How to Eliminate Camera Flash Reflection in Photograph?

I"m using PSE 6.0. In neither of the two instruction manuals that I use do they specifically address how to eliminate a camera flash reflection in the photo. I'm sure there is a way to do it in PSE6.0, but I don't know where to look. Can someone direct me?

There is no information in the area of the flash reflection - it is completely blown out. The clone stamp tool will not yield a satisfactory result, as the details in the adjacent map area lack contrast, especially in this low resolution file.
I experimented a bit -
I sampled the brown color next to the flash with the eye dropper tool
Created a new, blank layer at the top of the stack
Accessed the brush tool, selected the "Dry Media Brushes" library, used brush #60 (Soft Pastel Large) set at 25% opacity, then on the blank layer painted over area of flash. That does not look too bad, but it lacks the detail of the map
Perhaps you can print this, fill in the map by hand, then scan same.
Someone else may come along with another suggestion.

Every time my page loads or changes in IE there is a screen flash that loads the background color of the body (css) then loads all the content creating a flash. Is there some code to end this? All the other browsers do not show this flash.

You can't get rid of it, but you can reduce its effect. Your screen flash also happens in Chrome, at least to get from the home page to another page. The main reason it's doing this is because you have 2 style sheets - one controlling the home page and another controlling the internal pages, so once you leave the home page the browser has to reload everything. To help reduce the effect you can:
Combine your CSS into one file - this will also remove at least 50% of your styles as eaa.css and pages.css are very similar.
Move the javascript hooks to the bottom of the page, just before </body></html>. This will help them to be loaded last which gets the CSS first.
Reduce the image sizes as much as you can.
Reduce the number of images used. You have 3 background divs. You should be able to do your design with 1.
Consider re-doing the menu without Spry as it just adds to the bulk and you have a basic menu system.
This should help you out a little.

I am using Dreamweaver CS5.
My banner of 968px X 280px is a JPG image (photograph) with a logo.
I would like to learn how to make the banner photograph flash from one photograph to another.
Can anyone help me with how to do this or guide me to where I can find a tutorial on this?
Can this be done in Dreamweaver with code, or do I have to do this in another application first?
I have Flash, Fireworks and Photoshop.

It's not jquery that determines the dimensions of your container for your images, you do. The dimensions can be any size. jquery is just a script which alternates the images within the container:

First make sure you are searching the name correctly.
If the app is no longer in the App Store it is no longer available for download. This happens when Apple has found the app violates the agreement with the developer or when the developer no longer wants the app listed in the App Store.
If the app is truly no longer in the App Store your only option is to copy it from iTunes on the computer you normall sync with.

How to fix flash reflecting off of wall in background?

I'm trying to remove the flash bouncing off of the back wall of an image. When I try brushing over it and lowering its highlights / exposure it just turns a mucky grey. Not sure how to proceed. Help!

Flash reflecting off the background is one of those gotchas that is difficult to fix. For me, it's even difficult to do it in Photoshop. The real key is to use bounce flash, or angle yourself so that you're not shooting directly against the background. Easy to say after-the-fact, I know. I tried fixing a photo of my daughter and granddaughters that had a glaring reflection from the wall. I tried several different approaches that ended up looking worse than the reflection. But then, I'm not a real "high end" photo finisher when it comes to those types of problems.
