    In the featured tab of the App Store, swipe to the bottom of the page. Tap on your ID. Tap View Apple ID. Go to Payment Information in the popup window in order to make changes.

    Ok, to be more specific, when I compose a new email and tap the blue "+" icon, it takes me to my contacts.  My contacts list only lists the person's name, no email address.  When I select a contact, it does not show the email address in the "To" field, only the name.  Hope that clarifies my question.  Thanks.

    MIne is doing the same thing!!! It is the same card I have used for the past year, and yesterday, out of the blue, it stopped working, and it says my security code is invalid.     Once you have changed your Apple ID, you need to set it up for use in the various systems such as iTunes, the App Store, etc so it can be used as intended. This article shows how to do that -

    My husband is in the US military, and we are currently stationed in The Netherlands. We've both had iPhones (mine a 4s, his a 4) for just over a year, and we've NEVER had an issue like this. Yesterday, I went to update a few apps, and got a message that I couldn't do it because my account was hooked up to the US store, and that I needed to switch to a Dutch store. Fine. There is an option (if you set up your store on a computer) to use billing information from a country different from the store you're using. Excellent. Except it doesn't work. I spoke to three people at Apple Support and the best answer they could give me was to just get a Dutch credit card - not happening. I've hard reset the phone, tried using our Dutch bank information, and have tried our US billing info in the Dutch store, all to receive the same message. My questions: How can I set it up so that I can use my US billing information at the Dutch store? Why would my account be good to go for 15 months and decide to stop working yesterday? Is there a permanent fix or am I going to encounter this problem again?

    If you are in the Netherlands then you can only use their store (you need to be in a country to use its store), and if using a credit card then you can only use one issued by a Dutch bank - US credit cards can only be used in the US with US iTunes accounts.
    Are iTunes gift cards available in the Netherlands ? If they are then you can use those as your payment method.

    You can call Apple Customer Support, give them the serial number of the unit and pay $16 per disk to get new copies.  But they may not re-burn Tiger anymore.
    If that is the case, you have to consider buying Tiger disks from an online store, or move up in the cat family.
    Leopard disks only require PPC processors, and run $180 or so.  Apple *may* have some Leopard in stock if you call them.  Else you go online.
    If the sysem has Intel processor, you can jump up to Snow Leopard, which is $29 in the Apple Online Store.

    You cannot do it via the website - but you CAN do it from within iTunes.  There IS an option for "none" when selecting a credit card. (even after the account has been active for a long time and used)
    Once logged into iTunes, within the Store, on the right sidebar area, there is a section called Quick Links.  There is an option there to click on called "Account".
    You will see "payment type" and a link to "edit".  Click "edit" - then at the far right on the list of credit card types you can select, there is a gray icon that says "none".  Select this, and save.

    From reading other posts, I thought it was not possible.  But, I called apple (to complain) - and they actually helped me with the above information.  I'm glad they did.  The same options were NOT available on the store website.
