How to enable mashup in Ipad app

Hi,
We have a mashup created on a custom page in Sales Lead tab. Mashup is visible on Desktop but not in the app.
What steps are needed to enable it to show up in Ipad app.
Regards
Apoorva

Apoorva,
This looks like a HTML mashup in a facet ?
First thing is to always test your mashup URL in iPad to see how it renders (or even if does).
Second, both URL and HTML mashups render as new Safari tabs.  So in your screenshot, you will have to click on that link to open the report - which will appear in a new Safari tab.
Tim.

    Be careful even connecting the iPad to the new Mac, you could erase everything if you aren't careful and don't know what you're doing.
    If it's a work Mac and a personal iPad, there is no reason the twain should meet. The most that you can do is store iPad content in the iTunes libraries on the Mac. As Ralph mentioned, iPad apps don't run on Macs and vice versa.

  • I want to update my ipad into ios5 how can i backup my ipad apps and song?

    please help me how can i backup my ipad apps and songs thank you...

    To update to iOS 5.0.1 you need iTunes 10.5 on your computer. When you've got iTunes 10.5 installed then connect your iPad to it and copy any purchases off the iPad to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases - that will copy off your apps and iTunes bought music, films (not rentals if they were bought directly on the iPad), tv show, ibooks, but it won't copy off music bought from other stores or music copied from your own CDs (if they are no longer on your computer then you will need to find a third-party program that can copy them off the iPad).
    You should also backup the device (right-click the iPad 'device' and select 'back up'), and copy off any important documents, files, notes etc (e.g. by email, the file sharing section at the bottom of the Apps tab in iTunes, wifi, whatever the apps that you use support) - the update process should backup and restore the content but it's best to be safe.
    If iTunes doesn't prompt you to update to iOS 5.0.1 on your iPad, then with your iPad connected to and selected on the left-hand side of it, then on the Summary tab on the right-hand side click the Check For Updates button.

  • How can I gift an iPad app on a specific day, like birthday?

    In answering an earlier question (How can I buy a specific iPad app for someone else?) https://discussions.apple.com/people/King_Penguin gave the following helpful tip:  http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2736
    So far, so good (except that now I'll need to tip off the giftee by asking which email address he uses for iTunes). However... I have a new problem. How do I specify that the gift "arrive" on a specific day, such as a birthday? Dear Obvious Answer: No, I don't want the answer "Buy it on his birthday." I will be out of the country on his birthday, and away from internet/3g/4g connections. I need another choice.

    A different obvious answer: organise it, don't tell him until his birthday. If you cannot phone or text, tell him on a birthday card, posted (remember that?), if necessary inscribed "do not open until your birthday".
    We spend too much time wresting with technology to solve problems that would not even exist a few years ago.

  • How can I add an iPad app to my library without an iPad?

    Hello,
    As part of the App Store's 5th anniversary, the Traktor DJ app for iPad is free, possibly for a short time only. I currently don't have an iPod, but I would like to add the for-now-free iPad app to my library, just in case I later acquire an iPad. How can I do so?
    (I know that the Traktor DJ app for iPhone is available, but I want to secure ALSO the iPad version.)

    Download the app in the App Store in iTunes on your computer.
    Open iTunes on your computer, go to the iTunes Store, search for that app, and download it. If it can be synced to your iPod, it will be if you select it to sync. Otherwise, it will be on your computer until you can sync it to an iPad

  • How can i make my ipad apps work again?

    i have this iPad2 wifi+3g  for like five months now but iv never tried sync it on my laptop. Just yesterday i decided to try sync but im frightened when a pop up window appears said that syncing will erase all the data i had on my iPad including my favorite movies and apps.It's been two days now that i've been tinkering my iPad apps.My 1st problem now is i lost all my movies that my friend installed on my iPad and i dont know how to retrieve it. 2) i foldered my apps and sync it and also  update it to iOs5   but after the update and syncing my apps doesnt work now like my bookworm  and few other games doesn't work but it's still there on my folder.
    Can someone help me please...  a detailed instruction is immensely appreciated .

    If the movies that your friend installed on your iPad were not bought with your Apple ID or are not in your iTunes library - they are gone - unless he reinstalls them or you sync again with iTunes (if they are in your library).
    If you bought the movies with your ID and you live in the U.S., you can download many movies again for free using the purchased tab in iTunes.
    If your third party apps no longer work, try downloading another app on your iPad - any free app is fine. That will reset your iTunes authorization and should reset the other apps.

  • How to enable logging for mail.app in Mountain Lion

    I am at my wits end trying to figure this out....
    Does anyone have a clue how to enable the logging for mail.app under Mountain Lion?
    In the past, you could open up Console and click on Console.log and see the logging of mail. Under mountain Lion, there is no more console.log. I cannot figure out how to enable it.
    I have tried to run the AppleScript of "Turn On Logging" but the script errors out under Mountain Lion.
    Does anyone know how to do this or a better way, maybe a tool or something that can help you troubleshoot mail.app issues?
    Thanks in advanced

    Hello,
    I have a similar problem. The script "Turn on Logging.scpt" runs without error, but I do not see any socket logging. I only get two messages, which I also get when I start mail without the script by just clicking the mail.app icon in the dock. The Messages are:
    1/10/13 3:43:32.618 PM Mail[11276]: Using V2 Layout
    1/10/13 3:43:36.388 PM Mail[11276]: *** -[IADomainCache init]: IA domains cache is out of date.
    Any help would be appreciated

  • How do I get my iPad apps onto my new iphone?

    I currently have a mini ipad.  I just bought my first iphone 5 today, and the sales associate set it up.  I put in my apple id to log into icloud at the store.  I am home now and want to get my ipad apps onto my iphone.  How do I do this?

    You would do this by iTunes and the sync process. You can select what apps you want to sync in iTunes. However, know that not all apps that are used on the iPad can be used on the iPhone. There are apps that are iPad only, as well as those that are iPhone only.

    You may have to do this several times.
    Saw this solution on another post about an iPad in a school environment. Might work on your iPad so you won't lose everything.

    ‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
    Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
    I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
    Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
    1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
    2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
    3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
    4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
    5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
    6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
    7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
    8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just canceling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
    If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Try it and good luck. You have nothing more to lose if it doesn't work for you.
     Cheers, Tom
    my brother entered the wrong password on my iPad and it got diabled and it says to connect to itunes. But the computer i have synced the ipad to is not working and i have no idea how to enable my iPad. Does anybody know what i can do for this?
    FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
    1. Turn off iPad
    2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
    3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
    4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
    DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
    5. Release Home button.
    ON COMPUTER
    6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
    7. Select "Restore iPad"...
    Note:
    1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
    2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
