How to find ObjectID for Basic Data Text?

I need to figure out what the ObjectID for the basic data text is in CRM...but, have had limited success in figuring out what the object name is for it.
Using transaction SE75 ---> Text Objects and IDs ---> Double click row with Object = PRODUCT
This brings up a list that says ID = BASE
So, if this is correct, would I declare the jsp code for the ISA to search in Basic Data Text like this?

You can use Transp. Table      TBD62 .
enter Message Type                      CREMAS
you will get the list of tables and the fields from which data is pulled based on the change pointers in Transp. Table      BDCP.

Just populate text into table i_tline.

Lsmw problem: for mm01 basic data text two language

Dear,
I want to realize, in mm01, under 'basic data text' tab, have English and French text.
I use lsmw, direct input,object:0020, method:0000, program name:RMDATIND.
The basic data text function should be done in structure BMMH7.
Now, I add some codes for BMMH7 after entering 'Display Conversion Program'. But the codes will be covered when the rules changed.
Could you please tell me how to do the same function in 'Maintain Field Mapping and Conversion Rules'?

Upload Basic Data Text for Materials

Hi,
I'm trying to upload Basic Data Text for Materials using FM SAVE_TEXT. Everything works fine except long text. It is not accepting more than 132 charactors. What logic should I use so that it will append the remaining text for the same material on the other line?

If your text is longer than 132 characters, you have to wrap the text into multiple lines (FMs you should be using are FORMAT_TEXTLINES & RKD_WORD_WRAP).
Search in SDN for details on these FMs.

Problem updating basic data text for a certain language via MM01 / MM02

We are facing the following problem :
We have materials where we maintain the basic data text via MM02 in different languages ( Dutch, English, French, German, Japanese and polish).
When we copy a material to a new one and we would like to update the basic data text we can do this directly except for some reason for Japanese.
For japanese we first must press the Editor Icon, we than get the editor were we can change the text and from that moment on everyting is ok.
But we would like to update the text like we do for the other languages without first pressing the editor icon.
We are running 4.7 and the sapgui is 7.1 patch 18.

You can take a look at table AUSP as well as CRMD_AUSP_HIST.
The "changed by" and "changed at" are logged on attribute level, not on attribute value level. When you change one specific value, the system does a "re-insert" of all existing values of this attribute.
Take a look at the SAP notes 938426 and 966670 these may assit you in resolving the issue.

click on this icon. It will open another screen.
In this screen -> click Goto Menu->Header.
It will open the details about Purchase order text.

Text Object: MATERIAL.
Pass the above to READ_TEXT to get the text

There are 2 dates when you say Requested Delivery Date
1. Header level in VBAK-VDATU is the field
2. At item level it is in the schedule line. VBEP-EDATU.
The relationship between item (VBAP ) and schedule line ( VBEP )is 1 to many. But there will be mutiple schedule lines only if you are using the scheduling functionality. Also note to check for confirmed quantity (VBEP-BMENG) to be greater than 0 and use that schedule lines EDATU date as Requested delivery date.

Can you tell me how to find out the manufacture date of my Satellite A110-334 with the serial "SY6224123K"?
I need this information for my insurance!

But there is no "S" on the first digit!??
So it is maybe "Y6" which can be November 2006! Is this right?

Try STAD transaction. Unfortunately it contains a huge amount of data, so it is available only for a few days backwards... Maybe some weeks, but you can't make yearly reports from its data... So it's not useful to see, which program is in use or not...
I planned once to download it weekly, but it was not so important...

go to se71 and go to the layout , check the text elements syntax then it will show the possible driver programs in the window to choose.
that way you can find..

OR
Go to the T-code 'SMARTFORMs'
Give your form name
go to the general attributes.
Check the Package name.
then go to T-Code-> SE80
there check the program name for a package wise
