How to find the Form on knowing print program

Hi
I have to do changes for particular script layout. Print program for the same is Z program. I know the program name based on that I could not find the form. I have verified all the possibilities mentioned below.
1. NACE transaction
2. TNAPR, TTXFP
3. SPRO
I could see the layout thru print program.
Any help appreciated.

Hi Rajyam,
I guess you are looking out for the formname which prints sales related documents.
If this is what you want,then go to the T-code NACE and select the option K1Sales activities and click on the Output Types button on the top.The new window has all the types of Output types listed.Select the most appropriate and double click on the Processing routines button in the left side screen.
The new window lists the program names and the forms associated with that output type.

How to find the patches for perticular concurrent program. suppose for one concurrent program we create the patch and applied now i want know the which patch applied for perticular concurrent program through back end.

Query the concurrent program in Sysadmin responsibility.
Note the concurrent executable.
Query the concurrent executable in Sysadmin.
Note the file name.
If it is a package, open the package in TOAD and note down the file name.
If it is a report/form, open it in form developer and note down the file name.
Go to patch find screen in metalink. In the advanced search screen, enter the file name and you will see patches that contain it.

Hi Sheetal,
In such cases i am using a Profiler which is connected to my company's database. If you are using SQL-Server, the start the "Profiler", connect it to your database server and start the trace. When the trace is running, execute the SBO action. After you executed this action you will see in the profiler the excuted SQL-Statements.

How to allow the form completor to PRINT the form?

I'm designing a capital campaign form that requires the person to sign it and mail it in. Frankly, it doesn't need to be a FormsCentral form but it's far more convenient for me (can't get any better reason than that!) AND it creates the database even though that's not the prime interest. What I'd like to do is use FormsCentral, have the form completed online so that we capture the data, but when the person his submit (if possible) it also prints at their end.
Please say it's possible.

You can set up "Email Reciepts" on the Options tab which would send an email to the submitter when they submit the form (assuming they enter their email address which you can make a required field). The format is a list in the email and you can select for empty fields to not be included. This email can be printed for a confirmation reciept.
There is also a place for feature ideas, you could add or vote on an idea to have a PDF of the responses sent in the email receipt so the submitter could print out the PDF and would have the form as they had submitted it.

I am having a file name in Unix server. Is there any way I can find out which program or job it had run to give this file.
Eg. the file name is in location /sapdaemon/DW/Out/test.dat and I want to know which program it had run to produce this file.

Goto table TVARV and display all entries it contain. Then search for the file path. if it is present, then use this variable name and search the variable in the programs that you suspect it would have been used..

After converting the fmb file into a text file, we need to search for something specifically to know whether that particular form is calling a report or not.
Does anyone know the keyword that we look in the text file?

Look for RUN_REPORT_OBJECT and/or RUN_PRODUCT.

in solution manager in that crmd_order there are 4 transaction type (SLF1 SLFN SLFD SLFH) .. now i want to validate one field in standard screen in that t-code crmd_order . but the same screen used in all transaction type (SLF1, SLFN,SLFDand SLFH ) i want to validate that field only if the transaction type is SLF1 or SLFN otherwise no need .. so i want to check if transaction type is SLF1 or SLFN in my program .. so now i need transaction type .. so how how capture type in our program ( not SY-TCODE ) is stored in any system variable..

what about the ordre types ..in crm how we have them..for complaints , returns, sales order etc.in r/3 we have re for returns, or for std sales order.
there so many sales orders which one i should take.
there are so many transaction types for complaints cmrr,cmrp,dmrb etc - for complaints.which is for what how i wil know.
if i want to print the out of a output list how do i do that .pl tell me the spool settings.the printer settings.

Dear All,
We are doing conversions from SAPScript to Adobe forms.
The barcode used in two sapscript forms are 'BC_CD39' and 'ARTINR' respectively .
I would like to know the corresponding barcode name to be assigned to Adobe forms as the above barcode names are not present in the Object Library-> Barcode section of Adobe forms.

NACE is the transaction ..for this u must know the output type..
Script for Cheque Printing and Payment Advice can be known from Transaction FBZP...
FBZP -> paying Company Codes -> u will get Script used for Payment Advice
FBZP -> Pmnt methods in company code -> u will get Script used for Cheque Print

you gave us not enough information, and your question is unclear as well.
kinda hard to help yah.
besides in table TNAPR there are no forms stored... table TNAPR stores the assigning of the form and driver program and starting routine to an output type.

How to find the driver preogram of a smart form.

I am developing a smart form for RFQ. There is a standard smartform that SAP has provided for this. But the problem is i dont know how to find the driver program of this smart form. The name of the smart form is /SMB40/MMRFQ_L. it will be of great help if u can reply quickly. Thanks in advance.

3. click output type button and select output type as NEU
4. double click on processing routines
5. Application - EA
 Output Types - NEU (RFQ)
 Smart Form Program - /SMB40/FM06P
 Smart Form - /SMB40/MMRFQ_L
 /SMB40/MMRFQ_A
if u want to directly see without going to nace
1. in se11 give view name as VN_TNAPR
2. execute it
3. it will ask for o/p type and application give it
4. then u can directly go to nace "display view processing routines" screen
