How to enable report print or configure print server

Hi All.
Currently using lastest Apex version (4.1.x) with 11g XE.
Where can i find info, example etc. to enable report printing? When i access this attribute section, i get a red warning message saying there is no print servver configure.

A few days ago I posted a question "how do I enable "selection or pages" to print just portions of a website. Only "all" is active. I received an email from the Canon Community that said Click here to view the reply but it just brings up "error 404 page not found." In internet explorer they're active but not in Google. Any ideas? When publishing to MobileMe its not so easy to not publish a page or two.
What you can do is create a second site on the same domain file and drag the pages you don't want to be seen down to this. They will be published but will not be seen on the website as their files will be in a different folder in Finder/Go/iDisk/My iDisk/Web/Sites.

How do I report a bug: HP Printer Software Update 2.7 not compatible with HP C5200 series (C5280)

I've recently updated my 2011 vintage 22" 3GHz iMac recently bought from Apple themselves to Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and my HP printer/scanner (C5280) has just stopped working - printing half a page and then complaining:
"Communication Error: Unable to send print data ..." blah blah.
It was working fine under 10.6.7 ...
What seems like several months later, I have
1) checked the cable
2) checked the printer (it works on a Windows machine)
3) Downloaded the "latest" drivers from the HP website (dated 2009)
4) Scrubbed the HP software (using HP uninstaller option with Cmd-Cntrl-Opt pressed)
5) Downloaded the "Software Update" version of HP Printer software update 2.7 .....
6) Installed the HP software again (just in case it needed to be in that order)
7) Scrubbed it again
8) RE-downloaded HP Printer Software Update 2.7 via Software Update
and tried printing again ..... still no joy.
My view is that this is a bug.
Is it possible to report such a phenomenon to anyone in Apple / HP who would actually take notice (or, whisper it) care?
Any further suggestions - or perhaps ideas for places to take a restful vacation - gratefully received.

Is your wretched printer the same model? How about the Mac - and your OS.

How to enable keyboard shortcuts for configuration entry point?

Hello All,
In my process model, I have a configuration entry point sequence (sequence). I can able to select the corresponding entry from the menu bar ie. configure --> options (for eg). Now I need to have a keyboard shortcut for the same. In my case if I press (for eg) ctrl+w, the configuration entry point sequence must be called.
Note - I have to do this using .NET programmatically.
Is there any way I can incorporate this mechanism...?

Hello Arun,
At this time there is not anyway to customize the keyboard shortcut keys for menu items you add to the TestStand sequence editor. R&D is looking into implementing this in a future version of TestStand. I'll pass along your feedback to them, and let them know there are others interrested in this feature.

How to enable RewriteLog in Apache on OSX Server 4

Hi,
I'm having a hard time trying to enable RewriteLog in OS X Server 4 configuration file. It simply makes the server not responding after configuration files change.
I want to put these lines:
RewriteLog "/var/log/apache2/rewrite_log"
RewriteLogLevel 3
I tried to put these in different locations like in:
/Library/Server/Web/Config/apache2/sites/0000_any_80_.conf
or in
/Library/Server/Web/Config/apache2/httpd_server_app.conf
And in the host config but it doesn't work.
I touched and changed the mode of the file /var/log/apache2/rewrite_log to 777 in case ... still not working
As soon as I put theses lines the web server seems to be crashed even though it states to be restarted with a green light on the UI.
'serveradmin status web' reports it to be running.
Now if I remove the 2 lines and restart the server the server responds again to http requests but I have no debug log of the rewrite rules.
It looks like the apache config is not well parsed or something. 'serveradmin settings web' does not mention the RewriteLog path.
So what should I do to have RewriteLog working in OS X Server?

Ok so I make this reply to myself for anyone who could encounter the same issue.
Server 4.0 comes bundled with Apache 2.4.9 and since 2.4 the mod_rewrite logging config is now a bit different, thus, the RewriteLog* statements are not recognized anymore by apache. The correct syntax is for example:
LogLevel alert rewrite:trace3
The files to put this on are the ones I mentioned in my post.
One last side note, it would be very handy to be able to do a syntax check of the apache conf like with 'apachectl -S' on the server. But I've not found how one would do that with serveradmin. If anyone knows I'd be very pleased to know how.

The portfolio feature is part of the out of the boxProject Server 2010 solution. Maybe you just have to unhide the links in the quick launch menu. It will not disturb any of your current configuration.

Stat failure is caused when either Fastcgistub or app-path is not accessible.
Is "Fastcgistub" executable too in /i03_01/SUNWebSP6/bin directory ? If not, then copy it to that directory. Make sure it has exec permission.
Do you see Fastcgistub process ? If yes, then check the app-path (/i03_01/php-fcgi/bin/php). Is it accessible ?
And also, check "Fastcgistub.log" file under <webserver-temp-dir> directory for any error msgs.

How to Enable XMP in BIOS of TS140 Server 70A4 00HUX

I installed 4X8GB DIMM's pc3-12800 ddr3-1600 in a TS 140.   I am running Win 7 64-bit Pro OS to use it as a HTPC/Media Server.   The WEI should be maxed out but it is only 7.4.   I was checking other sites which suggest that the clock speed may be set to 1333MHz instead of the 1600MHz that these DIMM's are capable of.
I checked the BIOS and there are no settings which will enable Intel XMP or allow me to manually set the clock speed or timing for these DIMM's.
Can someone tell me how/where to access and change this in the BiOS?   I have a 70A4 00HUX model

How to enable remote connections in SQL Server 2008

I'm trying to enable remote connections in SQL Server 2008 R2 as described in the following article. I see the error message at the top of the article.

One step in the article describes how to enable TCP/IP in Configuration Manager.  Specifically it says that
'SQL Server NETWORK Configuration' should have TCP/IP enabled.
The issue I've encountered is that my Configuration Manager
is different than what appears in the article. My Configuration Manager shows the following:
SQL Server 2005 Services
SQL Server 2005 Network Configuration (32 bit)
      - Protocols for SQLExpress
SQL Native Client Configuration (32 bit)
       - Client protocols
       - Aliases
Note that I see 'SQL Server 2005 Network Configuration'
rather than that for 2008. When 'Protocols for SQLExpress'
is expanded, there is a TCP/IP setting, but it's disabled and I see an
Access Denied message if I try to enable this.
I also see a TCP/IP setting under Client protocols and successfully enabled this. This uses port 1433 and I configured my firewall to accomodate this port as suggested in the article.
I also followed the other steps in the article, but still don't have remote access to SQL Server 2008 R2. (I can access it from the office.) I'm wondering if this remote access issue is because SQL Server
2008 Network Configuration does not appear in Configuration Manager
and if so, I'm interested in how this might be resolved. (I'm running Windows 7 - 64 bit.)
I'd appreciate any ideas on this. Thanks.

How to configure the server? That depends on what server it is. If you are the administrator I would suggest finding the help file for the server and searching for the term "relaying". However I hope you are not, and can ask the real administrator.

using the free account APEX.ORACLE.COM .
I learning how to do this using the tutorial at:

What model number is listed o the back of the printer?
The HP Wireless Direct feature is only available for the CE658A model, not for the CE657A model.
