How to find T.Code in user Role

Dear Experts,
How to check transaction code maintained for user Role.
For Example I have one User X who have Authorization of T. Code J1ID
is it possible to find out T. Code J1ID is maintained in which role, User have No of Roles in his ID I dont want to search it by open each and every Role. is there any short way to search T. Code.

Hi Javeed,
There are many ways to do it.
Go to SUIM>> Roles> Complex Selection Criteria>
Enter the User ID: USERX
In the Objects enter: S_TCODE (Press Enter)
Enter the Tcode as the field value of this object.
Then click on execute, you will get the list of roles assigned to this userX having above mentioned Tcode. Let me know if you need any more information on this.

Hi there,
this is how I would do it. Forget the lookups etc, though maybe this would be useful for later analysis. Instead, run a report with complex selection criteria
SUIM->Roles-> Roles by complex selection criteria
(transaction S_BCE_68001425)
Enter in role name
Enter in User ID (in selection according to user assignments)
Enter in transaction code, if the transaction is in the role menus
OR
Enter in S_TCODE under selection according to authorization values, then click 'entry values' then enter the transaction under transaction code.
Execute and voila.

To check users for a particular role
Go to SUIM
User--Users by Complex Selection Criteria--
Users by Complex Selection Criteria
Enter the authorization object M_EINK_FRG
And click on entry values
enter the release code and release group and execute the report

Could anyone know , how to find the number of users connected to database without connecting with sql*plus
is there any command to find it?
example we have 10 databases in one server, how to find the number of users connected to particular database without connecting to database(v$session)?

In Essbase propreties, the system is showing maximum planning users could be 65535.
what would be the number for concurrent scenario?

The number of users would be based on your license agreement with Oracle, the system is not aware of your license agreement so it is up to you to stick to it.

In se 38 when u open ur program,in the application toolbar u have a button beside the where-used list button as display object list.on clicking this button,a window will be opened at the left most corner for repository browser,in this u can find any tranasctions,fileds,screens,dictionary structures defined for the program.
if any transaction is created for the program u can find it under the transaction folder.

How to find out if a user is disabled in xpress code?

I have an active sync form and I'm trying to determine as one of my checks if a user is disabled. I've tried using waveset.disabled, but that always returns null. I also tried waveset.organization to see if the user is in the 'terminate' organization, but it only always returns 'Top' and not 'Top:Terminate'
Any ideas how I can find out if a user account is disabled?

These two attributes you can only get in userview.
waveset.disabled (this is always null if user is not disble else return true if user is disble)
waveset.organization (will give you the whole org path like Top:xyz)
take a dump of your userview and see what you are getting there.
Use below code in you form/WF to see the userview on console

Requirement: Select a list of Business documents ( Sales order/PO....) created or changed by specific users which belong to a Specific Company code.
ie,To develop a report which lists the Documents created/updated/changed based on specified date and users.
I think we can find from CDHDR & CDPOS tables. But i need to filter these documents or pick documents based on a Specific Company code.
ie.,from the list of records obtained from CDHDR table....how to filter these documents based on Company code......

Most of the application document Heade tables(VBAK,EKKO etc ) will have the field CRETAED by like ERNAM. and all these tables will have BUKRS field also in them
So compnay code wise User created documents list you will get.
Only problem is the Changed/Modified list by user with related Company code.
Anyhow you will get the User who changed the documents from CDPOS table.
But for linkthem to Company code I feel You need the
help of HR related Tables .
with the UNAME which you get from CDPOS table go to PA0105 infotype and get the PERNR linked with that user.
And get the attached BUKRS Company code from PA0001 infotype.
Hope this will solve your problem.
