How to find Inbound Delivery list against the PO.

Hi,
I am new to Inbound delivery.
For a purchase order, i created an Inbound delivery using T.Code VL31N. I am not able to find it in the history of the purchase order.
Kindly suggest, how I can find the list of inbound deliveries created against various PO.

Hello friend,
If you want to see the list of inbound deliveries agaist the PO.
You can use VL06IG .Enter your po number and execute the t-code.
If It doesnot work, It is better to select the item in the Item Details go to Confirmation tab and check the inbound deliveries against the PO/Line item wise.

Once you do goods receipt inbound delivery no gets updated in Material document delivery note field.Use Table MKPF to get inbound delivery umber against material document

How to get inbound delivery number according to materail document number

Our business scenario:
1) ME21N, to create NB purchasing document
2) VL31N, to create inbound delivery based on NB purchasing document
3) MIGO, to receive the material to storage location based on inbound delivery, then materail document number will be generaated.
My question is that how shall I find the original inbound delivery based on the materail document number? Thanks very much.

   Yes, you can find inbound delivery in confirmation tab, and GR material document in PO history, but still can not find the matching relattionship between inbound delivery and GR material document.
For example
PO             inbound delivery/qty     GR material document/qty
450000690      6900001/100             5000001/40
                      6900001/100             5000004/60
                      6900003/80               5000008/70
this is my simulation for the matching relattionship between inbound delivery and GR material document.
in fact, this will be more complex in real world, my question is to get the original inbound delivery based on the GR materail document number.

Hi Naddy,
there is a way to find such hard coded things as long as they are really written as literal in the coding. So far i havn't used it on BSP but it's just a token search.
You can use the code inspector for such things (TCode SCI). You define an object list. Therefore you have to use the static list (dynamic won't work) e.g. for all objects in a package. The ugly thing is that sap has built a filter in SCI that you cannot run it on their standard objects (no comment on that). So you get always 0 objects on sap packages. But you can debug into SCI and set a break point on statement 'SELECT'. One of the selects gets the objects from repository. In this statement sap hands select options to exclude SAP objects. If you change the values you can get these objects in the list.
Then you run a search on these objects to find the string you look for.
Ok that's not very comfortable but still faster than checking dozens of objects by hand.

Generally the function modules of the idoc types are having a naming convention as IDOC_INPUT for inbound processing and IDOC_OUTPUT for outbound processing followed by the idoc type name
for example : For IDOC type ORDERS
the inbound function module will be IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS and for outbound IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDERSP
In this way you can find the function module for a particular IDOC
