help! there is not a ringtone tab in itunes 10.5. can someone please tell me how to get the music on my iphone to ringtones?

The same thing happend to me as well, Updated both my Iphone4 and Itunes to IOS.5 and iTunes 10.5 and the Ringtone on both my computers and the tab is gone under my library, not only that but when i click on my iPhone device the "RINGTONE" option appears every other time, i asked my friends if theirs is gone too, they said no.... i really hope someone helps up out with this, its kind of ******* me off

Ringtones not visible on my iPhone, but they ARE in my ringtones tab in iTunes.

I have about 50 ringtones (all of them end with the "m4r" tag) in my ringtone tab in iTunes. But after I sync my iPhone, the ringtones fail to show up on my iPhone.
Further, I just bought a new ringtone through my iPhone, and I now see it in my ringtones on the iPhone itself, but it fails to show up in iTunes in my Ringtone tab in iTunes.
What am I not doing correctly here?

Confirm the following before trying to sync ringtones to your phone:
That they are really ringtones: right-click on the files in iTunes, select Get Info, on the Summary tab they must say Kind: Ringtone
That the ringtones are 40 seconds or less in length
That you have checked "Sync only checked songs and videos" on the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings
That you have checked the box next each of the ringtones that you want to sync to your phone
That you checked "Sync Tones" on the Tones tab of your iTunes sync settings
If this is all correct and you ringtones still aren't syncing try altering the tag for one of them by right-clicking on it, select Get Info, on the Info tab make a slight change to the Artist name (such as by adding a few letters), click OK and try syncing. If this one transfers successfully do the same for the remaining ringtones. As mentioned by the previous poster, you will find custom ringtones on your phone in Settings>Sounds>Ringtones; custom ringtones appear at the top of the list.

After upgrading my software i have seem to have lost all my contacts and photos, i did a back up but i have no idea how to get them back on? maybe im illiterate but i dont know how to find it in my itunes? please help!!

How to get "ringtones" tab under Library in itunes?

I thought there was a "ringtones" tab under the library section when you open up itunes. I do not have one. Do you have to get it from the itunes store? I looked through the itunes store and haven't seen anything to do with "ringtones" at all. Any help would be great...

in iTunes, select your playlist, file>burn playlist to disc wll bring you to this screen (in iTunes 10.5.2) click on the drop down box next to preferred speed.

You have to place cursor on that tab and then you have to go to Status...There you can see the program name as well as screen number... You can go for screen number there you can see the flow logic and then you can confirm the screen after going in the layout......

How to find original tracks in iTunes to delete

I use a MicroMemo with iTunes and 80GB G5 iPod. Once recorded, I convert recordings to AAC then delete the originals which are about 700MB in size each. Lately I accidentally clicked the "Keep files in iTunes Folder" option when deleting them from the iTunes Library instead of sending them "to Trash" to totally get rid of them. Now I want to find those tracks and put them into Trash once and for all. How can I find them?

Open your iTunes Music Folder in the Finder and type the file extension you are looking for into the search box (like .mp3). It will list all of the files that fit that criteria. If you need more refined search capability, click on the little "+" next to the "Save" button and choose from the list of criteria. The Other... option will allow you to choose just about any metadata criteria, but it may take a while to load.
Once done, you can save the search so you can use it again, if needed.

I have not purchased ringtones in a while and I can't seem to find them anywhere in the iTunes store. I have tried searching for "Tones and/ or Ringtones," and I get music, books, etc... but no ringtones. What am I doing wrong?

The ONLY place to buy pre made ringtones is from your iphone. Itunes>More>Tones
You can create a ringtone from most any sound file. Google will find several free ways to do this.

How to find CONPUTTB.TAB file on sapservX

My 'BIN' folder in folder Trans does not contain any file CONPUTTB.TAB. i am getting problem in phase Check Object List Add-on creation process as 'Table PUTTB is Empty'. I found after a lot of research that we need to have this file in BIN folder but i dont know where to get it. in NOTE number 145029 they spedify we can have it from sapservX from the directory general/R3server/abap/note.0145029 but i dont know how to get to this directory.
Can anybody elaborate how to proceed to get this file.

thanks, where can i find upgrade directory....i recieved SAP Export image (System copy) of an upgraded SAP system (to SAP ECC 6 EHP4). now as per some notes there should be a PUT directory under folder USR\SAP but there is no such folder. So is it possible this directory is there on the main system on which Upgrade was initially done, becasue we have a system copy of upgraded system i assume PUT directory wont be on my system.
So in this case is there any option availabe? i seen somewhere there is a tcode called SRT0 which is used to generate PUTTB table (which is what i am doing this all for, in DDIC extended check in tcode SSDC tcode for creating Add-on i am getting error ' PUTTB table is Empty' and detail information for the same is as below

Can't find ringtone option on iTunes PC, but can on iTunes for iPhone?

I can't find the option to search ringtones on iTunes on my PC, even when I search by an artist. However, when I search the artist on iTunes on my iPhone, the ringtones come up. What am I doing wrong? I'd much rather use iTunes on my PC to purchase music/ringtones. Thanks.
