press the icon until they start shaking, then you will see an x in the upper left corner of the app. push it and the app will be uninstalled on your touch.

You can only sync with one computer. and y have to sync to get apps from computer to the iPod. You can sync using the manual method.

The only way is if you still had a copy of it somewhere. By hard drive I assume that you mean your computer, and that you haven't backed up your content onto an external drive or flash drive (?). If not then you will need to find an alternative way to access Facebook as only the current version of each app is in the store so you won't be able to re-download an older version of it.
