I mean I saved JPEG file in Time capsule and unfortunately delete the file. Can I get it back
IF.... .no other backups have occured since you deleted the file, you might be able to retrieve it using an application like Disk Warrior. It's about $100 as I recall, and there are no guarantees that it will work.

Any of the free or low priced utilities that you might see or try will not be able to retrieve a deleted file from a Time Capsule.
If any backups have occured since you deleted the file, the deleted file has almost certainly been overwritten. No way to retrieve it in that case.

Is it an SAP program? Usually even if a SAP program is deleted, it still has an entry in table TADIR, or SMODILOG. Enter the program name in Se16 for these tables and you can find the full object name. And then in SE03, you might be able to find who did it

Consolidating itunes media library-how to shorten file names or how to find the file that is creating the problem?

Hi I've switched to Mac for six months now, so is still new to mac and I am using my old 1TB windows PC side by side for my music collection. Now I have seen the posts already in apple community about consolidating itunes music library but could not get the proper way of doing it. My system and itunes is also saying 'file name is too long' and it stops but the questin is how do I know which file is creating the problem and how do I shorten it?
If anybody can answer I'll be obliged to him/her, because its my 6/7 years of music collection stuck in an old pc. Thanks in advance.

Found the solution for this.
First In the mediator's routing rule use assign property $in.property.jca.file.FileName to $out.property.jca.file.FileName
In the BPEL's receive activity go to the properties tab and get the property to a BPEL variable. That should do it.

If the user has used the manage option to delete the contents of the DSO then the changed by field will be updated by the users name. In case a program is used for the deletion then it wont be the case.

1. Goto SE16 --> enter table TSTCP.
2. In the selection-screen displayed, enter
PARAM = *<ZTABNAME>*
You will get the t-code for the TMG.

We need a clarification on how to find the Last modified date and time of a package in Oracle. We used the example below to explain our scenario,
Lets consider the following example
Let A, B be two packages.
Package A calls the package B. So A is dependent on B.
When A is compiled the TIMESTAMP,LAST_DDL_TIME in USER_OBJECTS gets updated.
Now there a modification in package B so it is compiled. There is no modification in package A.
Now when the package A is executed the TIMESTAMP,LAST_DDL_TIME in USER_OBJECTS gets updated but we did not make any change in Package A. Now we need to find last modified date and time of the package A . So we can not rely on the TIMESTAMP,LAST_DDL_TIME in USER_OBJECTS . Can u please tell us any other solution to get last modified date and time of the package A .

Mac yes.. use BTMM and iCloud or direct AFP connection to the TC.
There is huge amount of info.. just look up remote access time capsule.
PC no.. there is no AFP protocol application that I know of.
iPad no,.. again it is not an AFP protocol device. The only open access method apple allowed is BTMM which doesn't work for ipad.
If you want access for PC and ipad you need to replace the current modem router combo.. whatever it is with one that includes vpn server endpoints.. these can be fairly cheap.. plenty of products with 3rd party firmware will work. VPN is far superior method.

Hello folks,
My program is like that, the files are located in the server and stored in file system.
I can only know the server name and the directory listing, so that I can show the file names from that directory on the browser.
The user might downloads those files from the browser and he might deletes those files through the browser.
That user has valid right to do so and the files can be any type of extension.
So how can I write this kind of program? Currently the whole system is in struts, so how can I make compatible with struts technology?
Do u have any ideas?

Thank you, grigpm. But actually I want the user to select the file that he wants to download rather than setting it in the configuration file. If it is possible, let me see the sample code of FileManager servlet. I've tried with some ways but I can only download from the same server with the application server. I want to download from different server. I hope someone can help me with sample code....

How do I find the file that spotlight index is stuck on? (already know the file name)

I was re-indexing my whole drive and it was going pretty smoothly until it was stuck for about 24 hours. When i took a look in console, this is what appeared:
mdworker32(7488) deny iokit-open IOHIDParamUserClient (Importing type 'com.makemusic.mus' using 'file://localhost/Library/Spotlight/Finale.mdimporter/' - diagnostic:0 - find suspect file using: sudo mdutil -t 12366294)
When I looked back, that "com.makemusic.mus" error message had pretty much been going on all day. I've tried to look for that file in the library preferences folders but I couldn't find them. I am using finale 2012. Can anyone tell me where I can find that file?

The user is oracle and group is dba. I know from the name of the file that it is coming from oracle apps (somewhere in a custom program).
