How to filter Key Figures - not using the GUIDs

An example How to filter Key Figures may look like this:

The GUIDs consume the space in the URl. Is there a way to work with an alias.
To use the technical name of a Key Figure defined in the Query does not work.

This is exactly the type of problem that I'm currently trying to figure out. I'm trying to following your solution but I'm not clear on how you actually achieved this in you last note. I want to dynamically select actuals/budget column fields based on what period I enter. I thought about creating 12 separate RKF fields for actuals and 12 separate RKF fields for the budget reforecast and outputting these all and then doing some VBA to hide the fields not required based on which period was selected... how is your variable ZFYAPER7 defined and calculated?

After using Where Used on a selection variable Z_FISCPER3_M_SV a list of Key Figures appear. I wish to amended these Key Figures as the selection variable used is incorrect. However, I cannot find these Key Figures in the Structure? Does anyone know how to find Key Figures not created in a Structure.

-     Column u201CBIA_USEDu201D contains a value that is iterated for the given day each time the Index is used.
-     Column u201CBIA_NOTPOSSIBLEu201D contains a value representing how many times a query could not access this Index.
-     Column u201CNO_BIAu201D tells if a BWA Index exists at all on any of my BWA Blades

I am not sure if my understanding of the column is correct. Can you tell me they are? The columns with u201C???????u201D mean I have no solid understanding of how to use these columns at all.

How to filter Key Figure according of "Counter"

I am on BI7 now, I need to set a filter in query, according the counter, means that there are 37 lines in the query, but user only want to show the buttom of 20%, means after sort according the key figure, only show the record from buttom, means number 37 record to 37*0.2 = 7.4, means only show 8 lines from buttom after sort, I can not find any condition fit this, can any one help?

The SDK is only a collection of documentation and headers that show you how to interact with and automate Adobe Acrobat and to some extent Adobe Reader. You need a copy of Acrobat or Reader installed on the system in order to use any of the SDK functions. You cannot "print not using the Adobe Reader", unless you have Adobe Acrobat installed on the system instead of Reader.

How to Filter Key Figures in Columns Based on a Selection

I am trying to get my columns to dynamically filter based on some selection and would like to know what is the easiest way to make this happen. My scenario involves displaying 12 months of data for an actual / budget view. So we may need 8 months of actuals and 4 months of plan, 9 months of actuals and 3 months of plan, 10 months of actuals and 2 months of plan, etc. The row is cost element and my columns are restricted key figures. I want the user to be able to easily select an 8/4 look and the dynamically remove the unnecessary columns. Same with a 9/3 or a 10/2. Besides these 12 months of Act / Bud, I have 12 months of plan, 12 months of actuals for other years, so I have lots of key figures. Just doing the basic filter can be too cumbersome.

Key figure notes in the PB

Hi,
My user has maintained a notes in the Data view and he is not able to see it in the data view but the notes he has maintained is clearly seen in /SAPAPO/SDP_NOTES. Kindly suggest...if it has something to do with authorization or data maintenance or any other reason

Check SU53 to see if its an authorization issue. Also verify if the user is at the same planning level (drill-down) in the planning book compared to /SAPAPO/SDP_NOTES.

Hi Puru,
Try following approach,
goto RSZELTTXT table and put your key figure name in the long text and click on execute. Get the list of all the ETULID's and go to table RSZCOMPDIR from this table for all the ETLUID's get all the list of COMPUID's and from COMPUID's you will be able to find all the reports from RSRREPDIR in which that key figure is getting used.

If someone from Adobe could GUARANTEE that this problem would go away if I
purchased CS4, I would pony up the cash and do it. However, I'm skeptical
about that because I just saw someone else post a message on the forum today
who is running CS4 and getting the exact same runtime error as me.
I'll try un-installing and re-installing as Admin, and if that doesn't work,
maybe I can find a used copy of CS3.
In the meantime, I'm also wondering if a Photoshop file can carry any sort
of corrupt metadata inside it once it has errored out? Reason I ask is, I
had to port all of my old PSD files to the new computer, and I only seem to
be getting this error when I attempt to work on one of the files that
previously got the runtime error when they were sitting on my XP machine.
When I create new files from scratch on this new computer, they seem to be
working just fine (at least, for now).
If so, I would probably be smart to never open those troublesome
"errored-out" files again.
