The music sync is one way -computer to ipod. The exception is itunes purchases. File>Transfer Purchases.
As everything came from your computer in the first place, it should still be there. -

How to erase notes from ipod and not erasing them on iphone ?
I had an iPod and I transferred all my notes to my iPhone with iCloud, I am trying to erase notes from iPod and I want to keep them all in iPhone, but as I erase one note from iPod it does the same with iPhone, I don't want to deactivate iCloud from iPod because I gave it to my brother. So I just need someone to tell me how to not erase my notes on iPhone and erase them all on iPod.
If you are synching the two via iCloud you can't. If you want separate content on the two devices in note, take one of them off icloud. (Or put another way, if you don't wnat the content between the two synched, why are you synching them?)

The only pics that can be deleted directly on the phone are pics in your camera roll. Photos in your camera roll can also be first imported to your computer & then deleted from your camera roll by whatever image capture program you use. The rest are removed through the sync process in itunes by un-checking them under the photos tab & then syncing. They will then be removed from your phone.

You can't delete individual photos currently I'm afraid (except from a single device), you can delete all of them or none of them.
To delete all of them, reset Photo Stream, (iCloud.com > account (click on your name in the top right corner) > advanced) and then turn off Photo Stream syncing on each device and turn it back on again (settings (system preferences) > iCloud). -

I connected the camera (a Canon S95), imported images, but was not given the option to erase images from the camera.
Where in Aperture can you set a preference that asks whether you want to delete images from the camera?It is the answer you should want! There are verified reports of space being lost on cards that were erased from within Aperture (as can still be done when using a card reader). Hard to tell what could go wrong if it were allowed to do so in a camera. The correct answer is to always reformat in the camera.
You actually can have problems simply erasing a few images in the camera -- I never erase, but simply wait to reformat.
