How to find my audiobook back on iPad3

I feel so silly but after I enjoyd my Murakami audio book I had to listen to something else and after that I just can not find back the book - it must be very simple, I just don't know how... it is there, in iTunes on my mac thus it's on the iPad too, I can see it while synching - but at the iPad there is no category 'Books' in my library.It is not an iBook, it's anAmazon purchase and worked perfectly well in the 'Music' app - how can I find my favorit (and future audio books)
And in general - Is there anything like FINDER for the content of an iPad???

Audiobooks are currently a one-time only download (items which you can re-download will show in the Purchased tabs in the iTunes and App Store app). Have you got a copy of it on your computer that you can sync back to the iPad ? If not then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download (but there is no guarantee) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

Only if you made a backup of your device via iCloud or iTunes. In this case you will have to restore your device and choose the backup during the set process.
If you want to check if you made a iCloud backup of your device got to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup or check iTunes on your Mac. Therefor click on iTunes (in the upper left corner) > Preferences... > Devices

How to find my audiobooks

On my iPOD I noticed that there was a AudioBooks category. Since I haven't liked my audio stuff mixed in with my music I thought it would be a great way to separate stuff. So, in iTunes I changed the media type of these items and sync'd my iPOD. they are on my iPOD just fine and I can find them. BUT, I cannot find them on my iTunes anymore nor can I figure out how to do so. Can someone point me to the place in iTunes that I can look at my audiobooks?

Go to preferences under the edit and under general make sure Audiobooks is checked. And any audiobooks heading should appear under MUSIC, MOVIES, TV SHOWS etc. in the left column

If your new phone is running iOS 8.1 and you tried restoring your iCloud backup and the only available backup that was listed was yesterday, then there aren't any other backups to restore from. I'm not sure what you mean when you say "...when I look into my account is see more than what is there..." Where are you looking when you see this?

There really is no need to use caps and bolding. It only serves to make your message annoying.
Change your iTunes (Apple ID) password along with any other password that was stored in the iPod. If any passwords are associated with credit cards, contact the CC company and get your card replaced (with a new number). If any passwords are associated with your bank or any savings institution, contact them also and discuss approprate action with them.
The "Find my..." function is pretty much useless if the device is in the hands of a thief. All that is necessary is for the thief to connect to any computer with iTunes and "Restore as new."
The only real protection you have is with the personal information on the device rather than the physical device itself. Something as small as an iPod should have a strong 8-digit (or longer) password AND be configured for automatic wipe in the event of ten consecutive incorrect password entries.

I downloaded an audiobook but it was delayed and I needed to pause it on my iphone, but when I paused it the download disappeared and I couldn't redownload or find the file anywhere. How do I get the audiobook back on my phone?

Audiobooks, iTunes LPs & Extras, ringtones and selected movies are excluded from repeat downloads. Ideally you would have made your own backups. You can contact support and ask nicely if they will grant a redownload.

How to find/erase books?No AudioBook Section anymore??

Hi,
I'm updated iTunes to 7.1.1(5) as of today.
Shouldn'ta oughta dunnit.
When I look at my iPod, I can see the separate AudioBook section at the same heirarchical level as Artists, Albums, Songs, Genres etc. and I can access all 12 audiobooks (they are .aa files, downloaded from audible.com)
When my iPod's connected to iTunes however, there is NO way to find these audiobooks anywhere... NOT in the music library, and there is NO AudioBooks section at the top heirarchical level in iTunes as older iTunes versions had. How the heck can I erase my books once they're read? What the __ is going on? Please help...
By the way, my iPod has the latest software, iTunes assured me.

I opened preferences and found under general the appropriate box to check, et, voilà... there was my Audiobooks section back again. Must have gotten unchecked by something in the update.

How to find Requisition number of a closed Back-to-back Order

For a closed back-to-back order line how to find the requisition number?
Tried using the "Requisition Summary" form --> Related Documents(Tab) --> providing the Sales order number.
But the LOV attached to sales order does not contain the B2B sales order number.
Hence not able to find the corresponding requisition.

Are sure it was a B2B sales order?
Does the item placed in the order is ATO enabled?
I can find the requistion of the closed B2B order line from the requistions summary window
only order line is closed..header is still open for me

All of a sudden I noticed that most of the folders on my computer were no longer using the folder icon, but the generic document icon. I had to manually change back the icon being used by opening Get Info for each folder and copying and pasting the generic folder icon from some folders that remained unchanged. Now whenever I create a New Folder (right click -> "New Folder"), the icon that shows up is the generic document icon (white page with top right corner turned down). And I have to manually change it so it shows up as a folder in Finder or on my desktop. I don't know why or how this switch happened. All of the folders now on my computer look ok, but I need to change the default so when I create a New Folder it uses the correct icon.
I have also Forced Relaunch of my Finder and rebooted the system. I downloaded Candybar but am not sure what will fix anything, so I haven't proceeded.
Anyone know how I can do this? Thanks.

I understand, as that was the place I would change it before 8.3 but now that option of Mail Days to Sync is not available? Any idea why that would be?

I've purchased movies on itunes on my mac and now they have completely disappeared. I can't find them in my purchases, but if I go to my account history I can see the dates I purchased. how do I get these back on my computer?

Are they gone completely from the computer, or just no longer in the library? Check your movie media folder.
If your'e in the USA you can download some movies a second time, but not all (studio dependent). You should always back up all media.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Backing up does not transfer your photos to your computer, if you don't want to enable photo stream, you will need to transfer your photos when your device is connected to your computer using iTunes.
