKAC format that can be sent to a certification authority server using form HTTP/POST that will then return the generated certificate.
I initially thought that I could simply use the HTML 5 tag <keygen> which can do exactly what I need, but unfortunately this tag is not at all supported on mobile Apple devices like iPad or iPhone, so I have to look for another solution.
I have noticed that the KeyChain tool should be available on iPad using the documented API, but I have no idea based on the documentation whether the API can be called from client-side HTML scripting on iPad.
Question : is it technically possible using the functionalities and API's exposed on an iPad to implement what I just described in HTML client-side scripting? If so, do you have some links with useful information that can help me on my way?

How to edit new topics on this board?

    Hi Sam,
Your point about using the Feedback Area to get the Hosts to Edit something that has become fixed is a good one.
They can edit Typos and the Titles if required.
Actually you can see this in action in some forums.
They are working through older threads and editing the Titles to make them easier to find with Search. This causes Archived Threads to "pop up" to the top of the Forum without the Original Poster adding a "Last Word" when adding a Answered star (The only real method of closing a Thread in "My Questions" that remains unsolved).

  • HOW TO - Create new from clipboard and process multiple files - please help

Need help - have new version of photoshop on trial only ATM...
Want to know - HOW TO:
    1. Create new from clipbaord
    2. Process multiple files
    Please help.

For clipboard copy, I start with File > New and the size will be set to what's in the clipboard. Then once the new file is opened, Edit > Paste will place the clipboard contents as a layer in the new document.
You must remember to use the command Layer > Flatten Image of you want to save as jpeg or any other file format that doesn't support layers.
    For processing multiple files,
File > Automate > Batch or
File > Scripts > Image Processor...
Check the User guide or google information for those commands if you have specific needs.

    Hi
Can you tell me which version of dreamweaver you are using (and flash pro, if you have it), as the code you provided has element of a number of different versions (e.g. your js flash files are reasonably new, but your flash inserted into the html body is old, but with the cs3 version of flash player indicated!). Also the detect flash file is no longer required.

  • How call session bean from Client side

    Hi
calling session bean from client side it gives Lookup erroe, it gives JNDI error
how we know session bean is working. in Admin tree bean statis is reb Flaf, and ID is "Down" how we activate it..
    null

If you can make a connection using sess_sh, then you know that you have configured your database and listener properly. If it is not working, read the manuals that you can download from technet. They are pretty good, and if you follow the directions, you should see success.
    Good Luck!

  • How to put datas from database in htmls forms?

Does anyone have any idea how to put datas from the database using JSP???

One option: put your data into a JavaBean and then put that into the session. You can then access it from your JSP. You can access the properties of the bean using the basic JSP scripting elements, or if you want to get fancy, both JSTL and Struts have a bunch of custom tags for working with JavaBeans.

Why is my listener not working or why is it not implemented when I click the cells in the JTable and why is it not reflected into the JTable or into the console?
If this is Flash, Things can be done easily, but this is Java, and I dont know much about this language. I admit that I am new to this -intirely new.
    PS:
When you have solved the problem, please notify me with the code that's changed

Why is my listener not working or why is it not implemented when I click the cells in the JTable and why is it not reflected into the JTable or into the console? What does happen when you click on the cells?
Does the ResultSetTableModel report the cells as editable? If not you will never get to edit their contents, and so the table's model won't change, and so the table model listener will never get invoked.
When you post code here use the code tags. Basically you put {code} at the start of your code and again at the end. That way the code will be readable.
Try to post minimal examples with which others can reproduce your problem. In this case "minimal" would involve removing or drastically simplifying a lot of the GUI stuff which is just noise. But "reproduce" would involve including the ResultSetTableModel.
When you have solved the problem, please notify me with the code that's changedAvoid this.
What you say here is quite possibly not what you mean. But, in any event, while there might be plenty of interest in helping with specific problems there will likely be none in writing your code. Your problem remains yours. But your solution and your code - prompted by whatever help you might recieve - will also be yours.

  • How to start streaming from server side after applet initialized on client

    Hi,
I am using JSP for on demand streaming server.
I have included an applet in jsp page which start new player on client side after on streamreceive event.
But my problem is how to give call to server that applet on client side has been initialized and now streaming can go on.
Is there any method / way to call class file which will start streaming?

Oracle is designed to support connection from client to server. The client originates the connection.
If you want the server to initiate the connection, you need to make the server pretend it is a client. Oracle even does this internally, when they want to use 'External Procedures'
You may also use Oracle's Message Queue mechanism, called 'Advanced Queueing' to use a 'publish subscribe' model instead of a connection model. That is discussed in the Advanced Queue manual in the documentation at http://docs.oracle.com
Finally, you can explore the possibility of using RMI from the database, as discussed in the Java related documentation at the same location.

  • How to edit iweb from a remote location

I made a website using iweb in the office and I have a personal iweb from my home. How can I edit the office website without changing my personal from home?

you have to manage your domain files!
to get the page from the office to your home, you will need to copy the domain.sites file from the office computer to your home computer. you can find it here:
    Users/username/application support/iweb/DOMAIN.SITES
copy it to the other computer. then in the "iweb" folder (see above), create a folder named after your office website. place the domain file from the office in that new folder. now when you double click you can modify that page again.
whenever you want to work on one file, you will have to double click on the one you want to use!
    see here for more information:
    - a little app which will do it for you

  • How to edit data from a "View Table"?

I am importing data from a "table view" where in sql it joins several tables into one view. When I passed it in using the template it doesnt have the "Edit command column" like other direct link tables. Is there anyway I could make a view table editable? Can I manually try to do it or I have to edit the individual ables? thanks

oh sorry about that. The "template" I mean in HTMLDB when I start building a new application I used "Based on existing tables" method and with single tables it generates everything fine with search fields and edit column to the left. I have a table view that combines about 4 tables together and I used the same template (Based on existing tables) and it has the search and create but it doesnt have the "edit" column on the left. Is there a way I can edit the view table's information so that the other tables that the view combines will be updated/edited?
The reason is that lets say I dont know this person's ID number but I know his name. I search for his name on table A and it returns some general data including his ID number. Instead of going to another Table B with the person's ID number and edit that table I really want to see the information just from one search (Table A)- if a global search can be implemented that would be great too. Thanks Sergio.

  • How to access network from internet side

    Network newbie.
Using BEFW11SW V.4 wireless router on a DSL mosdem to ISP, on small office network - 3 puters on it running XP Pro SP2/3. That side works fine for intranet and internet, mostly. snorton Norton firewall set up OK for access out.
But I have mental block understanding how to get into my office network from outside, i.e. home via the internet. I can find the IP address of the router and the DSL modem while at work. But from home how do I route through to the computers & printers  across the internet to the work network.  What IP address works, and what ports do I try to open from the outside on the road.  Thinking in particular of remote desktop on the road, including access to office computers and printers.
BTW remote desktop, Win Live Messanger, netmeeting all work from the office network outbound through the wireless router and DSL to internet to home puter -
but I want the reverse path. What address/port/redirect ??
    Thanks for the kind words.

since you want to use the Remote desktop feature....you will need to forward port number 3389 on you work router....once done...save settings the drawback here is that whenever you want o access the work pc....you will need to know the current IP you are getting from the DSL connection.. to access the work PC , open internet explorer and in the address bar type the following syntax http://your.current.wan.ip:3389
