How to find my initial Key Store Password?

I have an older Curve, and recently changed my gmail password. For the first time I can remember, the phone needs me to enter the Key Store password. (T-Mobile has a security certificate with some issue, and I need to tell the phone, "Trust Certificate".)
I don't think I've ever dealt with Key Store password before. My PIN doesn't work. I have never enabled the phone's Password, never set the password.
Searches here in support plus reading the User's manual for this model 8320 tells me lots of info about the Key Store - including, I might have to reset the phone (and lose lots of data) - however no where have I determined, how was this password initially set? When I reset the phone, how do I even find out what the new password is? Is this something RIM sets, or T-Mobile sets, or do I set it? (Yes I see that I can change it - but only if I know what the existing password is.)

In order to change your keystore password without entering the current password, you will need to backup your data and perform a security wipe. Try following approach,
goto RSZELTTXT table and put your key figure name in the long text and click on execute. Get the list of all the ETULID's and go to table RSZCOMPDIR from this table for all the ETLUID's get all the list of COMPUID's and from COMPUID's you will be able to find all the reports from RSRREPDIR in which that key figure is getting used.

How to find my recovery key

Im trying to sync my desktop with a new laptop. Have followed instructions and entered 12 digits where requested having signed up for an account in advance.
After adding the 12 digits neither of them shows any sign of syncing. the next page asks for account details plus a Recovery Key. I've not found a Recovery Key and have spent some time looking at Support pages. The Sync tab on both shows pairing and syncing click-ons only - no manage account etc as indicated in support info.

First of all, all sync users: You HAVE to turn off "clear history" or at least "Clear password" in Options before you set up sync! Otherwise it will not work, or will work only til you close the browser or restart the computer or something .
Secondly, FIREFOX/ MOZILLA PEOPLE:
Your instructions are just plain WRONG. Someone needs to delete all the WRONG info and put only the new info. Right from the start you say things like "go to the firefox icon in the top of the browser" and this does not even exist! Jheez!
Secondly, the Manage Sync option and Recovery Key option sometimes is not there. I ran into this, it was not there; then later it was there. I think maybe you have to be signed in first? Not sure. All I know is that I was following your instructions - or trying to - and it just put me into a wild goose chase, going back and forth between my lap top and desktop and neither would allow me to sync the other.
Finally I muddled through and got it set up, but really, MOZILLA peeps - how about writing a brand new ACCURATE "how to" and putting it at the top of every thread about Sync?

1. To check the definition of the CKF you need to go to the query designer.
2. Once into the query desiger switch on the technical names in the query. THis option is available in the Icons displayed on the top of query designer
3. Then right click on the CKF and click display. You will find the necessary details.
4. If you are not able to see the definition of the CKF, then you may need to go in the change mode and then . Try this in development environment.

How does Apple TV 2nd Gen Store Password Information? Secure erase?

I have a 2nd generation Apple TV that I'm selling. I had my Apple ID, password and WiFi password on it. I did a "reset" (rather than a restore - the device is worth more with v4 on it than v5).
If it were a computer, I would zero the data on the hard drive before selling. I realize that the 2nd gen has no hard drive, but is there anywhere that the device stores this information that could be accessed by someone through hacking it? Or does the reset take care of that?

How to find and print Apple Store and Easy Pay Receipts

I bought a non-Apple product at the Apple store using Easy Pay. After 4 months, the product was defective and I needed to print the receipt to send to the manufacturer. When I found the receipt on my Apple Store app, there was no option to print the receipt. I went to my Apple ID account in iTunes, but store purchases do not show up there, even though I use the same Apple ID for both. I ended up taking a few screen shots, but this was not ideal.
1. I would like to know if there is a way to print these Easy Pay receipts properly?
2. Is there an Apple web location where I can find all my purchases, including all hardware, apps, music, movies, etc., purchased using the same Apple ID but through various different methods, such as Easy Pay, in-store service, on-line, etc? I know when I go to the Apple store the employees can pull up my entire hardware purchase history, but I can't seem to do this on my own.
