Subject is intact.
I found something interesting while trying to perform a process.
To be filtered by the ICMP protocol, where the ACL and Firewall, was that you should not use it.
But no matter how these ideas to Google, there was no answer to this.
Please share reference about this or more keywords, and your knowledge.

you are not clear on what you are trying to do..
You want to block all icmp without using access-lists?
I think an intrusion prevention system is a very expensive solution for this..
technically any device that can drop traffic is a firewall. So I don't see much other option for you. You could use a linux box running ip tables to do the same thing however that is still a firewall..

For that kind of connectivity you need to be using an email account configured either as IMAP or Exchange.
IMAP & Exchange accounts will maintain a sync across all your devices, so if you read / delete a message on your phone, it will disappear from the server as well. This cannot happen in POP email accounts.

Alternatively, if its anything other than Google, you will need to contact your email providor or IT department (if your email address resides with an enterprise environment) to get the correct settings.

It can come about without any change done by the user, and it's not just from other networks. The placement of the router can also affect performance. Also make sure router is up to date.
Apart from that would be the reboots.

Macbook Air solders memory onto the motherboard. It cannot be upgraded.
Macbook Pro has memory slots that allow SODIMMs (the memory cards) to be replaced, up to the limit of the motherboard.
My 15 in MBP can upgrade to 16 GB. But 16 GB for my machine is still $600 at cheapest. I will be staying at 8 GB for a while.
