I have installed the Information Platform Services 4.0 and Data services 4.0 in windows QA system, now we need to install the same version of IPS & DS in windows PRD system for this how could we find out the exact version of IPS & DS ( Service pack and patch levels ) and where we can find the same.

Hi Sudheer,
On a Windows Operating Systems you can check the “Programs and Features” in control panel.You can see a list of both the Name and Version number of SAP BusinessObjects that is installed.
option 2:
Open CMC go to Settings. In the properties, you will find the Product Version.

I am doing the archiving project.
I have finished the Write phase and Delete Phase.
Now I am doing the tablespace(PSAPSR3) reorganization in QAS(Offline).
Due to the redo log space was full during the reorgnization phase.
Some tables' reorgnization progress were failed.
Hope you could tell me how to find out the tables which reorgnization were failed.
(DB level? OS level? SAP Level?)

If the embedded image not in that location at that time it throws error message. Is it possible to find out the name of the embedded image, if the corresponding image not in that location.                   I want to know ,how to find out the target component and target view in WEB UI,when i click on a field which shows as a hyper link in WEB UI .At GUI level ,i know the how it will work.Any way to find out the component name and view name which is show the details of that field at GUI level .IF you go to transaction CRMD_ORDER then open the service contract id .then goto the item level value .there is 1 service data tab is available at item level.there is two button is available.first one is available time and second one is response time .if i click on any button then one popup is open which is shows the details of that button.I dont know how to find out the component name and view name from GUI level.

             The control would be something like this for navigation in Get_p_xxx method u mention as link and u mention a event name which gets triggered on the click of this hyperlink. So your GET_P_XXX method would have the following code:

Requirement : Need to find out the latest record in per_all_people_f and per_all_assignments_f to update the attribute column with pre defined value . Its not possible to track only with person_id / assignment_id and effective end date

you can get the Minipack version of the products by querying fnd_product_installations or ad_patchdriver_minipks, for family packs you need to query through Metalink, OR if you have u driver file which resides on $AY_TOP/discoverer, looks for the minipacks/familypack version in the driver file.

Your subject said 'selected line in list' and your description says 'selected event in the list'. Which one is it you want to know?
For line you will use the event AT LINE-SELECTION and for event you will use AT USER-COMMAND.

Hi,
It stores all the final queries in work rep table i.e "SNP_SESS_TXT_LOG" and the column is "TXT".
Here u can find all the ODI bkp process queries.Pls specify the SESS_NO for purtivular task u want to check which u can get this in ODI operator.
I dont think so that it will keep the substituted value(because its implicit and temporary process) but it will keep all the default values in the table SNP_VAR_SESS and the column is "DEF_V".
