I have an Iphone which is locked and how i will factory unlock it? Any suggestion out there?

there is only one way: contact the carrier it is locked to. apple does not unlock phones, only the phone company does it.

    Only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it. If they will not it can not be unlocked.

If they don't offer unlocking or you don't qualify, then there is no way to get your phone officially unlocked.
