<b>Difference Between Purchase Order & Purchase Requisition:</b>
1. Purchase requisitions are internal documents you use to request your Purchasing department to procure a particular quantity of a material or a service for a particular date.
Purchase requisitions are either created manually by the department responsible or automatically by MRP.
A purchase order is a formal request to a vendor to supply certain goods or services under the stated conditions.
You can create purchase orders without reference, or with reference to a purchase requisition, a request for quotation, or another purchase order.

3.you can create purchase orders without reference, or with reference to a purchase requisition, a request for quotation, or another purchase order.
4.Purchase Requisition is created first..

  • How to find purchase order bapi

can any one help how to find purchase order bapi.

This isn't a Web Dynpro Specific question - moving to ABAP general.
However have you considered going to SE80 and searching for function modules that begin with the name BAPI and have purc in the name?  Or maybe going to the BAPI Browser transaction (T-Code BAPI) and searching either in the Hiearchy or Alphabetical list.  Probably not too difficult to find the purchase order object.

  • Could someone tell me how to find purchase date so I can register

Could someone tell me how to find purchase date so I can register my Airport extreme on the Apple Support Profile page?

Unless something has changed, the Apple does not provide a specific support warranty for their AirPort products. Instead, typically, you would get this type of warranty only if your purchased an Apple desktop or laptop at the same time and the AirPort would be covered under that one.
If you bought the AirPort directly from Apple, they should have a copy of the receipt. Otherwise, if you used a credit card, check with your card provider.

    Hi
Goto table EKKO, enter Vendor Number (LIFNR).  You will get a list of PO numbers (EBELN), as vendor number is not the primary key.  From this list, you can figure out the PO # you want say probably using ERNAM (person who created)..  The corresponding line item details can be fetched from EKPO.
    THanks

  • How to find purchased ringtones on iPhone 4s

I'm new to all this. New to iPhone, new to smart phones, basically new to iTunes - I've had the software on my computers for years, somewhere along the line I created an account but really never used iTunes.
I bought a ringtone on my phone and want to put in on my wife's phone - we share the same iTunes account. After I purchased the ringtone, it showed up in my ringtones fine. However I can't figure out how to get it on the other phone, while playing around trying to find the way I went to the store from my phone, from the ringtones settings and can't even find that purchase at all. I know I was charged for it. When I look at recent purchases it has options for:
    Music
    Movies
    TV Shows
When I tap Music it shows all the music we've purchased but no ringtones - no option for Ringtones or Tones on recent purchases so I'm lost, please help and remember, I come from a Windows background and am not that fimilar with iTunes. I've googled for restoring lost ringtones but all the directions seem to be for a previous version of iTunes because I can't find what they are talking about.
    Thank You for your help!!

while I was playing around last night in between your answers to my questions I hit 'Consolidate Files' on the right click for the ringtone and didn't restart iTunes, didn't think about it last night but if the files were moved maybe iTunes needed to be restarted. I do not know this software but I'm guessing that is the cuase of my problems.
However I did hit Revert and Apply so I don't know.
On iTunes when you click menu File > Library > Organize Library... > Consolidate Files, you are letting iTunes manage your content, it will make a copy of your content to the path where iTunes keeps indices, media structures, etc.
It is a good idea to do that since it will update the database as well.
I am wondering if I should delete the back-ups for both phones and start over following your procedures again, I'm just a bit leary to do that. If I go that route, would I need to deregister and re-register phones too?
You can delete the backups in iTunes > Preferences...(Windows: Edit > Preferences...) > Devices > delete the backup here. After that, you can right click on iPhone in iTunes sidebar and do a fresh new Backup.

No, you do not need to de-register and re-register iPhones.

  • How to find purchase dates for Portege R200?

We are currently starting a laptop ownership scheme with our Portege R200 machines, and need to know the purchase dates for these. We have our serial numbers, and need to where or which site we need to go in order to type in the serial number and find out the purchase date for the machine with that serial number. How can this be done?
Please email [email protected] with any help. Thanks!

    Hi
I think this can be managed only by Toshiba service partner.
If the user has registered the unit so usually the service partner should be able to check the purchase date.

  • How to find purchase date of Macbook without receipt?

Could someone please tell me how can i find exact purchase date of Macbook Pro as i have lost the receipt?

Where did you purchase the machine? If from an Apple Store or the online Apple Store, they will have a copy of the receipt. You might even try entering your serial number at -> https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do - and seeing if Apple has a purchase date on file for you.
    Good luck,

  • How to find purchase date

I don't recall the exact date that I purchased my phone and it is needed in order to fill out an insurance claim through Asurion. Does anyone know how to access this information? I had no idea I'd need to remember something like that...
    Thank you much,
    Mallory

You can look on the phone (if it's available and accessible) - Menu>>Settings and Tools>>Phone Info>>SW/HW version>>at the bottom of the list is a Warranty Date Code - that's the day the phone was activated/purchased originally.
If you don't have the phone in hand or it's otherwise unusable, you can log on to your MyVerizon, and look at the plan details.  Look at the Contract End date and go back 2 years; that should be the date you signed the contract / purchased the phone.  If it has been less than a year, you can click the "View Account Documents".  Copies of your equipment receipts are available if purchases were made within the last 12 months.  You can print out the receipts, or just view them to get the purchase date.
And if all else fails, you can call CS and they can tell you, I'm sure.
    HTH,

  • How to Find Purchased Music

I bought a song and it says on my purchase history that I did indeed purchase it. However, I cannot find it in my library. I have tried checking for purchases that have not been downloaded and it says that I have downloaded them. It also said that I cannot download the same song twice. But I cannot find the song. It is not in iTunes or anywhere on my computor. So what happened to it?

Probably several people think that, however it makes perfect sense to me. You purchased the song. One time. If you go buy a CD and then lose or destroy it, the store doesn't owe you a new CD.
Data is important. You paid money for it, you should protect it. Protection isn't magical, you should back up your music along with your other important documents. You do back those up, don't you?
I never will understand people not backing up anything at all. That's just foolishness. What do you these people use their computer for that nothing of value is stored on them? Just an expensive gaming machine? I have files that I've had continuously for 15 years. Loss of them would be disasterous. Backups are critical to anybody who actually uses their computer for anything of value.

  • How to find purchased apps - Stolen iPhone and New Computer

I got a new iPhone 3gs, but had a broken laptop at the time. I set up iTunes on the phone and went on holiday. Whilst on holiday, my iPhone was stolen. Now I am back, my laptop is fixed (but had to be completely wiped and so iTunes and apps lost), and I have just received my replacement iPhone.
I have downloaded iTunes, and put in my iTunes login, and was hoping my apps would magically appear, but they don't seem to be anywhere.
I'm worried that because my iPhone was not plugged into my computer after downloading the apps and before losing the phone, I have lost them completely, and some of them were quite pricey and I downloaded loads.
Any advice appreciated, or should I just cut my losses and give up trying and just start again?

Log into iTunes, view your account and *Purchase history* to see what you have purchased.
You can redownload Apps for free.
