  • How to display negative values in a screen field of a screen

    Hi All,
Please let me know how to display negative values in a screen field of a screen.
    thanks

    Hi Kishore,
You can do this method. In the screen , create a text field of CHAR instead fo creating an INT4 field.
I have created a field of CHAR of name say TEXT.
    In the main program,
declare a variable of the same name ie. TEXT.
    data: TEXT(5) TYPE C.
In PBO, just assign the negative values.
It will work.Since there is automatic conversion between character and integer data types, it will work for positive values as well.

  • How to enable net value in sap crm opportunity

    hello all ,
how to enable net value in sap crm opportunity and item category.
please help me out i am new in sap crm
    Ahmad

    Hi Ali,
Every transaction which you create have some predefined rule in the form of procedure which is attached in the transaction level. You can follow below path and check for the transaction which are the rule maintained.
    CRM->Basic setting-> Define transaction types.
Search for your transaction type and double link in order to see all the rules attached to transaction level.
You also need to define which item categories you wanted to configure for particular transaction type which you all ready have done it seems.
You also need to define pricing procedure to the transaction where you need to checked for errors.
    Below is the path
CRM->Basic setting-> Define transaction type-> open your transaction
step 2:click on assignment of business transaction categories than select category as Sales
than click on  Customizing Header option to see attached pricing procedure with it.here you need to check for your error.
to check partner determination rule please follow below path in SPRO. -> partner determination procedure
Check in head of transaction which partner procedure is attached.
Than search for partner determination procedure in below path.
I hope this will help you to validate the setting for your transaction and will be helpful to solve your issue.
    Thanks,
    Prem

  • Posting for different APC values to different Depreciation Areas

    Hi All,
I am trying to manage in ECC 6.0, different APC values for different depreciation areas, i.e. APC values differ from one dep area to another. I need to post the APC to GL only (i.e. for the 01 i.e. Book Depreciation area). For the remaining depreciation areas for the purposes of reporting I need to maintain different APC values.
One way to achieve this is by maintaining Parallel ledger. Is there any other way this can be achieved.
    Thanks in advance
    Krishna

    Hi,
Use the trnasaction ABSO and clik in the button Dep. Area.
Now you can fill in the value by depreciation area. (when this is set up) use the Trans act type 100

I created a currency field on a report selection using PARAMETERS.

  • How to Update the APC values in another Depreciation Area

    Hi
    We have an issue that:
Due to our configuration mistakes the past values have not posted to our depreciation area 15 (Tax depreciation) and our Group Assets are not updated with these values. Now we have rectified the configuration but we want to update the already posted values in depreciation area 15 (Group Assets).
How we can update the same.
    Thanks in advance to all.

You can use transaction ABSO and use a copy from the transaction type 158 Gross interco.transf.acquis. prior-yr acq.
You have to create a new transaction type copy from 158 and Limit Transaction Types to Depreciation Area 15

  • How to show negative value in Pie Chart from Webi?

I have below example data, I want to convert this to a pie chart in Web Intelligence, my problem is after I convert it to a pie chart, the revenue '-30' is shown as '30', looks like the pie chart is not suppor the negative value to show, I want to know if there is any workaround or solution to make the pie chart to show the negative value? Is this behavior is by design? do we have any official document to explain this?
The product I used is BOE XI 3.1 SP3.
    Department    Revenue
    A                      100
    B                       -30
    C                        80

Why are you showing this information as a pie chart? It doesn't make sense to try and display a negative slice in a pie chart. I can't really think of a logical way to try and draw a negative slice in a pie chart. With a pie chart you will need all your information to either all be positive or all negative, otherwise it doesn't work.
What you need is to have a bar chart, with positive and negative values on the y axis.

  • How to remove negative values for non-cumulative amount

    Hello
I have a requirement from the user, wherein he needs to see the balance amount from credit and debit without calendar day being a factor. Hence, they do not need a bank passbook kind of scenario.
I kept the balance amount aggregation as sum+last value. It works fine when I keep calendar day in rows. However, removing it shows negative value in the balance amount in case of just debit.
They wish to see 30,000 on 07.12.2014 and 25,000 on 04.02.2015 in Non-cumulative key figure column. This works if I drag 0calday, but doesnt work in this scenario.
    Is it possible?

