How to extract subtitles fast (not with D-Subtitler)

I have been trying to extract subtitles from movies using first MacTheRipper to get the files in the correct format for D-Subtitler to use, and then using D-Subtitler to get the srt files so that I can hardsub the movie using Submerge (Submerge only uses srt files). The problem is that it takes about six hours to do the correcting using D-Subtitler -- typing in the character D-Subtitler does not recognize (I am trying to get Korean subtitles) and this is not worth it for me as it takes too long. So is there another way to do this? I'd prefer to do it on my Mac than using my PC if I can. Is .srt the only sort of file I can extract? I use Submerge to do the hardsubbing and this requires srt files ... but if there is another application that can hardsub but uses a different form -- that is, not srt files, that will work too. I think you can extract ssa files but I don't know how to do this. Also I don't know how to add ssa files back onto the movie for hardsubbing.
(I need to do the hardsubbing in order to watch the movies with subtitles on my Galaxy Player as otherwise the subtitles don't show up.)

It will auto-save. Open the Notes app & type. When you are done, quit Notes.
To create a new note, click the "+" on the bottom left.

I am hoping I can offer a little help to your issues with Notes Syncing.
I am using latest version of Itunes and Latest Iphone 4 software on a WINDOWS pc (Windows 7 Ultimate) and I am using Microsoft Office 2010.
If you want to sync your notes, as with previous messages on this topic, you'll need to ensure that on the info page of Itunes after you've connected your phone to sync, that you select or tick the box which asks you to sync notes with Outlook.
Once done - open up your Outlook programme.
The first thing to ensure is that the notes you want to sync are NOT archived. I have found to the point of great frustration, that Itunes will not sync notes which are in your archived notes folder. This is clearly labelled on the left hand side of the notes pane in outlook. If your notes are archived, you need to move them into your Notes (or current notes) folder. Simple cut and paste works here.
Once done - simply go back to itunes and select sync again and see if they appear in the notes section of your phone after the process has been completed..
I am sure you're all aware that the notes on/off button in Settings/Mail/Contacts/Calendars only appears if you are running an IMAP account. You will not (or should not) find this option available with SMTP accounts. This however should still work using the same process.
I hope that this helps in some small way.

I'll try to explain briefly the main issue; We need to read or extract data from SAP CRM with Data Service tool, then we'll show the data with webi, but now I would like to know if there are some standard tool as a rapid mart (i mean that it doesn't exists) but if some one knows how it works and if it's possible, it could be very helpful for us.
BW option doesn't ok because the client needs a lot of queries for a report and the standard tool in our project is Data Service.

Your very familiar with LO data source even though your getting doubts on it.
LBWE/SM13 belongs to only LO Data sources.
CRM data sources also have delta settings based on data source.
You can search on google about CRM data sources by using data source names.You may get some useful information.
Before using CRM Data sources, CRM functional team need to set proper configurations at CRM system. those also you can easily get form google.
use search term as " CRM - BW Adapter settings".
Like other standard data sources for crm also,
we need to activate from RAS5 and do the modification at RSA6.
test at RSA3 and replicate into BW. Do the rest of the flow at bw system.

How can I sync iPhone "Notes" with Notes Folder in Yahoo Mail Plus Account?

I am trying to sync my iPhone 3gs "Notes" (ios 5.0.1) with my Yahoo Mail Plus Account. In "Settings", "Mail, Contacts, Calendars", "Yahoo Mail" Account , the "Notes" button is turned ON. When I open my Yahoo Mail Account on my PC, a "Notes" Folder has been created, but it is EMPTY.
How can I get the data in my iPhone Notes application to show up in my Yahoo Mail Plus "Notes" Folder?

There is now a separate Notes application. It is not part of Mail.

How do you type a note with S Pen, instead of writing it in the note section?

If you mean while in the S Note app. Open a new note, in the bottom right corner next to the settings wheel you should see a hand Make sure you touch that icon to remove the circle with a slash off of it and that allows free hand note taking. Then at the top of the note touch the T icon wiht the line under it and that will bring up your keyboard so that you can swipe or enter your notes by texting on the keyboard.
As far as action memo is concerned, I think this is an S pen specific app and I haven't found a way to enter text in the fashion you have asked. Hope this helps.

this may be off-topic, but I don't know where to ask. Anyone know how I can extract Subtitltes and create an .srt File from a Movie DVD using Snow Leopard?

I too have been looking diligently for something I can use to glean .srt files from DVD's. Secondarily, .sub/.idx files. I didn't quite realize how much software would be made useless by my shift to Lion. Amazing amounts!
Is there any other product, commercial or otherwise that is known to accomplish this task?

Hi all,
We are using open hub to download transaction files from infocubes to application server, and would like to have filename which is dynamic based period and year, i.e. period and year of the transaction data to be downloaded.
I understand we could use logical file for this purpose. However we are not sure how to have the period and year to be dynamically derived in filename.
I have read in sdn a number of posted messages on a similar topic and many have suggested a 'How-to' paper titled "How to Extract data with Open Hub to a Logical Filename". However i could not seem to be able to get document from the link given.
Just wonder if anyone has the correct or latest link to the document, or would appreciate if you could share the document with all in sdn if you have a copy.

After creating open hub press F1 in Application server file name text box from the help window there u Click on Maintain 'Client independent file names and file paths' then u will be taken to the Implementation guide screen > click on Cross client maintanance of file name > create a logical file path by clicking on new entiries > after creating logical file path now go to Logical file name definition there give your Logical file , name , physical file (ur file name followed by month or year what ever is applicable (press f1 for more info)) , data format (ASC) , application area (BW) and logical path (choose from F4 selection which u have created first), now goto Assignment of physical path to logical path > give syntax group >physical path is the path u gave at logical file name definition.
however we have created a logical path file name to identify the file by sys date but ur requirement seems to be of dynamic date of tranaction data...may u can achieve this by creating a variable. U can see the help from F1 that would be of much help to u. All the above steps i have explained will help u create a dynamic logical file.

According to the spec sheet you can't control the shutter speed other than by using the modes available & none are for action. The camera's program might select a very high shutter speed in very bright light while shooting something very reflective like a white car or building etc.
