How to find the duplicate modifiers against the same SKU

how to find he duplicate modifiers existing against the same SKU.
Any help or advise is helpful..

here is an example that might be of help.
SQL> select * from employees;
YEAR EM NAME       PO
2001 02 Scott      91
2001 02 Scott      01
2001 02 Scott      07

SQL> select year, empcode, name, position,
