Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.

There is no way to retrieve the 4 digit code. You have to restore the device if you don't know the code and you cannot unlock the device. There have been more than a few users that are asking about this and they are all saying the same thing that you are saying - they never set a passcode before.

are you talking about the passcode to unlock the phone? if you forgot it there is no way to recover it, you'll have to restore the phone on the same computer you usually sync it with.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

How do i fix my credit card security code invalid error?

I have been using the same credit card for 2 years now and for some reason out of no where its saying my security code is invalid and that i have been charge 7.55. its not taking money out because the security code is invalid therefore charging me until it starts working again. i have tried everything!!! Im currently with Chase so i checked to see all of my information is correct, went thru it again over and over and put in the credit card info 100 times and nothing! i no my card is working because i been buying things everyelse.....so what is the problem? i cant put on my account "none" because that option doesnt exist anymore....and i have signed in and out and reentered the card info and still nothing.

For someone reason my iPhone demanded I update my billing information when I tried to update my apps. It required the security code for my card. I entered it, correctly at least 20 times until I because frustrated and tried it on my iMac. I updated iTunes, reset my billing information and then redid it. NOTHING! I read up on this online and they said that because it's a Debit card iTunes won't accept it. Here's the problem, it's a VISA Debit so it has to be accepted if they have the VISA logo on their site... it's a VISA. And furthermore it has always worked for me. Anyone have this same problem, or better yet find a solution? Please and thank you...

Recently my LG Optimus Zone 2 was bricked, and in order to replace it, I went and got a new one of the exact model. The problem is, I signed up for Verizon Wireless about a year or two ago, and I can't remember my 4-digit security code, so I'm unable to place my old number on my new phone.
Due to my new phone being the only phone I have that works currently, I cannot call anyone without authenticating it, and I require my 4-digit security code to do so. Can anyone help out?

I Forgot Nokia 2320c's Security Code

I decided to lend this phone to a friend and they changed the security code without my knowledge. Now when I boot the phone I am prompted to enter in a security code. I don't know this code, and my friend who I lent it to has forgotten the code. I want to do a hard reset and get rid of all the information on the phone and return it to its stock form.
If anyone has any idea how I can accomplish this without the security code I would be really appreciative.

Unfortunately it is not possible to remove or reset the code yourself unless you know the original code. It's also not possible to wipe the data without the code.
To get it removed you will need to visit a nokia care point as they have the tools to do it. They may ask to see proof of ownership before they will perform the procedure and all data will be wiped from the phone. They will also charge for the service so I suggest you ask your friend to pay the bill!

If you have no care points in your country your only hope is to ask for help at a phone repair shop but they may not have the tools to do it.

The wireless radio picks up and displays all WiFi signals that are openly transmitted. That is to show you the networks available to join. Those that do not have the padlock are unsecure networks, which should not bother you as long as you do not attach to them. Their being open has no affect on your security.
You cannot completely and permanently block their being listed. Just ignore them and don't attach to any unkown networks.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
