A few days ago I posted a question "how do I enable "selection or pages" to print just portions of a website. Only "all" is active. I received an email from the Canon Community that said Click here to view the reply but it just brings up "error 404 page not found." In internet explorer they're active but not in Google. Any ideas? I'm using Windows 7. Thanks in advance

For ease of updating and publish it is better to build all your sites on separate domain files.....

When publishing to MobileMe its not so easy to not publish a page or two.
What you can do is create a second site on the same domain file and drag the pages you don't want to be seen down to this. They will be published but will not be seen on the website as their files will be in a different folder in Finder/Go/iDisk/My iDisk/Web/Sites.

Open Adobe Reader | Edit | Preferences | Documents: change View Documents in PDF/A Mode to Never.

Just change the range as illustrated below. If you don't see that, click the Show Details button.

You've said you have a Word file and want to use some pages in the file to create a new document.
Use Word to establish a new Word file that has the desired pages for the original Word file.
You now have a "new document" of the desired pages.
With Acrobat Standard or Pro installed you can create a "new document" PDF.
If you do not have Acrobat Standard or Pro or a subscription to an online Adobe service that can create PDF from MS Word you can use the Microsoft process to create PDF that comes with MS Word.

I am using HttpURLConnection to establish a HTTP connection . The connection pass through a proxy, and it requires security.
I know that I can set the proxy settings in the system properties, and this works perfect.
But I don't want to set the proxy settings in the system properties, because this proxy settings will be for ALL the URLs, and I just want for a few URLs.
How could I set the proxy settings for just some URLs and not for all?

When save a web page and try to take out print the pictures in the web page are not coming in the print.I want to know how to save the webpage so that when I take its print it comes out in its entirety without loosing any details of the original webpage.

If you drop down the "Save as Type" list in the Save page dialog, you have the choices of HTML only (images not saved to your computer) and HTML complete (images are saved to your computer). Neither of these is perfect.
If you really need a record of what you see today, I suggest printing the page to PDF. There are a number of free print-to-PDF products, as well as paid ones. This isn't perfect either, because some sites look different in print than on screen, but it avoids the problem of sites changing or links breaking after your browsing session ends, etc.
If you have an example of a page that can't be printed as it appears on the screen, you could post a URL. For example, many blogs print in an "unstyled" format.

I select a page for printing and the print page shows only the frame data and this is all that it prints.

I am developing the plug-in for moving page item from one page to another page,for that i need selected item page number.i.e. i need the page number
which the item is selected.

Just access the 'currentCountry' property in the action method.

Sure, have only the pages you want to print all set up in the attachment. Now send it to your ePrinter and only those will print out.

Select the desired files then press OPTION and select Show Inspector from the Finder's File menu.
