How to exchange lines when using dual sim card with 2 different pnone lines in the same iphone 4s

I have an iPhone 4S with a dual SIM card since I use 2 different phone lines (1 professional and 1 personal) They work well but, how can I change from one line to another without having to switch off the phone and then restart it introducing a different PIN?

Time goes by and I have no answer. There is lso no answer on Movistar Communities, the only one is really disappointing and is not given by a Movistar employee. An iOS beta tester told that beta 2 resolved the issue, but with beta 3 it stops working again .
Do you have any news about this issue?

    So..  You need to contact the carrier for the iPhone's original sim card, and request they unlock it.  The carrier is the only one that can unlock the sim of the iPhone.

    You do not want to edit material from different frame rates on one timeline. You CAN do this, but it is a very bad idea - and this is why.
    Once you establish the sequence frame rate - lets say it is PAL material at 25fps, any material that you drop into the sequence other than 25 fps will have to be changed to play at 25 fps. If the material you add is NTSC (29.97), FCP will DROP 5 frames per sec to bring the frame rate down to 25 fps. Which 5 get thrown away? Every 6th one. This yields a funky cadence that becomes even more complex as as there are also interlaced fields (DV/NTSC is an interlaced format). Oh, and by the way, the image sizes are different as well. DV/PAL has 576 lines of resolution and DV/NTSC has 480. FCP has to scale up the NTSC to fit the PAL frame.
    You do not want FCP adjusting these things on the fly. You want to do a thoughtful (and time consuming) conversion so that you end up with all your material in one format with the best possible image from the conversion process. Compressor can do an adequate job with Frame Controls turned on. The Natress Standards Conversion FCP plugin is another way to go. A third option is to find a post house that can do the conversion for you using a hardware based process.
    The good news is, once everything is in the same format, editing it will be painless and the output process very quick.
    Whatever frame rate/ image size you select, I'd suggest using ProRes for the codec. It is 4:2:2 color and will withstand color correction and composting with much more grace than any variant of DV based codecs.

    Can I use HP Pro 8600 with usb and wireless at the same time?  Sometimes I cannot get the wireless to work, it seems to be my laptop.  It would be nice if I could use the usb, but it doesn't work.  What should / can I do, if anything?

    Same physical printer but when connecting to SAME computer using both USB and wireless it becomes two (logical) printers. Probably your default prnter is the wireless one, you have to select the right printer before print .

    AT&T iPhones don't translate into Verizon compatibility.

    There is no way to use a phone locked to AT&T with another provider.  AT&T does not unlock iPhones for anyone.  Ever..

    The GSM section of your Verizon iPhone 5 is unlocked and will work with any nano-SIM card. 
    Not all iPhone features such as FaceTime, iMessage, visual voicemail, etc, may work if using a carrier that doesn't support iPhones.  If using an unofficial carrier, you may need to enter APN settings to get cell data. LTE may not be compatable.

    Problem in a simple repeat, not related to any country where sales iPhone4s versions have personally tested according to the following questions:
    1, in iOS 5.0 version of the case, the phone can call normal, but if you use China mobile phone SIM card,
          Will continue to stop the Welcome to China Mobile's interface, commonly known as "welcome gate"
    2, in the case of iOS 5.0.1, 90% of the time, if you use China mobile phone SIM cards, mobile phones can not make
          Receive any calls, unable to send a short message, and occasionally to receive short messages, and can not do anything like call forwarding and other  changes
    So please, give Apple the official reply of the Chinese consumers a clear and rapid introduction of solutions, if continue like this, even
    Apple fans will lose the confidence of consumers!

    It is sad that Apple does not address this issue. The least it can do is find a way for the thousands of customers in China to downgrade iOS5.0.1 to iOS5.
    The problem is with Apple's Head of China who did not report this problem as a red flag item.
    Apple Genius was not even aware that there was an issue with China Mobile and iOS5.0.1
    Apple is at risk of losing the millions of loyal fans.

    I am planning on buying an ipad, but was wondering if there was a sim card option for it. I will be mostly using it in a country where wifi is very scarce. Any input?

    A lot depends on how much you intend to use it when away from home.
    Would you be in the vicinity of Wifi hotspots?
    The 3G model costs £100 more (an extra 25% of the cheapest model) plus whatever your data plan is.
    If you are not regularly in the vicinity of hotspots, and not likely to be a heavy user, the cheaper option is to purchase a Mifi (yes, Mifi) device from a network such as 3. It is the size of a small mobile phone and connects wirelessly to your iPad. The device and a 12gb download over 12 months costs very little more than the extra price for the 3G model. Other plans are also available with the 3 network. Google 3 Mifi.

