How to Find G/L or Cost Element When Plant is given

Hi Guru
The problem is that I know the plant Now I want to know G/L A/c which is associated with this plant.I have tried table csks but plant coloumn was blank. I tried out OKB 9 and KSB1 but it also does not provide me the appropriate answer immediately.
So can anyone please assist me

- plant is normally assigned to a company code and not a GL account
- materials with in a plant are assigned to a valuation class which in turn is assigned to a GL account via OBYC.

We can plan Sales Revenue through T-code KEPM-Edit Planning Data or through T-code KE13N by Uploading CO-PA-Sales Plan in Quantity and Revenue terms. Here we have to set different Plan Layouts for Quantities and Revenues. After successfully uploading the data file, we have to transfer the Sales Plan data to SOP in T-code-KE1E. Then We can check the values by Co Code, Plant, Product-wise and Customer in T-code KE25-Display Plan line items.

The table for cost element is CSKA.
Alternately you can use the bapi BAPI_COSTELEM_GETDETAIL for getting the details also.

How to Find PS GUID with WBS Element (POSID) or Project Definition (PSPID)?

I am creating the custom Extractor similar to 0CO_OM_WBS_1 (WBS elements: Costs) to load into 0PS_C041 (Project System - Controlling (New)). I have the WBS Element (POSID) & Project Definition (PSPID) and I how can I find the GUID (UUID in X form Binary) so that I could map it into 0PSGUID InfoObject in the Transformation. We have WBS Element & Project Definition (PSPID) as Navigation Attributes of 0PSGUID instead of under some Dimension in 0PS_C041 Cube and that's why I am trying to find the GUID with WBS Element (POSID) or Project Definition (PSPID), PLEASE.

Yes, you have put it rather correctly.
We use WBS elements for booking and posting time (client requirement). So what I am looking for is WBS Elements with the system status TERL (Time and Expense Released).
I talked of the deletion flag also, because a WBS element flagged for deletion can't be used. It's one of the criteria to screen the WBS elements.

I have to create one report in Java Web Dynpro. In the report, I have to display all cost centers reporting to a paricular employee. For example suppose Vice President of company has pernr 6481. From pa20, we quickly find out that his cost center is say 1209000. Now the Vice President has several reporting cost centers. For example one cost center will be for Marketing Deptt, other may be of HR deptt.
Please let me know how I can find out that what all cost centers are reporting to pernr 6481(Vice Preseident)

Thanks for email. In my project name has been maintained in CSKS-VERAK. However this name does not matches exactly with the name of pa20 (HR). It looks like SAP has not provided data integrity between HR name and CSKS-VERAK. It seems that while creating cost center, the user enters name in his own way. For example "Al-Fahad Malki" can be written in "Malki Fahad-Al" or "Malki Fahad" or "Al-Malki Fahad". The name of user in pa20 may be "Al-Fahad M". So it is not possible for us to use solution provided by you.

I have used following logic for getting cost centers for given pernr.
1)     Take pernr as input. Exexute RFC HRWPC_RFC_OADP_GET_NAVOBJECTS. While executing RFC pass following values:
a.     OBJSEL - MSS_TMV_EE_ORG1
b.     Begda u2013 Today date
c.     Ends u2013 Today date
d.     User u2013 pernr
e.     Cachemaxage - -1
2)     Then program should read the value of OBJID from HRWPC_RFC_OADP_GET_NAVOBJECTS output.
3)     After this program should read value from HRP1001 for following condition
PLVAR = 01
OBJID = OBJID of step 2
RELAT = u2018011u2019 and
RSIGN = u2018Au2019 and
(check todayu2019s date is >= begda and <= endda ) and
SCLAS = u2018Ku2019 u2026 and
SOBJID = first 10 charactersu2026
The cost center will be first 10 characters of SOBJID.
4)     Return the Cost Center as derived in step 3. The cost center name and cost center name both should be returned as the output.
5)     Sort the Cost Centers in ascending order of Cost Center name, if needed.

To create the Group of Cost Element
Go to transection code KAH1 Give any name or number to your cost element group then make the proper standerd hirerchey as you need or simply click on the cost elemt and add all cost element which you want to make a group.

How can I reclass WBS A to WBS B via secondary cost element A1234567? For example, For CNY (LC1), I need to input certain amt, but for USD (LC2),I have to force in zero. When I do correction via manual allocation (KB15N), only USD currency is available for input.

Hi,
In FB01 you need to use primary cost element, secondary cost element is internal to CO. In your case since that is a rectifaction and you want to eliminate the value in one currency you would need to follow the manual process. You can use same general ledger account for debit and credit with different WBS assigned so that there is no impact in FI and the values are transferred from one WBS to another.

How to reverse amount sign if Cost Element starts with 6

Hi experts,
I have a requirement to reverse Amount sign, e.g. from 1,000 to -1,000, if the Cost Element starts with 6.
The problem is that I update the Cost Element value in Update Rule as a Master Data Attribute of Reporting Variable (a customized Characteristic). As a result, it is not available in my Communication Structure.
Can someone suggests me how can I achieve that?

I have a WBS element C-09864/001/002. In CJ33 system is showing Budget amount 90,000 and distrbuted 90000. So total budget has consumed. Now if i want to know how the budget has consumed ,means in what ways it has consumed like PR or POs and what are those PR& PO doucment numbers.
Apart from PR & PO s directly by posting FI documet also , is there chance for consuming budget .If yes how to find ?

How to find out the total cost of a specific VM

I've downloaded the usage statistics file from billing section and I could see the data categorized by different type of resources consumed by a virtual machine. Eg.

New fields ZORGUNIT(CHAR 4) is needed to be added in a separate tab. The data should be updated in cost element master data trx.
