How to find out version, support package, patchlevel of installed j2ee as

Hello all
We have PI 7.11 installed and I'd like to know what the support package and patchlevel of our installed j2ee application server is. We would like to post-install NWDI and need to know which are the right SCA-Files for us to download.
Can anyone tell me where to find this information? I wasn't able to find it (maybe just didn't see it?)

nwa? ConfigTool? Management Console? JSPM? SAPGUI Client? Elsewhere?
From SAPGUI-Client I choose System -> Status and click on details button for SAP System data. Here I see:

But this is for ABAP stack only.
In nwa I don't see any HELP -> About

-> is this the j2ee as version including support package and patchlevel info or is this the version of the config tool itself?
In JSPM / SDT in Help -> About I can see:

Server Port 50418
JSPM Service Version 1.0
JSPM Host Name localhost
JSPM Port 50417
Unfortunately not what I'm searching for as well.
In SAP Management Console in ? -> About I can see:
Version: 7110, 21, 15, 51094
Still not sure where to find the required infos... any other ideas?

I had a double check and you are right at least as far I can see the Software Inventory toll came only with WIN installation while you are running your BO on Linux.
What the Software Inventory Tool does it checks files version.
Now I'm not very smart with Linux but can you check file version in Linux?that could be an option (In WIN i check CMC.DLL)

Our environment is Weblogic 6.1 SP3 on Win2k professional with JDK 1.3.1_03 (build
1.3.1_03-b03). We use Protomatter Syslog in our application and it uses Jakarta
ORO classes for regexp parsing. Since Weblogic jar already has the classes we
do not have a separate jar for ORO in our classpath.
We have seen ArrayIndexOutOfBounds exceptions in ORO code and the bug is listed
as solved in version 2.0.7 & later versions. http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=17707
I appreciate someone letting me know how to find the version of ORO in Weblogic

Not quite the answer you are looking for but if you only want a GUI for mysql you might want to try phpmyadmin instead http://www.phpmyadmin.net/home_page/index.php
Webmin is a great admin tool for numerous applications but phpadmin is a great tool for mysql administration that does not require you to learn all of the nuances of Webmin.
FWIW I have both installed and really like Webmin for it's versatility but find phpmyadmin much simplere to learn and use.

How to find out where the exe file was installed?

I have the following problem: In my VI, I'm reading a .txt file through the vi "Open Config Data" in which I specify the path of the txt. file and it returns me a refnum that is used to read the file. When I made the installer to this application, I included this txt, thus, the txt is kept together in the directory where the application is installed. The problem is that the path that is specified to the vi "Open Config Data" is not valid anymore, since the instalation directory is different. I'd like to know if there's a way to know where the application was installed. Maybe through a registry? If you have a suggestion, I'd be glad to hear it.

In addition to the information that JB provided, you can also do something like what is shown in the attached VI that I use. It takes the approach of stripping the current VI's path till it gets to something that doesn't end in .exe, .llb or .vi. This will give the OS path regardless of where the VI is located. I find this useful because I sometimes build applications utilizing a library of plugins and, depending upon where the plugin library is located, the path to it may not be the same things as the path to the executable.

I'd like to check what SP we had installed on our BOXIR2 Enterprise Server. The version number is 11.5.8.8265, I'd like to know if SP1 or SP2 is installed, or even none of the SP is installed. Thanks.

The build version of BOXI Enterprise can be found in the Settings area of the CMC. Build version of individual services can be obtained from the CCM.
For client tools (Designer, DekI, etc.), right click on the executable (BusObj.exe, Designer.exe, etc.) and choose Properties > Versions. (For a Windows installation, the executables are installed at the following path: <BO install dir>\win32_x86).

we're currently running DART version 2.5 on R/3-release 5 with patchlevel 17.
Now I'm wondering if it makes sense to upgrade DART from version 2.5 to version 2.6 even though the 2.6-version is not included in R/3-release 5 until patchlevel 20.

There is one more method,i know
Set the JAVA_HOME and PATH
then execute the
$WL_HOME\wlserver_10.3\server\bin>setWLSEnv.cmd
Go to directory which contains weblogic.jar ($WL_HOME\server\lib) and run below command
$WL_HOME\wlserver_10.3\server\lib>java -cp weblogic.jar weblogic.version
WebLogic Server 10.3.4.0 Fri Dec 17 20:47:33 PST 2010 1384255

Hi,
I have one database. This database is with 7 schemas. Around 1000 triggers are associated with each schema. But the application is using only some triggers.
How to find out the used triggers? Apllications is developed in J2EE.
Same way I want to find out the for Packages/Procedures and Functions.
Any easy way is available?
Please help me.

How to find out if I am using a 32 bits or 64 bits version of JRE?
If I have 2 instances of Java installed in 2 seperate directories, one 32 bits and other 64 bits on Linux. How do I identify which directory holds which version?
Is there any command that can output this info?

With a Sun JDK or JRE, you can use java -version:
$ java -version
java version "1.6.0"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0-b105)
Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (build 1.6.0-b105, mixed mode)
... switch to the 64-bit JDK ...
$ java -version
java version "1.6.0"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0-b105)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 1.6.0-b105, mixed mode)
The last line says "64-Bit."

Does anyone have any idea about how to find out the current version of weblogic plugin used to connect from webserver to weblogic server?
I could not find version in plugin directory.
it's the same one that came prepackaged with Weblogic 9.2. we haven't change it.

You can find version of weblogic plugin using below command.
strings <plugin module file> | grep -i wlsplugins
