How to erase unerasable ?

Question

Hello,
I have installed an Adobe Photoshop CS2 30 day trial version on my MacMini. After the grace period had expired I have tried to "uninstall" the software by dragging it from applications to trash. An empty trash procedure followed which seemed to complete successfully, however the trash bin did not end up emty. When I open it, I still find an Adobe Photoshop CS2 folder within which contains another folder named Legal which contains the unerasable file. It's name I cannot supply because it is made up of weird characters but has an .html suffix. I cannot open it using any browser becuase it cannot be found (even if I restore it to its original location in application folder). I tried to long in to terminal and remove it by rm command because udner terminal it shows as "Tie????ng Vie????t.html" but when submitting the rm "Tie????ng Vie????t.html" command the following error occurs: rm: Tie????ng Vie????t.html: No such file or directory.
Does anyone have a suggestion or perhaps solution?

You may also want to try the procedure in the section "Empty and recreate your account's Trash" section of my "Solving Trash Problems" FAQ.
The Adobe Photoshop CS2 legal files in the Vietnamese langauge have been a known source of problems. They created a bit of havoc with Disk Utility prior to Mac OS X 10.4.7 as indicated in:• The AppleCare Knowledge Base document "Disk Utility reports 'Underlying task reported failure' when repairing a volume" where it states:"If you have Adobe Photoshop CS2 or Adobe Illustrator CS2 installed, try removing the following files:
• /Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS2/Legal.localized/Tiếng Việt.html
• /Applications/Adobe Illustrator CS2/Legal.localized/Tiếng Việt.html"• The Adobe Knowledge Base document "File system, I/O, Illegal Name errors, or system crash after you install (Photoshop CS2, Illustrator CS2, Adobe Creative Suite 2)."
