How to find patch(KB) is part of which patch package

I have a patch which is downloaded and is part of some package. is there a easier way to find that out. reason of this is, client is not able to download this patch, and our BDP is protected so I want to ensure the respective patch package
is properly copied to that BDP.

we have more than 300 packages, so was looking for a shortcut :)
I'm not sure how this is going to be a short cut as most SU will have 10+ GUIDs and as such you will need to first track down those GUIDs then you will need to determine if they are in which packages have each GUID and then determine if those packages on
are each BDP.
Honestly what I would be looking at is how do you have your SU package configured? Are you allowing them to automatically be download to the BDP when content is needed by end PC? Why not set the Fallback option?

Here you go..
1) Go to table RSZCALC and get list of ELTUID where AGGREXC is not INITIAL and AGGRCHA is not initial; now you get only exception aggregation set based on some chars. Also you can further add STEPNR = 1 since your intention is just to get query name , not the calculation details; this will reduce number of entries to lookup and save DB time for next steps.
Here you will get list of exception aggregation UUID numbers from which you can get properties from RSZELTDIR.
2) Pass list of RSZCALC-ELTUID to table RSZELTXREF - TELTUID and get list of RSZELTXREF -SELTUID - this table stores query to it's elements maping kind.
3) Now again pass RSZELTXREF - SELTUID into same table but into different field RSZELTZREF - TELTUID and get RSZELTXREF - SELTUID
This step you get query reference sheet or column or query general UUID for next step.
4) Pass list of RSZELTXREF - SELTUID into RSZELTDIR - ELTUID with DEFTP as 'REP'. Now you get list of query names in RSZELTDIR - MAPNAME and description in TXTLG.
Note: you can also get the reference chars used for exception aggregation from RSZCALC - AGGRCHA field.

           Search object BTQuery1O and the attribute structure associated with it is CRMST_QUERY1O_BTIL,
           even if we enhance this structure with zfield, as it is search object, then it should queried on some main database
           table, so it is 'CRMD_ORDERADM_H', here we need to add our zfield first to it, so that after added to search object then
           only search query work, so that's the reason I am asking is it possible to find 'CRMD_ORDERADM_H' relevant from
           GENIL_MODEL_BROWSER, or any way also?

Go to POF1 click on determined record -> Display -.> enter-> F8 then -> double click on the record for which you want to see the responsible person ->click on admin. data tab here u will find the responsible person. hope u got the right answer.

Actually what I meant was currently am in the process of applying patch
"Oracle Critical Patch Update - October 2005 " multiple security vulnerabilities for a particular version of ORACLE DATABASE server. It should be fixed by applying this patch.
So what I need to know is , is their any way to find whether this particular patch has been applied.

Solution :
        1) Go to SE16 - Table Name : EKBE (PO History)
        2) Field - BUDAT (Posting Date)
        3) Transaction event Type:
                         - 1 (Only GR's )
                         - 2 (Both GR and IR)
        4) We can fetch both GR Numbers and also PO Numbers for which IR has not been done if transaction event - 1.
In addition to MB5S, you can try this also...

i am having an issue in my "save site as a template". i have created a subsite few weeks back with doc libs and splists, disc.forum and based on the template subsite I have created new subsites. now
as per my new requirement i need to add new doclibs and few columns in these doc lib. But I am unable to find which sub site was taken as a template.since i have many subsites with different names, I forgott
to make meaningful names, i gave some datetime for the templatesubsites,
like project_27_jul_2pm,project_20_jul_7pm, etc etc.
So would like to know, is it possible to find out from which subsite I have taken/prepared the template subsite.
any APIs are available or any power shell scripts. such that i can find out from which subsite i have created this sub site template.

The field is called External ID which equal to LIKP-LIFEX or RV50A-VERUR_LA (structure).
Path:
Goto -> Header -> Administration -> External ID.

I would like to see how much time it took for installing these patches. Could any one provide SQL Script to list out like patch name, patch start time and patch end time and host name.

Hello all. Im trying to find a place where I can find what patches/hotfixes need to be put in place for CallManager 4.1(3). Is there a place that I can find a list of patches that need to be applied, along with a site to get them from? Maybe even an order to apply them in? Any help I would appreciate. Thanks.

I can use the following query to see what queries are being executed
SELECT
a.sid, a.USERNAME, a.STATUS, b.sql_text
FROM V$SESSION a INNER JOIN V$SQLAREA b
ON a.SQL_ADDRESS= b.ADDRESS; However, is it possible to get a further breakdown of the query? i.e. see what part of the explain plan is actually being done?
