Try STAD transaction. Unfortunately it contains a huge amount of data, so it is available only for a few days backwards... Maybe some weeks, but you can't make yearly reports from its data... So it's not useful to see, which program is in use or not...
I planned once to download it weekly, but it was not so important...

can any one help how to find purchase order bapi.

This isn't a Web Dynpro Specific question - moving to ABAP general.
However have you considered going to SE80 and searching for function modules that begin with the name BAPI and have purc in the name? Or maybe going to the BAPI Browser transaction (T-Code BAPI) and searching either in the Hiearchy or Alphabetical list. Probably not too difficult to find the purchase order object.

To find Purchase Requisition value

Hi Workflow gurus,
I have an issue with respect to workflow, where I need to send an external mail to MS outlook, once the Purchase requisition is saved (created). Based on Purchase requisition value, a different person like Manger, Director, President or Vice president has to approve the requisition. Mail has to go any one of these.
Here I can use the business object BU2105 and incorporate a task which contains the function module ''SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1' to send the external mail.
However I don't know how to get the value of Purchase requisition and mail id of these people.
I request your valuable suggestion.

You can chek the Value of the Purchase requisition in
Table EBAN
and mail id will be triggered through the User Id of these people (SU01 trx)...

Purchase Requisition with mat-nr and without mat-nr

Hi,
if I create a Purchase Requisition with a material number it will be transfered into the EPRTRANS,
but if I create a Purchase Requisition without a materialnumber (only with account assignment)
then it will be not transfered into EPRTRANS .
Do you have an idea why this strange behaivour happens.
Maybe there must be made some changes in Function Module BBP_EPRTRANS_MAINTAIN ?

in order to perform a Purchase Requisition-Upload from R/3 Backend system into another system there
are several steps necessary.
When I am creating a Purchase Requisition at the Backend regarding a valid material-number,
the Purchase Requisition will be automatically inserted into the table EPRTRANS.
But not in case of if you create a Purchase Requisition without a Material-Numnber.
e.g. Purchase Requisition with free text and account assignment.
Function Module BBP_EPRTRANS_MAINTAIN is reposible for transfering of Purchase Requisition
into table EPRTRANS.
I need these PR in the EPRTRANS in order to perform the report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER finally.
It trnasfers all Purchase Requisition from EPRTTANS to the external system.
I hope it clarifys some of the confusion .

The lack of this feature is an inexcusable oversight for an enterprise management product. They have some serious lightweights making design decisions on the SCOM team. 5 thumbs down.
BTW the answer is probably LOTS of stuff. Literally 100's of workflows are running on any server.
The following OpsMgr DB query will list all running monitors on a server. Change the name of @srv. I think this works pretty well. I'd like some feedback if something is missing.

You can narrow your serach for checking only for select * from sys.configurations where is_dynamic = 1 --- these are which didnt require sql restart

i think u have missed it.
RSZCOMPDIR IS THE ONLY TABLE WHICH PROVIDES THE DATA.
ENTER TECHNICAL QUERY Name in RSZCOMPDIR-COMPID.
RSZCOMPDIR-TSTNAM gives you the user id of sap bw user who made the change.
RSZCOMPDIR-TSTPDAT gives you date on which change was made .
RSZCOMPDIR-TSTPTIM gives you timestamp on which change was made .
all users details can be obtained from TCODE SU01 where you need to enter sap user id.
You can also get user name( description) by using tcode SE09 and entering above sap user id.

I want to create a custom event which triggers on Purchase Requisition Create, SAP provide's standard event's for purchase requisition release but not for create.
What are all the steps and how to create a new event.

Hi Sandhya,
may i know the reason why you are trying to create custom methods.
You have business object BUS2009(for PR line item wise release) and BUS2105(for PR overall release).
Both those business object have events RELEASESTEPCREATED (for PR creation) and SIGNIFICANTLYCHANGED(For PR change).
Even then if you want to create custom events, create a subtype of the standard business object, then click on events, and then select create. Now create your Z-events, say ZCREATED (For creation), ZCHANGED (for changed) and ZDELETED (for deleted). Now select each event, click on edit -> Change release status -> object type component -> to be implemented. Follow the same for all the events. Then select each event, click on edit -> Change release status -> object type component -> to be released.
Now click on your custom object, click on edit -> Change release status -> object type component -> to be implemented.Then click on your custom object, click on edit -> Change release status -> object type component -> to be released.
After this in SWEC tcode, click on new entries. Select change document object as BANF, business object as say ZBUS2105 and event as ZCREATED. make sure radio button on create is checked.
Similary create entries for ZCHANGED event and ZDELETED.
Select on change and on delete radio button for event ZCHANGED and ZDELETED event respectively.
