How to email support, no outgoing calls?

How do I email customer support?
I am Manila, Philippines on global roaming, Internet is spotty and intermittent, online chat hours are the middle of the night here.  There are no Verizon stores to pop into.
All phones on my account (2 in Ph, 1 in US) have stopped making outgoing calls or text ("outgoing calls not permitted").  I have no way to call support.  The My Verizon phone app won't connect.
I am at a complete loss how to contact support for assistance getting our phones working again.
Urgently needing support,
Brian

Since you can't make calls and there is no longer an option to e-mail Customer Support, I'd suggest the chat feature next ... but that won't work for you due to the time zones.  So, one option would be to contact Verizon via their Twitter account:
VZW Support (VZWSupport) on Twitter
Another option is to contact John Bianchi; he's the VP, National Customer Service.  Maybe you could explain your situation in an e-mail and he could forward it to the appropriate contact.  To e-mail him, go to this link, scroll to the bottom and click the blue Contact John Bianchi:

How do you block outgoing calls? I know how to block incoming calls, but how do i make it to where i cannot make outgoing calls to that same certain number?

The easiest thing is to just not call the number.    You can set up blocks with Usage Controls; it costs $4.99 per month:

  • How can I separate incoming / outgoing call times?

    Hello,
I'd like to know, is there's any app or tweak which makes my iPhone to be able to separate incoming and outgoing call times?
    Thanks in advance,

Go to your recent call list - on any contacts click the blue arrow - it will show you the incoming and outgoing calls separatley.

  • How to calculate the overall outgoing call duration in a month?

I have seen Call register & similar items in all the phones. But, in my iphone 4, there is NO OPTION for me to calculate my monthly outgoing minutes / seconds (mine is per second billing). Due to this, I exceeded my quota in my last month bill & I had to pay it UNNECCESSARYLY.  It had never happened to me before & I was able to be in control of my bill with my Simple nokia phone earlier.  I was searching for App, but the reports say that the available app, does not take the 'seconds' in to account & it has to be run in the background & it substantially reduces the phone performance.  I can't understand WHY APPLE cannot give this simple feature, so that the Customers can be in control of their bills. Right now, this is only going to benefit the Carriers.!!   If some one found / knows how to find overall outgoing minutes (with seconds usage included) in inphone4, please let me know!!??????

  • How to email support about repair?

I don't want to phone them as this will cost a lot from my mobile, I want to email about broken charger that they partially replaced. I still need the cable...

Thanks, but I've been there and got fed up going round in circles... You can't really contact support unless you purchase additional cover:
"It looks like your product is not covered for complimentary technical support, so you may need to purchase a single incident of support or extend your service and support coverage with an AppleCare Protection Plan."
Complimantary?!   If it breaks within 6 months and the replacement part doesn't work either, it should still be covered by standard support not complimentary or paid for additional support.
I guess Apple doesn't make enough money on sales, you also need to pay them for support, even if your item is still covered by their 12 months guarantee
Well, I won't be supporting them with my future purchases either.

  • OUTGOING CALL LOG

HOW DO U FIND UR OUTGOING CALL LOG ON VERIZON.COM, IM TRYING TO LOOK AT MY HOME PHONE OUTGOING CALL LOG

I've been nagging Verizon on this one alot.  If you have one of the international long distance plans, you get 300 or 500 minutes of international long distance, then any time over this allotment is billed by the minute.  The problem is that you have NO WAY of knowing how many minutes you have used, until the bill comes at the end of the month.
    I've had customer support say:
    - You need to track the time yourself - we suggest a stop watch.
    - I get several calls a month about this , but we don't have an answer.
    - We are trying to resolve this issue.
    - You don't need to know how many minutes you used. (They indirectly imply this)
    - We can see how many minutes you used, but can only tell you to resolve a fraud alert issue regarding unusual long distance activity.    (This bugs me as much as suggesting I use a stop watch)
    - If you switch to the more expensive 500 minute plan, you won't have to worry as much.
Call assistant would be the logical place to put outgoing calls, with international plan minute totals, but what do I, a customer, know.