    Hi Yasemin
Credit & Debit are inflow and outflow amount key figures. The user want the data somewhat like this:-
    GL Account No.
    Credit
    Debit
    Non Cumulative Balance
    1
    1000
    1000
    1
    500
    500
    1
    100
    400
However, as of now, I get this data only when I keep 0calday in rows. If I remove it the data turns into this:-
    GL Account No.
    Credit
    Debit
    Non Cumulative Balance
    1
    1000
    1000
    1
    500
    -500
    1
    100
    -100
I also tried suppressing result rows, yet it didnt work. This scenario is sort of like an account passbook debit and credit amount balance report, but they want that amount coming in without the 0calday row.

  • How to avoid negative values of key figure

    Dear all,
I have to create one query based on ODS, in which i will use one key figure, which has negative as well as positive values. In report, i want to avoid all negative values or make them zero. Is it possible?  Please guide me for the same.
I cann't make any modification to the ODS.
    Regards,
    Pravin.

    Hi,
To make negative values as possitive you can use the formula abs().
    ie:  abs(key figure)
You can also create a condition in the query to show only values greater than or euqal to 0. Make it active, then you will get all values greater than or equal to 0.
Now if your intention is to show the negative values as 0 then use the formula as stated above.
    Regards
    Govind.

Hi, i have Report and need supress all values <0
I need show negative values only.
    Any idea ?

    Hi,
if you want to suppress negative values you must write VBA code or you can just highlight the negative values (or hidden the positive using as color the bacjground) with conditional formatting.
    Kind regards

  • Value in new depreciation area is Zero

    Hello All,
I have created a new depreciation area 11. In OABC it is set as 01 (values from book depreciation). In OAYZ, I have assigned the new depreciation area to new asset classes. Then I transferred to value from old assets to new assets by ABUMN and run AFBN for opening the new depreciation area.
In AW01N, I can see the new depreciation area for the asset but with zero value. In the transactions I see the transfer with transaction type 158 and with zero value for the new area. The transaction type taken for book depreciation is 310 and has the correct value. But earlier when I did the testing in quality the transaction type was 310 for both the areas.
In AFBN, the check box Leave initial value was unchecked initially and when I ran it again I result was processed 0 and error 0. I reversed one asset and transferred to new asset class containing both depreciation area again. But again the value in depreciation area 11 is Nil.
    Please help.
    Thanks,
    Sangram

    Hi Sangram
Since you are already executed AFBN with the option "Leave initial values", you cannot update the records now, as the table entries have already would have got created in tables ANLB,ANLC, etc.
Now if you want to copy values from other depreicaiton areas to new dep area, one option is to copy a ZZZAFANEW1 by doing a small modification (that is by changing all ABAP commands INSERT to UPDATE) and execute this program.  This will update the values from the source depreciation area to target depreciation area, even if table record already exists.
This code is available in SAP note no.317806
Test it thoroughly before using it in Production client.  Also take care to enter a correct source and target depreciation area to avoid further problems.
    Hope this helps.
    Regards

  • How to enable Negative Quantity in PSM/ASM of SAP PLM7

    Hi Guru,
I got a request from my users that they want to use Negative Quantity in in PSM/ASM of SAP PLM7.
As we known, Negative Quantity is available in ERP via CS01/CS02, but i cannot maintain negative quantity in PSM or ASM. Does any one know how to maintain it? Thanks in advance.
    BR
    Simon

    Satish,
You have to set up the component as secondary output. When creating a BOM/Recipe in PLM, you can designate a component as a "secondary output." This type of component will allow negative quantities to be entered, just like you do in CS01 and CS02 for "by-products."

  • How to make Acquisition Value and Accumulated Depreciation NIL

    Hi Gurus.........
I am very new into SAP.
Got stuck in one of the problem related to Asset Accounting.
My question goes as follows :
    1. Acquisition cost of a Machinery $10000
    2 Accumulated Depreciation  $2500
    3. Net Book Value $7500 as on 31.03.2010
    4. Sold the asset at Net Book Value $7500
It means net book value is nil now. Bur Acquisition cost still there $10000
and Accu Dep is also $2500 in the book . Now tell me how make nil
    accumulated dep and Accusition value.
    Need T code and procedure.

    Hi Sanjib,
    welcome to the forum.
You can use for example ABAVN or ABSO to make a complete retirement.
Then the values a zero for sure.
