How to find information who created an InfoCube

Hi folks,
I hope I won't be ridiculed
I am a junior consultant and I'm looking for information which might help me with current problem.
I would like to know is there any chance to see who created an InfoCube? - I am looking for login and preferably date of creation, is it possible?

Hi Lukasz,
Open the Bex Query Designer, Goto Query->open->Infoareas->select the Infocube, you can see the "Last Changed On" date and time of the Infocube as shown in below image.
When you click on the Infocube, bex queries will be opened for which you can even find the Owner Name and "Last Changed by" user details along with the "Last Changed On" date and time details as shown in below image.

How to find out who created a custom table

I have searched the forum but didn't find an answer so thought I would put it out here.
I have a bunch of custom tables that have been created and not assigned to table groups. Some are SM30 wrappers and some aren't. They are all defaulted to &NC& which is a no-no to assign to roles. My question is, how can I see who created these tables so that I can contact them and educate them on table groups? I can't seem to figure this out.
For instance, I have a custom t-code that calls a custom view and the view is assigned to &NC& in TDDAT.
Any help appreciated

Try SE15->ABAP Dictionary->Database Tables->"enter table name" and execute->select table and view->Attributes Tab->Last changed on/by. Field "Last changed on/by" will give you an idea who the last user that made modification on this table.

We do not save sy-uname on cube.

How to find out who created an order in MD11?

I have a very simple question for transaction code MD11.
How can I find out who created an order via that transaction?
I´ve already found table PLAF with the following fields PSTMP & PUSER for time and user of last modification, but I need to be 100% sure of who created it and when.

Hi,
Only who did the last change can be available, but not the chage history.
The last change can be seen in the Table: PLAF, the fileds, USER and Time stamp.
Once the planned order got converted fully, then these details will not be available.

That is correct. You will only have audit rows for item that you are auditing. I am suggesting you audit all DDL in a production database since production jobs should not perform DDL with the probable exception of truncate. This will provide this type of information going forward. It will not help you answer the question of who created the procedure last week?
Auditing is explained in the Security manual and the full comand syntax is available in the SQL manual.
You can easily write a purge the audit data to remove data once it is no longer of interest based on the date the audit row was created.

OK after a bit of research I found a way to achieve this.
I simply looked up the email address in ADUC, then did a search in SP with the display name. I could locate the list and manually confirm it was configured with the incoming email address I was looking for.
I also found the below script on Stackoverflow, but got "The 'using' keyword is not supported in this version of the language." when I tried to run it. Any idea how to fix that? I'd like to have a script to link a library to an email address istead of the
manual approach described above.

CRM Release confirmation for billing (how to find out who released)

Does anybody know how to find out who released a confirmation for billing. Tx for releasing is /BEA/CRMB02. After releasing the confirmation for billing it will show up in /BEA/CRMB01. But there is no way to find out who released the confirmation since there is no change log. Or is there a change log?
Does anyone know the answer?

You will need to use 'grep' from the CLI of your appliance(s) in order to view the mail_logs and gui_logs. Use "released" in the mail_logs to get the timeframe of when the mails in question were released. (You may need to verifiy the MID for the mails in order to verify the particular ones in question.)
Enter the regular expression to grep.
[]> released
Then use 'grep' again to search the timeframe in gui_logs. This should display who carried out the action, or what userID they were logged in with --- showing "user:<userID>" in the log line.

1. make sure that your datasources have activated (trans RSA5 in SAP Source System) from the SAP Source system (Ex: R/3 or SCM System)
2. after that you have to run trans RSA9 in SAP Source System to transfer new datasource in to BI System.
3. log-on into BI System, run trans RSA1, choose SourceSystem Tab in the left panel. Right click on to your SAP Source System then choose Replicate.
4. in the left panel choose BI Content tab, select infoObjects by infoArea.
5. then Click on Grouping, select in Dataflow Before and afterward. Click Collection Mode, select Collect Automatically.
6.in the middle panel, expand "Supply Chain Management" infoArea, select both Characteristics: Logistics General and Key Figures: Logistics General. Right click on it and select Insert Objects for Collections.
7. After the objects have been inserted into Collected Objects then choose install with option Install in Background.
8. Wait for the result.
