    Can we do the same/similar for Windows based computers?
    My video card is NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT

    After a little experimenting I have DONE IT !!!
    In the folder "Program Files " "Adobe" "Premiere CS6" open the text file called cuda_supported_cards.txt.
    Add your card to the list and hopefully it works.
    Open a new session of Premiere, Goto "Project Settings" "General" and under Video Rendering and Playback "Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration" should show as active.
    Now I am going to tackle After Effects.

    Search for your transaction type and double link in order to see all the rules attached to transaction level.
    You also need to define which item categories you wanted to configure for particular transaction type which you all ready have done it seems.
    You also need to define pricing procedure to the transaction where you need to checked for errors.
    Below is the path
    CRM->Basic setting-> Define transaction type-> open your transaction
    step 2:click on assignment of business transaction categories than select category as Sales
    than click on  Customizing Header option to see attached pricing procedure with it.here you need to check for your error.
    to check partner determination rule please follow below path in SPRO. -> partner determination procedure

    Go to the bottom of this message for the most current information.
    Hi all,
    SAP GUI for Windows 7.20 is now available for download on SAP Service Marketplace.
    The new SAP GUI release comes with a number of useful new features:
    - Support for Windows 7 operating system & Office 2010 package (32bit version)
    - SAP Logon: Hierarchical organization of items in an explorer like view and a tree like view.
    - SAP Logon: With release 7.20, an administrator can define a central saplogon.ini which can be merged into the local user specific saplogon.ini.
    - Options Dialog: Almost all options have been merged into a new user friendly dialog that replaces Tweak SAP GUI and the old options dialog.
    - Security Enhancements: A set of maintainable security rules which allow administrators and users to prevent unwanted access to the client PCs from SAP systems have been defined.
    - Animated Focus Frame: Improved visualization of the focus and its movement across the screen.
    - High Contrast Theme for SAP Signature Design: Improved visual design for users with visual impairments, based on the successful SAP Signature Design.
    - Better organization of local data: Downloaded files, traces, scripts and other local objects are stored in different folders (roaming and local) according to Windows standards.
    Besides this SAP GUI for Windows 7.20 is fully compatible with older SAP GUI releases.
    Since SAP GUI for Windows 6.20 is out of maintenance since 1st of January 2011 and SAP GUI for Windows 7.10 is out of maintenance since 13th of April 2011 we recommend to start planning the upgrade to release 7.20 as soon as possible.

  • SAP GUI for Windows - Extended Notification

    Hello All,
    I have set up the extended notifications for outlook integration with sap workitem.
    Subscription settings are as follows:
    SHOW_ACTION_DECISION_AS     - Link
    SHOW_ACTION_DISPLAY_AS      - Link2
    SHOW_ACTION_EXECUTE_AS      - Link2
    SHOW_INBOX_AS                         - Link2
    I am receiving the work item on outlook successfully.
    Now the thing is, when i click on display/execute/workflow inbox link; it is opening the SAP GUI for html & giving error "host not found". As per my subscription settings, it should open the work item in SAP GUI for windows.
    I am using the general task TS..8267 & not defined any SWFVISU config to overwrite SWNCONFIG.
    Do i have to make any other setting so that my http link "Workflow Inbox"/"Display Work Item"/"Execute Work Item" gets open in SAP GUI for windows and not in SAP GUI for html?
    Any help will be highly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Y Sharma

    Markus,
    with all respect, but this is nonsens, I mean not your answer, but SAP's policy.
    Today I can customize Windows, webpages (if implemented), my Android smartphone, with all colors, icons and much more.
    SAP is ages back in time, I would dare to say that SAP even made a huge step backwards with the new design and should re-think its policy.
    How many times customers have asked for a custom-colored GUI? Countless, I would say. Speaking from the point of a developer it is important to see at first glance which systems I've logged on, and believe me we have plenty of it.
    cu,
    Michael

  • How large of a partition should I do for Windows XP

    I am mainly using it for light gaming, the partition means how much of the hard drive is used for windows and windows-based programs/games it can use, right? What does Windows alone need, and what would you suggest? I have about 100GB total disk space left on my macbook.