  • Total outgoing Call Duration in iPhone4

How to identify the total outgoing call duration in iphone 4? As this is a very basic feature and even 10 years old models does have this. Is it purposely avoided?!!! Please let me know if there any tool to track this? or any possibility to find in itunes? Whether it has reset option every month/when needed. Without that I will recommend it is a big loss for consumers and very big profit for service provider.
If the answer is there is no option then does Apple have the connection with service provider and have share?

I don't think a application is aloud to use those api's

  • Control Outgoing Calls on selective PRI lines

    Hi,
I have a setup as below:
2 PRI lines are terminated on the Cisco Gateway.
The gateway is connected to a CCM 5.0.
My requirement:I want all outgoing calls should be dialed out from a Particular PRI based on some logic.
How can I control the outgoing calls to be dialled out from a particular PRI based on my choice.
    --Pranjol

    Hi,
You can do it under Route Group...
    For your hint...
    1. Register both the pri in the CCM.
    2. Say PRI1: E1 0/1/0
    3. Say PRI2: E1 0/1/1
    4. Under Route Group select Top-Down in the selection criteria. Select 1st PRI on the Top & 2nd PRI then...
    5. Means..alloutgoing calls will be thrown to 1st PRI. If 1st PRI is down/not available, calls will be routed via PRI2.
    Rate if it helps..

You will need to get the required info to create/access the account with an email client from your school.
Are you currently accessing the account with an email client on your computer - if you have a Mac with the Mail.app, or if you have a PC with Outlook Express, etc.? If so, you can get the required account settings there.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts   Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

    Good day Sidharth Namrta,
It sounds like you are unable to make any calls, but you can recieve them, and everything else seems to work fine. I recommend you use the troubleshooting in the following article to help you get that resolved, named:
iPhone: Troubleshooting issues making or receiving calls
Follow the steps below to resolve this issue. Please test after each step.
Toggle airplane mode: Tap Settings > Enable Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn off airplane mode.
    Check your phone settings:
Check your Do Not Disturb settings: Tap Settings > Do Not Disturb.
Check for any blocked phone numbers: Tap Settings > Phone > Blocked.
See if Call Forwarding is turned on: Tap Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding.
Ensure that your software is up to date:
Check for a carrier settings update.
Check for an iOS software update.
Note: Some updates may require a Wi-Fi connection.
If the iPhone has a SIM card, reseat the SIM card.
If the iPhone 4 or iPhone 4s is on the Verizon network, dial *228 from the iPhone and select option 2 to update the Preferred Roaming List (PRL). The PRL determines the cellular towers the phone uses for cellular service, selecting those with the best signal strength.
Reset the network settings: Tap  Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Try to make or receive calls in another location.
Attempt to isolate to one network band:
If you're having the issue on LTE, disable LTE, if possible, and try again.
If you're having the issue on 3G/4G, disable 3G/4G, if possible, and try again.
Contact the carrier to check the following:
Your account is properly configured to use the specific iPhone that has the issue.
There are no localized service outages.
    Your account doesn't have a billing-related block.
Your calls don't have errors on the carrier system.
    Restore the phone as new.
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, go to an Apple Retail Store, carrier, Apple Authorized Reseller, or contact AppleCare to send the phone in for service.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
    All the very best,
    Sterling

2 summers ago, I was live-in caregiver for my Dad & Mom. I am watchin TV in the back room and before I know what's happening, my poor folks had given some gypsies $100 cash to 'clean' the outside  of their gutters! The hook those f****** used was elegantly simple. They had gone into HomeDepot, grabbed a handful of Behr Product brochures and were saying they were using this stuff to clean with at $60/gallon! Turns out the product was really $6 (SIX) /gallon!! They were just about to get a check for $600 from my Mom (had it written about to sign and hand it over) when I wandered out to the front and saw the commotion. I immediately put a stop to it. Papa Gypsy started to get in my face & fight before his kinsmen grabbed him and dragged him off as I was calling 911.
Moral... trust NO-ONE - in any form of media - no matter how slick the deal looks. My poor OLD folks still  don't realize what happened. They think *I* was the a******!
All your scammer had to do was parrot Applese, design with alot of white space, put real looking footers and such. The tell to me for sure was "Call Apple" with NO NUMBER (I didn't think you intentionally edited that out)
Glad you posted and I was able to help. Maybe Apple will sick their goons on 'em I'd have goons if I was rich and powerful wouldn't you?