    I live where there is no Cell service in remote BC Canada.  Fortunately, we have highspeed Internet!  Thus, I have been using an iPod Touch 4th gen & Skype to make all my calls for a 2 or 3 years.  I travel a couple of times a month into cell coverage.  I plan to use my iPhone 5s on a iPad Data Package when in cell coverage.  I called and asked bell if I could do so if I bought an unlocked iPhone.  I was told yes, but recieving calls would be very expensive.  I have email notification and a phone number where voice mails are emailed to me, so am able to do without recieving calls in most cases.  However, certain situations lead to frustrating telephone tag.
    Just today, after receiving my unlocked iPhone 5s I realised that Bell also has a pay as you use plan that is very reasonably priced for cell calls only.  If I was able to switch SIM cards I could get both plans.  Thus if recieving a call or placing one was important I could just switch my SIM card.  Could that be done reasonably and practically?
    I would appreciate an answer to this question!

    Let me see if i got this straight. You have two iDevices. One is an iPad, which uses 3G Data. The other one is an iPhone 5s. You plan on purchasing two plans, One thats has only 3G Data, and the other one that has only phone calls, and messages.The answer to your question is Yes. At least i done that with t-mobile USA. If your iPad is compatible with nano-sim cards, yes you can. If not, you will have to buy an iPad with nano-sim such as the iPad mini 3G. This is totaly possible.

    I was curious to know if anyone knows if I can use this monitor with a 2010 MAC and a G4 MAC from about 10 years ago at the same time? There are many ports on the HP monitor that can possibley be used simataneously? I am worried this will damage the video card on the MAC(s) that I have. I have a feeling I have to switch one off and use the them one at a time.
    The reason I am asking is that I have an old Nikon Coolscan 4000 fim scanner and Nikon for some crap reason has never updated their Nikon software for the INTEL Macs. (oh... they think film is dead and no one has 1000's of slides) but the scanner will work on my G4 Mac. I don't want to continoulsy turn off one MAC and turn on the other.

    Here's the Wiki definition of a "KVM Switch".  But briefly, yes, you can switch among computers use a common keyboard, video, and mouse on the fly, hence the name "KVM".  2-port KVM's are for two systems but KVMs do exist to handle more than 2 systems (at a higher cost of course).
    I would google searches for "DVI KVM" and/or "Displayport KVM".
    If I were doing this at this I would probably be looking for DVI's as opposed to Displayport not for any real technical reasons but only because on my mac I have mini-displayports and a DVI port so I am currently familiar with the kinds of adaptors, cables, etc. involved.  I haven't needed to deal with a full sized displayport but I imagine there's suitable cables and adapters for that too.  I suspect the deciding factor would come down to cost as to which kind to use.

    This morning I downloaded Adobe Reader DC however now I am no longer able save the PDF in LEED Online.  How do I resolve this issue or revert back to the older version of Adobe Reader?

    Before the DC version we were able to save our passwords from University of Phoenix and when opening the document saved to our computer it would unlock automatically.  This new version DC will not allow this even when you say Yes.
    The Right Column in previous versions would allow to disable until requested to appear this version it opens regardless.
    Just my opinion here  Adobe Failed at customer satisfaction on this UPGRADE.

  • When using Creative Cloud (CC) with yearly subscription where are the programs downloaded to?

    Hello to All. I'm ignorant of this and need to learn Adobe. I installed the CC on my tablet. When I install any of the programs (Ps, Lr, etc.), are these installing to the cloud or on my tablet's hard drive? If hard drive, I think I will run out of space. In my head I envision the CC as the gateway to the apps in the cloud this leaving the sizable programs in the cloud. Please let me know;  I will truly appreciate it.     Thank you, Mylenium. So, to clarify, when I choose one of the programs to download, the complete program downloads onto my hard drive taking up whatever xx GB it takes, and if i want to use that same program on one of my other devices, I have to install it there too?

    Paid content purchased from the itunes store is always assigned to a single apple id. You will be unable to use the purchased content on another apple id.
    Next time you change your apple id instead of creating an entire new apple id just change the primary email address to the email you would like to use.
    e.g. current apple id is [email protected] but you want to change it. what you do is:
    - go to appleid.apple.com
    - select manage apple id
    - sign in
    From here what you want to do is change/edit your current primary email which in this case is [email protected] Simply select edit and enter the new email you would like as your apple id. Lastly you will be sent a verification email to verify the email addres and TADA your done.
