How to find when Combo gets focus????

Hi,
Is there any way to perform some task when a combo box gets focus? I know that combo boxes do not fire Focus Gained event.

If you get SID error means, There is no reference for the particular data in the Master data of that characteristic.
so, Load that value in the Master data of the characteristic you wont get that sid error.
Ex: When loading data to ods if it is giving sid for country withvalue ('india'), so india is not there in the master data of the characteristic Country. You need to enter the value India in mster data table of the characteristic.
Otherwise you can choose option ' Update without master data' or something similar to that in infpackage or dtp.

How to prevent Cell from getting focus when I click on a cell in JTable

Hi,
I have a new problem which I did not have when using jdk1.3. I have a non editable JTable. Now whenever I select a row the row gets highlighted - which is ok but at the same time the cell on which I click ( to select the row ) also gets focus.
Previously I used to extend JTable and override the isManagingFocus method to return false. But now it doesnt seem to work

Well, I'm still using JDK1.3 and I don't get the behaviour you describe.
When isManagingFocus is true then using the tab key will cause focus to move from cell to cell within the JTable and focus will never leave the JTable.
When isManagingFocus is false then using the tab key will cause focus to move the the JTable to the next component on the JFrame.
In both cases once focus is on the JTable an individual cell is always highlighted to indicate it has focus.
The question is if your program only cares which row has been selected, why do you care if an individual cells appears to have focus?

Display full autosuggest list when field gets focus

I've searched through the the Spry topics but did not find a
solution to my question.
How does one make the Spry autosuggest drop down to
automatically display with an unfiltered list when the associated
text field gets focus? The best I can tell this option isn't a
normal part of the Spry autosuggest widget and would require a
custom tweak.
I'd also like to put in a suggestion that this ability be a
built in option for the autosuggest widget.

AFAIK, there isn't a way to do that in a PDF form.

How to boot when I get the "do not enter" sign

I am working to help a colleague that gets a "Do Not Enter" sing on boot-up of an iMac that was purchased through the university that we work with. From reading other posts, it was suggested that we re-install the OS to overcome the issue; on the assumption it is created by a corrupt file. This has proven not to work and we still get the same "Prohibited" sign during the start-up process. When Disk Utility is run, the boot sectors appear to fine and do not require specific repairs. Disk permissions were also repaired, but neither process has helped or corrected the problem. I am curious if others have encountered this issue and whether there is an easy work around? I came across one potential cause/solution - a bad SATA cable - however, I am unclear how the recovery disk could boot and run if the IO cable was bad, or even if the HDD was failing and working only intermittently. Any help/solution would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I suspect you have eithter a corrupt or failed HD. Attempt to restart, when you hear the startup tone hold down the Option key, then choose the Recovery Partition and open Disk Utility. Try to repair the HD, if it comes up with errors after 2-3 passes then you know the disk needs to be replaced.

How to Find When A Document Library's Versioning Was Turned Off

We have a document library that used to have versioning on. It's since been turned off. How do we figure out when versioning was turned off and who did it?

whenever you upload a document in a document library, it published automatically if versioning is not enabled. Also you can check versioning details of the document which always say No version found.
You can verify version from library settings, and also can enable or disable versioning from the document library.

I was trying to print a map off the web and a window popped up saying I needed in-box to do it right. I left the site, immediately, but it downloaded to my computer. I closed the download window and didn't click on it. But the next time I loaded firefox, "in-box" had taken control of firefox and had it's name splashed all over and the "firefox' name was small and hardly noticable.
Do I throw my firefox app out and download a new one?

When I clicked on the second site mentioned, I got such EXPLICIT, step-by-step directions!!! Thank you so much. I'd been wondering what that window was that kept popping up with the Firefox icon and that other funny thing. The word *install* was never mentioned. Pictographs were never my thing.
When I looked under the initial system requirements, it said that OS X 10.4.5 and higher were good for 5.0. I didn't check further. Under your advice, I'll go with the older version. Thank you for taking the time to help me.
