How to enable Print Preview on the Envy 5530

Hi,
A print preview is not offered by the current HP software as older software versions provided.
A preview is only available if the application you are printing from include a such, it is not provided by the printer driver itself.

Welcome to the HP Forums, and thanks for posting! I'd like to help you with the hang-ups you are experiencing when printing to your HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One printer. Firstly, do you have the printer plugged directly into a wall outlet? The printer has a power moderator built in, so if it is plugged into a power surge or battery backup, it can cause serious power fluctuations. The most common cause of the hang-ups that you are experiencing, would be if the printer is unable to pull power fast enough to complete the action. If that doesn't immediately resolve the issue, can you try to make a copy on the printer for me, and let me know if it completes? If the copy works fine, the issue may have something to do with your wireless connection or the software installed on your computer. Please answer the following questions so that I'm better able to assist: What operating system, and version do you have? I see you're looking into envelope options. I would love to try and help you, but I do need a little information first. I am linking a few HP Support documents below that will show you how to find which operating system you are using. Also, if you're using Windows, please include whether your operating system is 32-bit or 64-bit. With this information we can provide you with accurate information.

Which Windows operating system am I running?
Is the Windows Version on My Computer 32-bit or 64-bit?
In the meantime, I would recommend this document on Loading Plain Paper, Photo Paper, and Envelopes.

Once highlighted text how do u print it with the highlights intact

looking for help with a completed document. Tracking changes and using highlights as an author. I tried to print a haerd copy but the highlights do not print.

Is the Tracking Bar > Gear Icon set to 'Markup'? With Markup selected, Pages should print the changes in the color of the author who made them.

How to change print size on HP Envy 5530

Hi,
I just set up my new Envy 5530 printer and have begun printing. I am not seeing an option to change the print size. As I primarily will be using this printer for business shipping postage labels, I usually reduce my print copy to 85% to save ink, paper, and shipping tape. I had this option on my old HP printer- but am not seeing an option for it anywhere in the print set up window when I go to print. Help!

I see you are trying to make the font smaller on your printed output. If you are using Internet Explorer you can use this document; Text is Small When Printing from Internet Explorer. If however, you are using AOL you can following these instructions from this post, 'how do i make the text larger'.
As you can see modifying the text size is going to depend on the program you are using. If you are not using Internet Explore or AOL, can you please post back with more detail. What Browser are you using and/or what programs you are printing from, and what operating system, and version do you have? Mac or Windows?

This noon I could print preview with no problems, now when I print preview, I get the menu bar but bleow that is black

I always do a print preview to find out how many "real" pages there are so that I can determine what need to be printed 2-sided. Print preview worked fine between 11 AM and 1 PM. Later this afternoon I did a property search by neighborhood on the cook county (Illinois) assessor's website and tried to print the results. In print preview, I accessed the Setup and changed all margins to 0.5 and portrait orientation. The screen below the print preview menu went black. After a re-start of my XP laptop, starting FireFox and doing a print preview yields the same results. Clicking on "setup" gives me another black window that is wider than my laptop screen.
What's going on and how do I fix this?

Print preview of the PO -languages other than English is not appearing.

Hi Experts
In the Print preview of the Purchase Order -languages other than English is not appearing.
When I create a PO for a chinese vendor , in the print i can see only the ##### characters.
Pl let me know how to solve this issue.
Note :
Vendor language is maintained as Chinese in vendor master & same is getting copied in the PO heaader communication tab.
With outtype LP01 it works for the print preview , however when sent as a PDF it wil be with #### charaters.
But when i select LOCL it gives #### charaters for both print & PDF.

How to Sow Print Preview by Presssing a Button

I have a button on a form. When the user click this button he is redirected to a Print Friendly page. He can then print that by using standard internet explorer tools like
File ---- Print Preview ( To preview it)
Or
File------- Print (to Print it)
I want that when the user click this button he directly goes to the print preview of the said page. How is it possible.

HT201269 I had an old PowerMac and now i have the MacBook Pro. I am not use to the new iTunes. I use to be able to drag music that I had added onto my computer from a CD to my iPhone or iTouch. How do I do that with the new iTunes?

I have CDs that I want to import onto my new MacBook Pro to my iPhone. I am not use to the new iTunes with the Mountain Lion software. I had an old PowerMac that had the Leopard software and I was able to drag those songs to my iPhone. I can't find that option. When I find the song I want to add to my iPhone, I tried dragging it to the top when it shows that my iPhone is connected with iTunes. Or how do i do this with the Cloud? I am new to that as well. Seems like it just held my purchased songs from iTunes.

iCloud only has content purchased (or free) from iTunes. Ripped music or music from other sources is only on your computer. As the iPhone can only sync with one computer at a time you should copy the iTunes folder from the old computer to the new one. It's in the Music folder on the old one, just copy the entire folder to the Music on the new computer. When you first sync your iPhone content will be replaced by the content of the new computer.
You can optionally enable iTunes Match. This searches the non-iTunes content in iTunes or on your iPhone and finds the original digital version on the Internet if it exists. This then becomes your backup. If you have music that it cannot find it will upload it to your cloud storage, but you may have to pay for the storage if it is over 5 GB total (along with your backup). iTunes content and Match content are not included in the 5 GB free limit.
Usually to fix mail issues just delete the account, reset (reboot) the phone by holding HOME and SLEEP until an Apple logo appears, and adding the email account(s) back.

Execute the ME9F tcode and execute you will get lot of PO's select any Po and press display message
you will see the print preview
Similarly for RFQ output use the Tcode ME9A
for Contrat use ME9K
for GR output use MB90

Already i have seen this document, here they did not mention how to get the "Note TaskFlow" in resource catalog. In Resource catalog I didn't find any component named "Note TaskFlow".
To make it visible in resource catalog. What should I do?
To integrate Webcenter Services(link, mail, notes, etc..) with webcenter spaces, what do i need to do? Itseems all services are in the form of taskflows. How can i make it enable and to bring it in resource catelog?
