How to export safari favorites to chrome?

Question

Hi,
How can I export Safari favorites  installed on my Ipad IOS7,
to Chrome favorites installed on the same Ipad,
WITHOUT using Icloud or Itunes.
It is forbidden to make use of Icloud or Itunes. (Company security policy). So these 2 programs can't be used on PC or Ipad.
I cannot find the solution on the internet, can it be done?

I think this information is stored in
/Users/Library/Safari/Form Values
I've no idea if it's possible to read it (opened in TextEdit, it's encrypted).
But I wonder if it's possible to use a unix command that concatenates the two Form Value files on each Mac into one? If you want to try this make sure you keep a back up of each original Form Value file belonging to each Mac before messing about. Safari should be closed too.
Copy both files onto a single Desktop, you'll need to name them uniquely, say FormValues1 and FormValues2 (note no spaces) then type this command in Terminal (Applications/Utilities):
cat ~/Desktop/FormValues2 >> ~/Desktop/FormValues1
Then rename FormValues1 back to the original name of Form Values and move it back into the correct folder:
/Users/Library/Safari/Form Values
I expect you'll have duplicate values in that file now and I've no idea how Safari will handle this scenario, maybe it will clean up but so long as you keep a copy of the original Form Values files you can restore the status quo afterwards. Good luck.
