I have recently upgrade my OS to Mavericks which resulted in the fornt became smaller then when operating under my previous OS. Plese help whether there is a way to enlarge the font in th email.

From the Mail menu bar click Mail > Preferences then select the Fonts & Colors tab.
You can reset fonts sizes from there.
Another way to open Mail Preferences, with Mail running, press Command , (comma) on your keyboard.
The Mavericks upgrade may have reset that data to factory settings.

You can't tell by the email address since you can pretty much put whatever you want in there (especially if the SMTP server is not filtering anything).
The header may be able to tell you something. There is a Received header value which looks like it has the routing information although I am not sure if this is a complete trace or just the last hop the message took.

2. You can do it if you sent the mail in HTML format.

My boyfriend has just bought a 6233 but the display fonts are not large enough for him to read.
He has gone to Settings>Display>Font Size and set them all to large but still not readable.

I've done it before and I know it's different in the Side Bar and for the fonts in Column View or List View.

If you click the Action Gear you have the option to change font sizes. I am not sure if changing the font per se is possible without a system hack which I do not recommend.

How do I set up the "Mail" App?

I am trying to set up the Mail application on my new Mac 10.5.6 and it is taking forever to load which leads me to believe I will get nowhere. I have already tried the "automatic setup" option with it to get my MobileMe mail onto it and it just sat there acting like it was loading something for about an hour. So I decided to hit "cancel" and go back and manually set it up but now its just doing the same thing on the "outgoing server" page. Am I missing something? Should it be taking this long???? And how do I get it set up? Please help! Thanks!

On the Outgoing Server page the Outgoing Mail Server should be smtp.me.com. Select "Use Authentication" and make sure that your email username and password is populated (should be from the earlier screen).

You have the "EmployeeNumber" field in the event container. Pass this into the workflow container by defining a Workflow Container element and subsequently use this container as a variable in your email using insert fields option and you will have the PersonNumber visible in your mail sent to the administrator.
