How to enhance Rule-based Employee assignment

Hi,
we would like to enhance the Rule-based Employee assignment with additional Attributes from the BP Organisational Data.
Does anyone know, what we need to do?

Hello!
You can maintain Conditions and Actions within the Rule-Modeler. Here there is a context to maintain Rule-Policies related to the Business-Partner.
Have you already checked the attributes you can use for the Conditions? To my knowledge there are many attributes you can use and have also several options within the actions (not only assigning/removing the Employee, but also Partner-Functions, etc.).
BTW: The rule-based assignment can be triggered manually by the user within the account/contact overview page, or via scheduled batch program. (Report: CRM_BUPA_ASSIGN_EMPLOYEE)

    I am configuring this functionality currently in an ECC 6.0 environment for a public sector organization and have had an issue with the FMSPLITMAINT transaction.  When attempting to create a rule the 'create' 'copy' 'change' options are not available.
    Configuration has already been completed for Field Profiles, Action Profiles, & Rule Groups.
    The olny documentation I have been able to find was an appendix to the SAP Grants Management - Grantee course.
    Please respond if you there is any additional documentation which may be of assistance.  I have already tried notes: 991661 and 991962.

    I need to check at 9:30 AM that one of the previous step in the existing chain has been completed.
    If not I'd like to do some 'send_notification' Step.
    So, I need to create rule based on Time and 'step_n succeeded'.
    Could you please tell me how to do that?

    Hi,
    Alberto is right in his approach. You can't say to evaluate the chains rules at 9:30am but you can set an evaluation context of 10 minutes so that the chains rules are reevaluated every 10 minutes.
    Then you can create a rule that says
    if the time is between 9:30am and 9:40am and step_to_check is running or not_started
    then start send_notification_step

  • How to create rule based on Reply-To address

    Hi, I'm just switching to mac from ubuntu in my workplace.
    I received two mailing lists, any mail have the same Reply-To: header for each mailing list.
    It's possible to automatically move that mail to another mail folder in Thunderbird, by using rule with Reply-To: address.
    I looked for that header in Apple Mail rule, but failed to find. Is there any way to move mails of mailing list automatically?

    Unfortunately, that did not work.
    I'm using OS with my own language setting, Korean, and the mail program show the major headers like From: , To:, Subject:, Reply-To: and so on. I tried to use "edit header.." with the original name, Reply-To, and the Korean translation, but neither worked.
    Anyway, I found other solution. gmail server could filter the messages by searching specific header name and values for the mailing list. I wiped out the rules in Apple Mail client, and add filter rule in gmail server.

  • APO Rule based ATP for RA Repair

    Hey,
    Could you please help me to turn on rule based ATP for document type RA outbound?
    The senario is as follows:
    Customer returns to my company the product.
    My company has multiple locations (plants) for replacement products. I would like to determine the replacement product location with rule-based ATP. We use rule-based ATP for the sales site w/o issues.
    I set up in configuration:
    ZRA (copy of RA) with business transaction RMA(to trigger the rule based ATP)
    Assigned ZRA / Item usage = R104/ PSTYV= ZXNN (item category allows rule based ATP).
    ZRA     ZNO1     R104     IRRA     ZXNN
    I also did the below rules based ATP item catgegory determination:
    AUART        MTPOS         VWPOS        UEPST         PSTYV
    ZRA     ZNO1     APO0     ZTP1     ZXNN
    ZRA     ZNO1     APO1          ZTP1
    ZRA     ZNO1     APO1     ZXNN     ZTP1
    ZRA     ZNO1     APO2     ZTP1     ZXNN
    When I create with VA01 a ZRA order and add a replacement plant then I get this message:
    The ATP rules are not called up for item 000030 - Message no. /SAPAPO/ATP147
    But when I go from the "APO Availability Check" view to the Rule then I see my rules determined.
    The detail message also says that the system "things" the line was already delivered, which is not the case.
    Could you please tell me if it is possible to combine rule-based ATP with the RA replacement process and if yes how to do it?

    Using create requisition request process, a requisition is created after required approvals, then Support Team member can see it under "My draft Requisition" POWL in recruiter's dashboard and further work on it.
    My question is:
    Recruiter launched the requisition from dashboard's POWL and found that some information is missing / required from request manager. how can he/she request such information from hiring manager?
    Is there any activity which we can use based on requisition?

    Sorry for writing "No employee assigned", I meant "No candidate assigned" in heading.
    As per my information activities are only possible if the candidate is assigned to a requisition.
    but my requirement is to communicate with requesting manager only based on requisition (no candidate assigned).
    Can we initiate activities only based on requisition?

    Regular: 08:00 to 10:00
    2hrs
    Holiday: 08:00 to 17:00
    8hrs
    Total 10 Hrs
    Iam getting the Overlapping Error when trying to save/continue.

    In business partner maintenance (BP), one employee assigned to multiple companies in relationship tab.
    Following are the entries observed in relationship tab in BP Transaction code.
    Is employee of
    xxx(BP number) u2013 Company(address type) --- xxx(description) u2013valid from --- valid to -->1st entry
    xxx(BP number) u2013 Company(address type) --- xxx(description) u2013valid from --- valid to --> 2nd entry
    Ideally one employee should  assigned to one company only.
    Kindly let me know how to delete the relationship.
    We are using release SRM 5.0 with classic extended scenario.
    The organization structure is HR Replicated.

    Thank you for providing information.
    The employee is not assigned to multiple companies. The assignment is related to orgnizational unit.
    In organization structure (PPOSA_BBP), the user/position is assigned to one organization unit only
    More details about this issue,
    we find the relationship of the user/position in BP T.code (Relationship Tab), it is showing the relationship with current organizational unit and previous organizational unit. Ideally it should be assigned to one organizational unit. Due to some inconsistency, it is still showing the previous organizational unit.
    Example: Ex: User A is replicated from HR to SRM and assigned to Dept A (org unit 1) and later User A is shifted to Dept B (org unit 2) from HR Replication.
    Following are the entries observed in relationship tab in BP Transaction code.
    Input is BP number assigned to of the user A central person.
    User u201CAu201D is employee of
    BP number of org unit 1u2013 Company(address type) --- xxx(description) u2013valid from --- valid to -->1st entry
    BP number of org unit 2 u2013 Company(address type) --- xxx(description) u2013valid from --- valid to --> 2nd entry

Now i have a requirement to Enhance the Search object using the new field called TERRITORY PATH ID. using which we can search all the entities not only for the terrritory level which we have selected (for example we have assigned the value '01' to LEVEL_ID) but also all the below territory levels of selected territory level.
