How to find out Shopping Cart created in backend system or ECC system

Hi All,
I am new  to SAP SRM7.0.  The Client has implemented "Extended Classic Scenario".  i.e. SC>Approval>PO>Confirmation>Invoice process in ECC.
We created few SC with "Free text" i.e. Describe what you need option in SC.
The SC is created with 4 digit number 2690.  Also, the Status " Approved". since its low value.say 5 GBP.
I have like 25 to 30 SC created like this:  I need to know the following:-
1. When i open SC and look for Related document, i see only SC number , but no Follow on document.  not sure why ?
2. How can i know the list of SC in backend system. i.e like ECC of the SRM backend system.  Please let me know the table name it get stored.. I searched EBAN and found only those which has PO is stored.
also can you please advise if by creating the SC in SRM.. will get replicated in ECC system ?. or only if Follow on doc gets created it will get replicated in ECC system?.
Thx
MJ

Hi,
SC is never replicated to backend.
Extended scenario document flow is SC -> SRM PO(Main) -> ERP PO(Copy).
Please go to BBP_PD transaction and navigate to SC item detail. You see what is the follow-on document.

Masa

  • How to find out number of background work processe available in the system?

    Hi All,
    I have a FM that triggers a background job using JOB_OPEN, ABAP_SUBMIT and JOB_CLOSE. But the problem is if there are no background work processes available at that moment, it does not return error. Not sure whether the job is even scheduled!
    Is there a way to find out if there are any background work processes available in the system? I know a FM SPBT_INITIALIZE which gives info about dialog work processes. Is there any other FM similar to this which gives info about background wp??
    Regards,
    Shailesh

    your Job will remain in a queue by message handler. once workprocess is free, your job gets scheduled
    by the way, you can use the functionality used in FM TH_DISPLAY_WORKPROCESS_LIST to read the workprocesses
    the command which gets you the workprocess is:
    CALL 'ThWpInfo' ID 'OPCODE' FIELD OPCODE_WP_LIST
                      ID 'TAB' FIELD LIST_STATE_WPLST-TABL
                      ID 'CPU' FIELD LIST_STATE_WPLST-CPU.
    check how its written in include LSDEBF01, form SET_LIST_WPLST

  • BAPI_SCEC_CREATE - how to get the shopping cart to go to our workflow

    Dear experts,
    When a shopping cart is created using BAPI_SCEC_CREATE, it will get approved automatically. We want the shopping cart to go through our approval workflow. Is there any way to achieve this? I saw threads on similar question but there's no solution. It seems to be related to Sourcing relevant indicator (SOURCE_REL_IND) in table BBP_PDIGP. I've tried executing BAPI_SCEC_CREATE followed by BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT and then BBP_PDIGP_DB_DIRECT_UPDATE to reset the SOURCE_REL_IND. However, it didn't work.
    Does anyone know how to get the shopping cart created by BAPI_SCEC_CREATE to go to a workflow?
    Thanks,
    Lara

    Hello Lara,
    When a shopping cart is created using BAPI_SCEC_CREATE, it will get approved automatically. We want the shopping cart to go through our approval workflow. Is there any way to achieve this?
    Have a look at SRM article below:
    [Enable SRM Workflow for External Purchase Requisitions|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/index?rid=/library/uuid/5082a622-7310-2c10-1a9b-ef31dd69a770]
    It seems to be related to Sourcing relevant indicator (SOURCE_REL_IND) in table BBP_PDIGP.
    Check your customizing:
    (in SRM 7.0) SAP Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Sourcing > Define Sourcing for Product Categories
    Depending on product category you used when creating your SC, its items are relevant or not for Sourcing.
    Regards.

  • How to find out which keywords were used to create a smart album?

    Hi,
    I actually have 2 questions;
    a) Short of scrolling down my very long list of password on the HUD - is there an elegant way to do it - How to find out which passwords were used to create an existing smart album? It's a recurring challenge for me.\ 'cause I like using smart albums, but once in a while need to check or chane the passwords.
    b) With annoying regularity when I try to get to this forum and choose Aperture, I get the following message - in pink, no less: It appears you're not allowed to view what you requested. You might contact your administrator if you think this is a mistake.
    Any clues?

    Raphael,
    that message may occur for four reasons at least:
    Most frequently, when you are using an outdated link to a post that no longer exists, for example from an email notofication. Sometimes our community host will remove posts, that are in violation of the terms of use: see:
    Apple Support Communities Terms of Use
    Or you are using the edit button or a bookmark to an "Edit" window, after the fifteen minutes allowed for editing are up.
    Or you want to view a page in a restricted section of the ASC - soem perta are only open for members of level 6 or higher.
    Or it is one  of the unexplained problems with the forum software right now.

    I really like Kirby's suggestion with the IPTC rule Keyword is. This is very useful for smart albums global to the library.
    Frequently a different approach helps for my smart albums. Many of my smart albums are local to projects or folders.  In this case the smart HUD will only show those keywords that have been used for the images in the selection. So if I only have tagged the images with the keywords "birds" and "slideshow", the smart settings HUD will only show these two keywords and the list is very short.
    My Keywords HUD, is organized hierarchically; this way I can collapse large sections at once, and it is easier to focus on the keywords needed for a specific task.
    I use the search field in HUD a lot, to filter the set of keywords shown.

    hi,
     i am having an issue in my "save site as a template". i have created  a subsite few weeks back with doc libs and  splists, disc.forum and  based on the template subsite I have created new subsites. now

    So would like to know, is it possible to find out from which subsite I have taken/prepared  the template subsite.

