Vendor Listing with following criteria
                                        Details                                                                       No. Of Vendors
1. List of Vendors on Whom ABC has placed at least one order in a year         100
2. List of Vendors on Whom ABC has placed at least two order in a year         200
3. List of Vendors on Whom ABC has placed at least Three order in a year      400
4. List of Vendors on Whom ABC has not place order in last three ye
i am getting order count ,
but i was unable to get vendor count againest that order count.
Plase send me any logic you have

In all the databases i do administration i use both Auditing and the database Trigger.
Auditing is enabled for SOX regulations and typical Security reasons. It is configured to support specific auditing actions and security issues. Auditing helps the Customer to be compliant with certain levels of security and SOX.
The database trigger helps me, when i usually have the case where one of the thousand developers-application admins, drops or truncates a table. I don't want just to be recorded in a table, i want to know it immediately through email or some kind of notification.
For me is very critical to know it immediately and have the time to use flashback drop, or any available backup plan. It is useless to find it out after one or two days.
