How to find out the last date & time on which a program has been run

Hi Experts,
Can anybody tell how to find out the last date on which a purticular program has been run.
Valuable answers will be rewarded.
Thanks & Regards,
Satish.

Hi!
Try STAD transaction. Unfortunately it contains a huge amount of data, so it is available only for a few days backwards... Maybe some weeks, but you can't make yearly reports from its data... So it's not useful to see, which program is in use or not...
I planned once to download it weekly, but it was not so important...

  • How to find out the PO line items for which no GRN has been done

    Dear Friends,
    I need a report which will show all the fully open PO items for which no GRN has been done.
    In ME2N when I give the selection parameter "open goods receipt" then it shows all the line items with partially & fully open. But my requirement is to get a report of only fully open items.

    Hi Friends,
    Thanks a lot for your reply.
    But this is a report which projects the expected GRNs & does not depend whether partial or full.
    Is there any other way out?
    Can  I download from the table directly.

  • How to find out the Hire date of an employee?

    Hi All
    What is effective date, Latest start date and other date fields which are are used when we create a new employee?
    What is the difference between hire date and joining date?
    How to find out the Hire date and joining date of an employee?
    Regards
    Rahman

    The effective dates are related to date tracking. The effective start date shows when this version of the record became effective.
    The Hire Date, or Latest Satrt Date shows the date on which the employee was last hired. If he was hired before from 01/01/01 to 31/12/01, then left but was hired again from 01/01/07, the Latest Hired Date would be 01/01/07 and the First Hired Date would be 01/01/01.
    When using Oracle HR, datetracking allows you to either correct data (because it was wrong or incomplete), or update it (because a time effective change took place e.g. got married).
    The[b] effective dates show when a record was updated. So, if an update was made on 07/02/07, and the update datetrack option was used, the current record would have its effective end date set to 06/02/07 (the day before the update) and a new version would be created with the updates and an effective start date of 07/02/07.
    Hope this helps.

  • How to find out the "manufacture date"?

    Hello!
    Can you tell me how to find out the manufacture date of my Satellite A110-334 with the serial "SY6224123K"?
    I need this information for my insurance!
    I found only this link for HDD`s: http://www.storage.toshiba.eu/index_manual.php?pid=220&sid=536&la=en
    But there is no "S" on the first digit!??
    So it is maybe "Y6" which can be November 2006! Is this right?
    Thank you!
    ===========
    This is the information on the link above:
    How to encode a Toshiba Hard Disk Drive Serial Number?
    The Toshiba serial number (S/N) includes details of the date of manufacture. The first digit of the serial number indicates the Month of manufacture and the 2nd digit indicates the Year.
    Example:
    M Y x x x x x x x
    M = Month
    Y = Year
    The month digit goes from 1, for January, through to 9, for September, and then X, Y and Z, for October, November and December.
    Examples:
    2 8 1 7 0 0 0 1 A
    2 = February
    8 = 1998
    3 0 5 4 4 3 0 6 T
    3 = March
    0 = 2000
    X 9 D 7 8 3 3 1 T
    X = October
    9 = 1999
    The remaining digits contain information about factory and production line, and some digits are reserved for a continuously running serial number.

  • How to find out the table, data for the IDOCS is pulled from?

    HI
    The ZFPH9999397 VENDOR FEED job runs the RBDMIDOC program with the variant Z9999_397.  This creates IDOCS that are sent out and eventually wind up in IMOS.
    The IDOC Type is CREMAS.
    Can you tell me which table or tables the data for these IDOCS is pulled from?
    Or tell me the procedure to find out the table name.
    Thanks,
    das.
    Edited by: sathish dasari on Dec 10, 2009 11:54 AM

    You can use Transp. Table      TBD62 .
    enter Message Type                      CREMAS
    you will get the list of tables and the fields from which data is pulled based on the change pointers in Transp. Table      BDCP.

  • How to find out the Last line of a page in Smart forms

    Hi Experts,
    I need to find out the <b>last line of a page in smartforms</b>.
    I have <b>Heading in a text element</b> and its <b>text in another text element</b>.
    If the heading falls in the last line, its contents will be displayed in the next page. I want to print the heading  in the next page.
    Please advise on this issue.
    Thanks in advance,
    Viven

    You can put both the heading and contents in a Folder node and check the page protection checkbox of the Folder node.  This way both will be displayed on the same page always.

  • How to find out the aligning Data dictionary table for a structure.

    Hi
    As the table controls are associated with strucures, the data input goes to the data dictionary table aligned to that structure. Is there any way we can find out the table related to that particular structure ?
    Thanks,
    Dhareppa

    Hi,
    The structure and its fields may be associated with multiple database tables.
    You can try by where-used list of the structure/field and then you can look and determine the table by hit and try method.
    Also as suggested above you can try get the SQL trace and then ypu can look for table associated behind the structure/fields I believe this is the best way to find the DB table.
    Thanks,
    Ravi

  • How to find out the last closed windows?

    I closed several ( 5-6) firefox windows when shutting down my computeer, and after re-staring firefox chose to 'restore previous session' (set by default but failed to so automatically this time). Saddly, in my about:config there was the default of opening only 3 windows, which means that all the others windows and tabs are now gone.
    My question is: can I fin out in the history, or or in the some firefox log files, the address of the pages that were open in those windows/tabs. A list of all closed tabs and the time they were closed would suffice. The 'recentely closed tabs' options does not appear to contain that information, only the tabs that were closed in the current window.
    Details:
    OS: Linux Ubuntu 14.04
    Firefox 35.0.1
    Cheers.

  • Very easy question - How to find out the first date of year

    Hi Experts,
    I have created Web Dynpro program. I have to set one field "start_date" as first date of year. For example if current date is 04/10/2009, then program should set value of field "start_date" as 01/01/2009.
    If suppose program is used on 12/12/2012, then program should set the value of "start_date" as 01/01/2012.
    Please peovide me some code.
    Regards,
    Gary

    Hi,
    This line should give you the current year.
    Calendar.getInstance().get(Calendar.YEAR);
    Prefix 01/01/ to this will give you the first day of that year.
    Thanks,

  • How to find out the location of a point on my program on desktop?

    I am trying to build a java program then need to track where is specific point of the program at the desktop. For example, if I move my program at the top left, the x and y should be (0,0), then when move to another point on the destop, the x and y would be updated.
    I searched in internet for long time but still cannot find it. Seem like getLocation() just get me the location of something in a program and the location of that part within the program.
    Thanks!

    It's a kind of hierarchy where each component has a position relative to the container that holds it. The location of the program's top level window is relative to the screen coordinates.
    You can add a ComponentListener to the top level window to respond to it being moved or resized.

  • How to find out the GR Numbers for which IR has not been done

    Hi Sap Gurus,
    Can anybody tell me how to find out the G R Numbers for which Invoice Receipt has not been done. Any TC or ant standard process to find out.
    Thanks N Regards,
    Siddhartha

    Hi Siddarth,
    Solution :
            1) Go to SE16 - Table Name : EKBE (PO History)
            2) Field - BUDAT (Posting Date)
            3) Transaction event Type:
                             - 1 (Only GR's )
                             - 2 (Both GR and IR)
            4) We can fetch both GR Numbers and also PO Numbers for which IR has not been done if transaction event - 1.
    In addition to MB5S, you can try this also...