  • How to find out which class/method is calling System.gc

    Hi
    I am seeing frequent FULL GC and not able to locate which particular class/method is calling the System.gc(). I have disabled it using -XX:DisableExplicitGC and performance issues have been resolved. Also, I noticed that it does not happen periodically, so it is not RMI GC. How to find out who exactly is doing this? Does any of of the profilers like Optimizeit/Jprobe help find out this.
    Thanks

    Hi
    I am seeing frequent FULL GC This is because you are creating and destroying objects VERY frequently. Try to look at your design and see where you can reuse objects (i.e. object pooling) if possible, that is if this is adversely affecting performance.
    and not able to locate
    which particular class/method is calling the
    System.gc(). Classes don't call GC. The VM handles that automagically.
    I have disabled it using
    -XX:DisableExplicitGC and performance issues have
    been resolved. Also, I noticed that it does not
    happen periodically, so it is not RMI GC. How to find
    out who exactly is doing this? Does any of of the
    profilers like Optimizeit/Jprobe help find out this.OptimizeIt will tell you everything you need to know. However, NetBeans offers a free profiler now!

  • How to find out if LOB is stored "IN ROW"?

    Hi,
    If I have a compressed secuerfile LOB defined as "enable storage in row", is there any way to find out how many LOBs are stored in the table segment and how many where moved "out" in the lobsegment due to exceeding the approx. 4000 byte limit?
    If I haven't defined the question clearly enough, please let me know.
    Thanks in advance for any answer and regards,
    Jure

    Maybe I didn't explain the question well. I didn't ask how to find out from the data dictionary whether the LOB is defined as "enable storage in row" or "disable storage in row". I asked how to find out how many LOBs (LOB instances) are stored "in row" (in the table segment) and how many in the lobsegment, given that the LOB is defined as "ENABLE STORAGE IN ROW" with enabled compression.
    If I write the question in another way:
    Suppose I have a heap table with a LOB column defined as SECUREFILE COMPRESS HIGH, e.g.:
    CREATE TABLE test1 (id INTEGER, test_b BLOB)
    TABLESPACE USERS
    LOB (test_b) STORE AS SECUREFILE (
      TABLESPACE USERS
      COMPRESS HIGH
      ENABLE STORAGE IN ROW
      CHUNK 8192
    )There are 1000 rows of data in the TEST1 table. The data length in the test_b BLOB varies from 100 bytes to 1MB, so some of those BLOBs are stored in the table segment (those with size approx. smaller than 4000bytes as described here http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E11882_01/appdev.112/e18294/adlob_tables.htm#sthref320) and some are stored in the lobsegment. My question is, how to find how many LOBs are stored in the table segment and how many are stored in the lobsegment due to exceeding approximately 4000 bytes (4000 bytes being the limit where the LOB is moved out of the table segment).
    The obvious answer could be to check the size of the LOB and if it is less than 4000 bytes (actually less than the size reported by the DBMS_LOB.GETCHUNKSIZE function) and based on that know where the LOB data is stored, but there are two problems with that approach:
    - how to account for data compression
    - even if the lob is defined as "ENABLE STORAGE IN ROW" and it's less than 4000 bytes in size, it could still be stored out of the table segment: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E11882_01/appdev.112/e18294/adlob_tables.htm#ADLOB45273 : "If you update a LOB that is stored out-of-line and the resulting LOB is less than approximately 4000 bytes, it is still stored out-of-line."
    I hope I asked clearly this time.

  • How to find out structure of internal table?

    Hi
    is there any way how to find out name of structure upon which internal
    table was created?
    i got internal table passed to function module by any table
    type. There can be different types of table passed in. Inside of
    module a need to find out the structure of table.
    I've found a tricky way how to find this information using following
    command 'DESCRIBE FIELD dobj INTO td.', but its probably not a correct
    way because using this command is not recommended in application
    programs.
    Is there any function module, or something i can use for getting this information?
    Thanks

    Thanks very much
    This has solved my problem:
      DATA descr_ref TYPE ref to cl_abap_typedescr.
      DATA tabname TYPE string.
      descr_ref = cl_abap_typedescr=>describe_by_data( itab ).
      tabname = descr_ref->absolute_name.

  • How to find out which object on a JPanel was clicked...

    I have a JPanel that contains about 200 other small JPanels(only 8 are visible at any one time), and a JButton(with Visible set to false).
    When one of the small JPanels is rightclicked i want to know which one was clicked so I can add the JButton to it (set theJButton Visible on the JPanel that was rightclicked). When the JButton is clicked, it will hide the JPanel it was on and hide itself again.
    I added a MouseListener(MousePressed) to the main Jpanel but I dont know how to find out which of the smaller JPanels was clicked. I would Also need to know how (in the ActionEvent for the JButton) the JButton knows which JPanel it is on so it knows which one to delete.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------CODE
    void JPanel1_mousePressed(MouseEvent e) {
    if ((e.getModifiers() & e.BUTTON3_MASK)!=0){
    ------------------------------------------------------------------CODE
    void JButton1_actionPerformed(ActionEvent e) {
    ------------------------------------------------------------------CODE
    Can this be done or should I add a MousePressed Listener to each of the 200 small JPanels and create a JButton for each of them??
    Any Info Appreciated... Thanks....

    Here you get a hint, hope have added all mouseListener as well and registered....addMouseLi...etc
    // many JPanels here...
    JPanel clickedPanel;  // a reference only
    // In mouse Click..
    public void mouseClicked( MouseEvent e ){
              clickedPanel = e.getSource( );
              clickedPanel.add(new JButton("Look, I am Added") );
    }  // it is Only HINT, a working HINT