    Hi Desidarius;
    Since your question is primarily about Boot Camp and Windows and not Leopard, you will probably have greater success if you post over in the Boot Camp.

  • How do i Install the Software Update Server for Windows 7?

    How do i Install the Software Update Server for Windows 7? I get an error saying: Can't Install the Software because it is not currently available from the Software Update server.
    I downloaded the software so How do I install it?
    Do I install it all over again or when I have windows open?
    I am using Bootcamp.

    Back up your system drive completely. If you have no backup plan in place, now would be a good time to start. You can use CarbonCopyCloner to make a complete, bootable backup of your system on another drive or volume. After you have done this: download the combo update using the link supplied by Niel and run the installer.

  • How big of a partition do I need for windows Xp?

    How Big of a partition do I need for Windows XP? And to be able to run visual Basics program?

    Nobody can answer that question with any certainty because we don't know your computing needs and what specific apps you're going to isntall.
    Regardless, this forum is for the troubleshooting the installation of OS X, not Boot Camp, and you'll probably want to post your question over in the Boot Camp forums:

  • SAP GUI for Windows

    I am trying to have SAP UWL Tasks open in the SAP GUI for Windows instead of the SAP GUI for HTML.  I have created new folders "Customization"->"Universal Worklist" and created delta linked copies of all the iViews found in "Portal Users"->"Standard Portal Users"->"Universal Worklist".
    Then I went to the System Administration->System Configuration->Universal Worklist & Workflow-> Universal Worklist-Administration->Optional Universal Worklist Service Configuration and changed the "Path to the UWL iViews to the pcd location of the new folder (portal_content/com.myl.custom/com.myl.uwl).
    Then I opened the UWL - Launch SAP Transaction iView (my delta linked copy) and changed the SAP GUI Type to "SAP GUI for Windows".
    I thought this was all I needed to do but when I open an SAP task from the UWL it opens the same as it did before - I see no difference at all.  Any help is appriciated and rewarded.
    Edited by: TA on Oct 1, 2008 6:03 PM
    I just noticed that the XML content for the configuration has the SAPIACLauncher as the handler instead of the SAPTransactionLauncher...
    So Now I have created a new configuration with each transaction is set similar to this:
    <ItemType name="uwl.task.webflow.TS20000194.RS4" connector="WebFlowConnector" defaultView="webflowView" defaultAction="launchSAPAction" executionMode="pessimistic">
          <ItemTypeCriteria systemId="RS4" externalType="TS20000194" connector="WebFlowConnector"/>
          <Actions>
            <Action name="launchSAPAction" userDecision="no" handler="SAPTransactionLauncher">
              <Properties>
              <Property name="GuiType" value="WinGUI"/>
              </Properties>
              <Descriptions default=""/>
            </Action>
          </Actions>
        </ItemType>
    However - when I open an SAP task from the UWL it opens the same as it did before - I see no difference at all.  Any help is appriciated and rewarded.

  • Transaction IView -- SAP GUI for Windows

    Hi,
    I have created a transaction iview -- sap gui for windows in my portal.
    Even thought i logoff from my portal, sap gui session that is opened is not closed.
    Can any one please suggest me a way to stop sap gui session also when i logoff from my portal.
    Regards,
    Nidhideep.

    Very difficult. The SAPGUI window doesn't know anything about being launched by the portal.
    You could try launching inside the portal content area.
    Also, what is the problem with having the SAPGUI still open?
    Cheers

  • Hide back option from sap gui for windows in transaction iview

    Dear experts,
    sir i m using sap gui for windows in transaction iview in the enterprise portal is there any process to hide the back option or hide command window(in which we write transaction) from the transations iview from the portal not from the registry please help sir............

    Hello,
    We have faced the same problem and after two days investigating we think it is imposible to hide back button, toolbar ... via wingui (sapgui for windows).
    So, be careful with the end user that has access to this iview/role, because he will see the transaction menu also.
    I hope this clarify you a bit more.
    have a nice day.
